My computer has a 570 AORUS MASTER motherboard with an AMD Ryen 7 5800X 8 core processor. It currently has an MIS AMD RX 580 Graphic Processor. Currently I’m still using Windows 10.I’m having a problem with the GPU crashing when I use lightroom’s Denoise. I’ve tried uninstalling the card and software and reinstalling it again. It will come up and work until it was taxed by Denoise again.I’ve been looking for another AMD Graphic card. I am not a gamer and I do not process any videos.I would like to get a card that I can use with the latest versions of Lightroom, Photoshop, and Topaz. Currently. I’m also concerned about getting a card that will not only handle the processing that I do today but will still handle the AI growth of tomorrow. I have just started my search. Any recommendations would be appreciated.  I’ve been looking at the ASRock Radeon RX 6700 XT 12G. Does anyone have an opinion about the 6700? How about ASRock? I'm excited by the addition of better support for the upcoming ISO standard for HDR via gain maps on AVIF and JXL in LrC 14. However, I'm trying to reconcile the resulting files exported (via these instructions) with my understanding of gain maps. I'm also testing them in the linked Gain Map Demo app.   It's clear that "maximize compatibility" means "include a gain map." The increased file size alone shows this—both AVIF and JXL ~double in size when exported this way, which makes sense. However, I'm not sure why the AVIF and JXL are behaving differently in my testing. Everything below is with "maximize compatibility" turned on—I'm testing gain maps, not pure HDR files.   - It appears that the AVIF file is an SDR base plus gain map to get to HDR. I can verify this with how it's displayed in Apple software on various devices, and by comparing the SDR display rendition to what I specify in Lightroom. This is kind of what I'd expect—this is how a traditional JPG+gain map works. &

I recently upgraded LRc to v14 and the filter malfunctions on collections : it is a bug ? - When I switch on the filter based on attributes-rating, no photos are retrieved : see screen captures. - This bug just happens when I am in a collection. Meanwhile the same filter works normally in a folder ! My SystemI want a better understanding of my work flow and the deleting of files.I’m use a PC windows 10 and Lightroom Classic 13.4I use an Inca Card Reader that is plugged into a port bank.Photos are imported through File – Import Photo and videosAt this point I select the photos that I want to examine further for development.I un-check the ones I don’t want.I then press the import button with the Copy ticked.Photos are moved to a DATA file, dated to match the files.The data that is checked isdon’t import duplicatesmake a second copyrename files.What I am unsure about is what happens here if I reject an image and delete itEither Button Delete from Disk or Remove from Lightroom what happens?Firstly it appears they are not removed from the back up.They are removed from the external hard drive I have, but are they removed form Lightroom or do I need something else checked.At this time if I move Raw files to Lightroom 7.5 it moves 'deleted files' (that is images that are not in my hard dr

So a strange thing happens after using tethered capture for a while. When renamimng a file in library mode and having sort by CAPTURE TIME, the displayed image jumps to last imported image. Auto advance is disabled. Example: Shoot 9 images. Client select image 3. Change the name in the metadata panel and when hit enter, the 9th image is displayed. Restarting LRc cures this for a while. Running latest version on MacOS Sequoia   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

I would like to know ifonce i have sent say 30 images to print, can i then select the next folder and set of images whilst the othere are still being sent to the printer?Running MacOS Montery and using LrC.

I want to print to 11 X 14 paper through my Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer.  There is no option for 11 X 14 in Page Setup. Has anyone found a way to do this? I use a PC with Windows 11 version.

I right clicked on a photo in Lightroom > Edit in Adobe Photoshop 2022 > Made the edits in PS > Clicked Save.... Went back to Lightroom and the edited copy is NOT in lightroom. I still have my edited photo saved in Photoshop but I can't pull it back into lightroom. Please help. I would like my edits to be in Lightroom. It was a big edit and I don't want to try it again for it to save in Lightroom.

Does anyone know what I can do to solve a problem with HDR in Lightroom?        When selecting the photos, the combination options simply appear gray and it does not let me select the HDR options        The photographs are in DNG and exactly the same, only the parameters change, but the strange thing is that when I select the photographs and go to combination of photographs and touch the option, the other 2 HDR and HDR panoramic options appear gray and I cannot select  

Hi, 2 months ago I build my own desktop with in my opinion good HW. CPU: Ryzen 5 7600GPU: Radeon RX 6800PSU: Evga 850W goldMobo: Asus Rog Strix B650-A Gaming WifiRAM: Kingston Fury DDR5 (idk CL and Mhz)I have an issue that when i apply AI denoise on some photo, one photo is ok and denoise made it's job, but on the 2nd one photo, it freeze and i can not do nothing with it. I have to shut it down via task manager. Anyone have expierenced that before? It also showed me a window which said "GPU Error" (picture at the bottom).I tryed clear Win install, reinstal whole adobe Lr and cloud, checked all of the drivers and reinstall them aswell and etc. I checked RAM and swap them on Mobo. Still making these errors. I am really frustrated and don't know what to do anymore. This thing only happens in Lr Classic, PS is running veary smooth and i had no issues at all with that, just this stupid Lr.. Thanks for any advice. 

