My illustrator 2024 on my Mac very slow when open or create a new file (any size)

Anyone help me explain or solve this problem. I just downloaded Ps and Ai (both 2024) from Creative Cloud, Ps is open and create new file normal, not have any prolems.

But when I have same action in illustrator, it takes too much time (about 3 mins for create/ open file) every time I open this app. Please help me because I'm a beginner.
