Não consigo abrir e nem salvar arquivos DXF no ilustrator.

Ele funcionava normalmente até eu ter de desinstalar e instalar de novo, agora a opção nem aparece. E quanto tento abrir um arquivo desse mesmo formato, que salvei a poucas horas atrás, aparece a mensagem de erro.

Did you run the Adobe Cleaner tool between uninstall and reinstall?

It will likely erase all your personal settings.

I don't think I've done that, but would it clear one of the export options?

For the im- and export to work, it sure is interesting whether or not the application got installed correctly. And remainders of a not completelöy correctly uninstalled version might interfere.