I have been using LR Classic without problems up until the other day.  It will not allow me to import photos, optimize, and I have to close by force quit.  running 14.0.1.  I have uninstalled and reinsatlled and have also created another catalog and I am able to import there with no problems.  Any and all suggestions will be helpful. thanks Joyce

HiI have just updated my macOS system to Sequoia on my Macbook Air 2020 (1.2GHz Quad Core Intel i/). After that, I updated the new Lightroom Classic Version to 14. When opening this it immediately starts crashing when wanting to upgrade my Lightroom Catalog. I have restarted everything several times, but am now a bit helpless in getting it to work.Does anyone know what the issue could be? I need to be able to work with it and start regretting having done the upgrade. Thank you.

LR Classic (latest version) on Mac 14.7.1.Was trying to do some cleanup in Lightroom Classic today, and discovered that the LrC Sync seems to be extremely buggy. I had not been doing sync at all (paused) for many versions of LrC and wanted to start "blank". So what I did was to disable sync on the collections, delete everything in Lightroom Web (delete the images), remove the images from "All synced images" in LrC.   If I then enabled sync for one of the collection agian, I observed that it would use a lot of time, and then suddenly all pictures from the Collection was removed. The files were still there - they were just removed from the collection.   Did some more testing by creating a new collection and including some of the "old images" together with some new images that had never been synced before. The new images synced fine, but the old images would never appear in Lightroom Web or on the phone. So e.g. if I created a new collection with 10 images, where 6 were old (pre

J'ai installé le logiciel et impossible de l'avoir à l'écran malgré avoir rempli toutes les obligations comme son numéro qui figure toujours sur mon compte.J'ai bien compris qu'il ne fournisse plus le logiciel, mais pour n'est pas possible de s'en servir encore aujourd'hui ? Hi, I am having the issue where I cannot export any images from my library. The export bar does nothing.

When importing from some folders, Lightroom gets stuck with the text "importing", but nothing happens. All photos are jpg files. Until now I was using an old version of LR and bought LRC 14.0.1. and when starting, the catalog was updated to the new version and for a while the import worked and it only froze for some folders, now it does for all. I have Windows 10 on my PC. Please advise what to do with it. In this state, the program is unusable for me.

Where did it go? No check box in preferences to turn on or off and nothing that I can see in the View Menu. Thanks. Mac 15.1.1, LR 14.0.1

So I'm going to try and make this as short as possible.I have been using LrC on multiple machines ( Mac and PC ) for a few years now.Usually I do all my heavy lifting on my Mac Machines ( Mac Studio with M1Max 32gb RAM and Macbook Pro with M1Pro 16gb RAM ). I usually edit about 2000-3000 photos per session ( mostly weddings ).I always use a Midi Controller to go through my photos and edit them pretty fast. I have my preset applied at import and everything works fine on LrC 12.5.2 ( last of the 12 ).Whenever I updated to ANY of the 13 versions ( and I've tried them ALL ) - editing and jumping back/forth through my images in Develop module slowed down considerably. There is DEFINITELY more lag jumping to next photos in line and is very annoying. The same goes for both the Mac Studio and Macbook Pro. Everytime there was a new v13 release I updated to it to try it out ( hoping the problem is solved ) but it never did so I always had to go back to the 12.5.2 ( using Other Version in the Cre

If you export the same image with the same settings, but output to AVIF and than JPG XL, the headroom values of both images will be different.   Example: AVIF = 15.419 JPG XL = 4.926   The image was the same edit for both exports, everything was the same except for the format. Maximize Compatibility was turned off, so gain maps were not added. AVIF headroom seems to vary per image, while JPG XL is the same for all exported images.   Preview.app with macOS Sequoia will show the headroom for each image. I left my Macbook last night with Lightroom open, but completely idle. No background tasks whatsoever, no exporting metadata or anything like that..just completely idle. Came to it this morning and the Macbook was hot to touch.. really unusual as it's a Macbook M1 Max, 64gb RAM, 2tb SSD, Mac OS 14.5 and rarely breaks into a sweat. I checked activity monitor and saw the CPU usage for Lightroom was over 400%...  this is abnormal, when it's idle, surely??I've quit Lightroom now and the computer has noticably cooled down in just 5 minutes as I write this..

I bought this program years ago and I just saw a video where they have a de-noise setting on the latest update. I try updating and it says I'm up to date but it's only version 6. Do pc programs not get updates?

Dear Adobe Community: System:  Mac Mini OS Sequoia 15.1.1   Lots of RAM and room on 5TB HD., the import destination.Ever since I upgraded to latest OS,  I've been unable to import photos from iPhone 13 Pro to LR Classic 14.0.1I go through the steps but then nothing happens when I click on "Import"...The progress bar in upper left corner just shows no progress at all.Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be going on?Thanks,Frank 

When I import an Aperture 3.6 library to Lightroom Classic 14.0.1 using the import plugin, Aperture Faces does not show up as Keywords.Using a MacBook Pro with M4Pro and MacOS Sequoia 15.1.1
