I have cancelled my adobe subscription on 17 October 2024, and received the confirmation mail that I have cancelled and won't be charged. However, since than I am still being charged. Please help with this issue.

Hola todos, tengo una pregunta, hace poco actualice mi Ilustrator y desde ese momento comenzó a ocurrir algo muy particular, al crear un objeto, seleccionarlo y moverlo el contorno desaparece, cuando lo dejo de mover nuevamente aparece, en la versión anterior esto no ocurría, en mi oficina un compañero tiene el mismo Ilustrator actualizado y a él no le ocurre, el contorno del objeto que selecciono al volverlo no desaparece.Que podría estar pasando, que configuración debo hacer, agracias por su ayuda y su amables respuestas, saludos  

My apologies ahead of time.  I've been out of the illustrator game for close to 15 years and recently decided to get my feet wet and try some stuff. In the picture of text, the font color is white.  There's a black outline around the font.  My issue is with the red bubble around the text.  For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do that. any help is appreciated!

After you execute the “FlattenTransparency” command on a selected object, normally that object remains selected. However, in the following case, two objects, left and right, form a group that will be selected after the script completes.The script pre-fills arrayNoFill, which contains one right clip group. Consequently, I expected that Flatten Transparency would not affect other objects. When I select 'Start Global Edit' I get a message saying, cannot find similar objects, adjust filters and try again. I have attached a screenshot, showing multiple images of a horse, which I want to edit. I do not know how to do this. Grateful for any advice. 

Hello!  I am looking for a process that will allow me to take a graphic or photo and convert it into a dxf/dwg perforated pattern for sheet metal production.  I've attached images of the effect I'm looking for, and wondering if there is a process involving illustrator that would support this.  I have experimented with color halftone filters, but am wondering if there are ways to better control the sizing and spacing of the dots.  I would love to hear if other have worked on things like this and what approach has worked well!

Hello, Sometimes when I save a file in PDF with some strokes thickness they become fill. I notice that because my cutting machine didn't recognize the solid color with fill. It needs a stroke to cut.  It's strange because if you re-opened the PDF (obviously after saving) in Illustrator the shape remains in stroke, but if you select that shape in Acrobat (I do that with Pitstop plugin) you see the fill instead of the stroke.... Did you notice that?I attached here a file. If I open it with Illustrator I see the red contour as a stroke, if you select the same object in Acrobat you should see as a fill. ThanksFrancesco  

I'm a prepress designer who works with premade artwork and who sometimes needs to find out what the closest PMS color in a piece of artwork is. Since Adobe got rid of the Pantone color books, I can no longer do that, as far as I can tell anyway. Using Pantone Connect I can pick a PMS color to apply to the art but I don't know how to find the closest PMS match for a color that is already in the artwork.

When I need to move the workspace and if I touch the scrolling (with graphic pen or with touchpad) the illustrator gets stuck for long time, and sometimes I had to relaunch it withough saving the work.It's been second year this bug is not fixed. Is really annoying and slows down working process .

I am designing a planner and I have an Illustrator document with 215 artboards. When I click 'edit artboards' all the numbers are right, but when I look at the PDF I exported the last artboard (which should be #215) is #23. Any idea why or how to fix it? Also, the artboards panel has #215 in the right spot.  I'm designing for a client and I have a deadline to hit, so anything helps! UPDATE: It is now saying "Cannot find adobe acrobat application." ???Thanks!

19. Artboard is not opening for some reason. When I save my files, 19. Artboard is not saving. Is anyone experiencing this problem?

Hi all, I'm using the pen and pencil tools to trace something in Illustrator. When I use the pen tool, the stroke is aligned to center. The align stroke to outside is greyed out. How do I fix this? Thanks!

In illustrator it's super clare and when exported the pics are really not clear. 

PC, WIndows 11, program worked as of yesterday since the start of the 2025 release. No error messages. The app earlier today would lauch and freeze. Now the app opens and immediately the window closes on its own

Hello 🙂 There must be a way to select multiple images in the Libraries panel and relink them all at once to an image in the libraries panel? I'm dealing with relinking hundreds of images and having to do them one at a time is taking longer than it would to recreate the artwork... 

There are two objects on the artboard: a simple rectangle on the left and a clipping group on the right. Inside the clipping group (which is created in the program with the command: Clipping mask -> Make) is a simple rectangle with a stroke.The clipping mask object has no fill!  Both objects are just selected, it's not a group. I want to find clipping groups that have no fill, like the one shown on the right.However, this code finds two objects that fit this condition. Hi, still relativiely new AI user here; I have no idea what I did, but essentially all the shapes and paths I've made are filling in orange despite having "No Fill" selected. My plan is to fill them in at some point anyways, and I could just fill white where needed but I'd like to know what exactly I did to make this happen?? Thank you in advance. 

Good day, AI Community.Please let me first start by saying I am new to this program and to this cutting plotter (Graphtec CE7000-40), and I plan on signing up for some extensive training. However, in the meantime, I am following instructions, step by step, to get a logo from Canva (downloaded in jnp format), opened in AI and sent to Cutting Master 5. However, when I select File (in AI), I do not see it listed as an option. Could someone please tell me what I am possibly doing wrong? Obviously, I have missed/misunderstood a process/step along the way. Any help would be amazing! Thank you!

Whenever I move my mouse on some of my Illustrator files, the background grey flicks between two shades of grey really fast and it hurts my eyes. I've recently just converted over to a new Apple Mac Mini with an M1 chip, so I don't know if this has anything to do with it (not sure if the issue is related to GPU or not). It also happens when I zoom in and out too. The only way to make it go away is to close and reopen the document. It will be fine for a while and then it will start up again. Again, not on on all documents, and not all of the time, just sometimes and it's just a minor inconvenience! I've attached a little screen recording as an example. I've done lots of searching and I can't find any resolutions yet, I'm thinking it's just a bug. Unless I'm wording this all wrong! 

Hello!My lines has some grungy texture to it. I wan't a straight line and I can't find where to correct this.Looking through which brushes I've got in the library, I don't seem to have any normal brushes.I have uninstalled Illustrator and installed it again, but the problem is still there.Any suggestions?Thanks in advance!  

I see we are still missing the replace all feature in Illustrator 2025 (illustrator v29.0) This is causing a huge issue with time in prepress work. I also have the issue now of having to relink individual placed files one at a time instead of being able to do it seuquentially.  I select two images to replace it used to be I would replace one and the window would open to replace the second now it doesn't even do that. It stops after replacing one image.    Both these features really need to be fixed.
