According to the current rules, is there a way to combine PNG files with EPS vector files? If not, can I upload the same design as PNG and vector separately?

I sometimes upload the outline design expanded. Sometimes I leave the editable stroke. Is there any problem with uploading it with the editable stroke? 

I need help with the white square, it keeps appearing whenever I use the live paint tool can someone tell me why this is happening?

Hello everyone,I recently exported an SVG file from Adobe Illustrator, but when I upload it to my WordPress  website, the rendering appears broken or distorted. The colors, gradients, or certain elements don’t display correctly.Issues I’m Facing:Some SVG elements are missing or not rendering properly.Colors and gradients look different from the original design.The file appears fine in Illustrator but breaks when uploaded to WordPress.Some WordPress themes/plugins seem to affect how the SVG is displayed.Steps I’ve Tried So Far:Exported the SVG with different settingsCleaned up the SVG code using an SVG optimizer tool.Checked my WordPress theme and SVG-supporting plugins.Tried different SVG upload plugins, but the issue persists. I would really appreciate any insights or solutions from those who have faced a similar issue!Thanks in advance. 😊

Hi there! Just wanted to bring up that I'm experiencing an export issue.  Long story short, on an artboard with the images linked as a .psd (dropshadow on the psd file), the exported image of the products exports at 72dpi with a smooth edge.  On a different artboard (export settings exactly the same), however the same image has a dropshadow added WITHIN illustrator and is exporting with a jagged edge. Why is this so? Please help!

I don't know how it happened, but a font family that I regularly use appears in my Illustrator 2025 app in two separate groups, one with Extra Light, Extra Light Italic, Light Italic, Italic, Bold, and Black, and the other group with Thin, Thin Italic, Light, Book, Regular, Book Italic, Regular Italic, Medium, Medium Italic, Bold Italic, and Black Italic.The list shows up as:Benton Sans (6)Benton Sans Compressed (16)Benton Sans Condensed (16)Benton Sans Extra Compressed (16)BentonSans (11)So, the first "Benton Sans" listing is with a space, and the second occurrence is without a space.I'm trying to figure out how to combine these separate lists into one list. I thought I would try uninstalling the font and reinstalling it, but I can't find instructions on how to do this. I also can't find a way to change the name of the font so that the space matches.As I said, this is in Adobe Illustrator 2025. I'm on a MacBook Pro. Thanks for any help you can give!

We have a customer that requires a editable pdf for some header information.  Our current way of creating this pdf, was to open the pdf with the form fields in illustrator add the artwork, save the pdf out of illustrator and then reopen the pdf in acrobat to fill out the form.  We could do this with illustrator 2022.  Now with 2023 and higher this is no longer possible. The forms are removed and cannont be filled out.  Is there a way to make this work again, or a different method I can try?

Hallo,Ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich möchte einer Schriftart eine Kontur hinzufügen. Das klappt auch (Fenster > Kontur) . Allerdings habe ich jetzt folgendes Problem: Ich hätte die Kontur gerne außen an der Schrift. Allerdings kann ich in dem Fenster für die Kontur-Optionen unter ,,Kont. ausr." nichts anklicken und er ist automatisch auf dem ersten (Kontur in der Mitte) gestellt. Obwohl er sogar alle 3 Optionen anbietet (Kontur mittig, Kontur außen, Kontur innen).  Kann mir jemand dabei helfen wie ich die Kontur auf ,,außen" stellen kann.Vielen Dank im Vorraus -Noah  

I have recently got a new Macbook Pro M4 and loaded the latest Adobe suite 2025, previously using 2023, didn't get round to updating. I have a number of strange things happening, which seems to be when opening my older created Illustrator files. One shows a completely white page, no content, until I zoom in or out then the document appears. And another where a thick pink line appears at the bottom and right of the window, screenshot attached. Is this a bug? I'm thinking of backdating to 2024 version to see if that helps.

I've looked at a few different tutorials and they all say the same things: make compound path > offset path by a degree that overlaps the two shapes  (joins: round) > offset path by the same degree but with a minus at the front (joins: round). I don't know why my shapes are not editable after I use offset path. It's like Illustrator is creating a new instance each time I use the feature. I've tried adjusting the degree around and it's still the same problem. Can anyone tell why this is happening?  Hi I'm working on a logo like this.  It is one line logo, but overlapping part is a bit tricky. There are two vertical lines, what I want to do is the right one is behind, the left one if front of horizontal line. I found tutorials for one line object that have two both end. But my design is no end. How to connect it naturally?I tried two pathes separate. but both end point would be visible.It should not be that gradient 3d texture. Could be plain gradient colour like thisThank you in advance!

I've created an .ai file with the pixel dimension of 6075 x 4875 (20" x 16"). When exporting, my file size is 25313 x 20313. I have tried:Changing the ppi to 72 (Even though that won't work for my overall resolution because I'm printing a physical product.)Making sure the "Use Artboard" box is checked.Making sure my X and Y alignments are at an even integer.Double checking that everything is on the artboard.Changing my bleeds to zero. NONE of these things are working! HELP!  

Almost daily there are complaints about weird and irritating artifacts caused by Illustrator's GPU preview.   The common advice in this forum is to turn on the CPU preview instead. While this almost always works, there is of course the disadvantage that you then do not benefit from the GPU acceleration anymore.   Recently I did some experiments and found out that apparently placebo effects can cure the GPU Preview issues. By saying placebo effect, I mean an Illustrator effect that actually does not change anything and therefore is non-destructive. For example the Transform effect (see Effect menu > Distort and Transform submenu) with its default settings.   That is, if one suffers from the GPU Preview pest one may try and select all affected objects and apply the Transform effect with its default (placebo) settings. As far as I can see, the artifacts will then disappear and it is not necessary to switch to the slower CPU preview. It seems to work even if you hide the

Hi I'm a newbie and wanted to trace a png image. The "Enhance" is toggled on but still appears greyed out. When I then adjust anything in the panel the button to execute the trace is not functioning. The only trace I can achioeve is a very rudimentary black and white trace of the colourful image. Please help.

My organization has a license to use pretty much all of Adobe's stock and font resources. Unfortunately, I have been trying to use a number of Adobe fonts in Illustrator and Photoshop without success. It's been really frustrating.I'm signed into our Adobe account when I use Illustrator. When I look for a font using the "Find more fonts" tool, I get a list of available fonts. Okay, fine, but when I click on the tiny cloud on the right side to activate the font it seems to be doing something but the font never becomes available (see the image below).Am I doing something wrong?

I have text at 75% opacity overlayed on an image. The text is outlined. When I export this to PDF, the text is still visible (as shown in the first image 'example-1.png'). But when it is printed, or when I go through the Flatten Transparency dialogue box, it ends up looking like the second image ('example-2'.png), where text above coloured parts of the image are entirely lost. Is there a solution?

Please see screenshot below. I need to be able to access the transparency options when saving an Illustrator file to .eps (the printers use .eps files to work with their software, so saving to another file type is not an option). Can anyone tell me why these are greyed out and how I can fix that? THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My adobe illustrator just got set up, and I have created an illustration with a low saturation. When I export it to PDF, the exported image is much more saturated than what I see in the app. The image is in CMYK, and I've checked all the settings I could find to make sure that everything is correct with those settings. It's not a screen display problem, because when I look at both side by side on the same monitor the issue is still present. When the Illustrator file is opened in the Illustrator app from another person's computer, it also is highly saturated, like in the export image. So I think this is a problem with the internal settings of illustrator for me. Can anyone suggest what might be going on here?
