Hello all, I have installed the app Lightroom for Samsung and wanted to purchase premium features for a month for a couple of photos adjustments. I've made the purchase, paid the money and expected that everything will be working fine.However, the money have been taken out of my bank account already but the premium features still don't work. I've tried and contacted Samsung and Adobe support already but I've just been given a runaround. So money are already on Samsung's side and later probably on Adobe's side but the app is useless.Could anybody help me, please?

Hello, After using Lightroom (Lr), I just close it and then Windows slows down. The Windows task manager takes huge amount of time to open and then I see Lightroom processus still working. I have to restart the computer at each time. I tried to uninstall, restart, re-install the app, and same issue again and again.The issue doesn't occur with LrC and Ps. What to do ?ThanksStéphane

For the last 2 years it seems as though my photos have been split between folders and subfolders during import.  This means that within a series of images they are randomly split between 2 places (see screenshot of mac finder windosws). This seems to have happened afte selecting phtos for a year end calendar - although I have no recollection of trying to make new folders during this process.When I correctly 'find' a photo using the navigator and re-link it, and then try to move the photo to be with the other photos in the same numbering I am not allowed as the "filename" already exists. I have circa 2800 photos in the wrong place across many dates of the last two years. Any thoughts on how to fix the navigator folder so its really by year;date with no subfolders ? and then of course get all of these photos back into the right place without having to search for each individual photo / folder and fix it ? Is it easier to delete all of 2023/2024 and re-import - I lose all the ei

Hello everyone,I would like to ask for help. The Lightroom desktop app keeps crashing. I can open Lightroom and select an image. However, when I want to edit the image, the app freezes as soon as I open the editing panel. No crash report is displayed and the app can only be closed via the Task Manager. I have already reinstalled the app. The graphics driver has been reinstalled and the “Use graphics processor” option has been tested on “Off”. The app itself was installed for the first time yesterday.The hard disk and RAM were also tested for errors. Hey there,Today I write these lines because I'm exhausted. Since few weeks Lightroom keeps crashing without any visible reason. Sometimes it's fine for few hours, and sometimes it crashes if I try to do anything.No error log, just freezing instantly without any lag before, and freezing for unlimited time means that I have to shut it down resulting in loosing ALL the things I've done since I opened it. My graphic card isn't stressed before freezing or something like that, sometimes it freezes only when I try to crop, moving a slider, or just opening a picture.It's extremely frustrating. It seems thats turning off GPU acceleration fixes it, but using LR without it is a nightmare.I tried everything, uninstalling updates, changing photo viewer, changing hard drive, and upgrading graphic drivers... Nothing solves it.What can I do ? I've read everything about it online but can only found basic ideas. I also tried to use a previous version of LR : same result.I'm lost, so is all my work of to

Hi everyone, I just wanted to work on some images and I've noticed that object detection was not working. With some additional chek, I've figured out that it could be related to the fact that they were imported into this catalog a long time ago; or something similar. Not working means that the 'Add new mask' button is not selectable; people are not detected, when I open the Develop settings.I am using a single catalog --> not a general issue with the cataloge, but could something affecting the older imageswith recent images the object detection works --> so it is not a HW or video card issueit is not due to the camera as the new images are captured with the same like the old ones. Any idea, how to resolve it? All,I had intended to buy Photography Plan with 1TB, but instaed bought a Lightroom Subscription with 1TB by mistake, and then I ended up buying the photography plan because I need photoshop for my workflow. So I have two simultaneous subscriptions with Lightroom, and 1TB storage overlapping between two.  Has anyone been in the sitation, and will Adobe customer care be ok with canceling one subscription or issue me a redeemable coupon, which i can use later ?  

Dear Community, I have a question about synchronizing my photos between Lightroom on the PC and the mobile version. On the PC, I have created some folders for various categories with corresponding albums in them. However, two of these folders are missing in the app on my smartphone, even though synchronization is complete on both devices. Does anyone have any idea how I can get the two missing folders into the list in the app?     [Moved from Lightroom Classic forum to Lightroom ecosystem forum by moderator.]

Trying to upload images to the Lightroom cloud but they stay in 'pending'. why is this so - I have 1492 images and ~600GB storage available. 

Hi, sorry to aks a maybe silly question but I`m not sure if I`m doing something wrong or if I did not understand the functionality properly.I have the following problem: I created a album in Lightroom CC from our holidays . Now I want to share it with my friend who were with us. I added their emails to the list of users and the invitations were sent to them. But now I got the response from them, that they have to Login ? Is that the intention of lightroom / adobe, that every User has to have an Adobe ID or must login somewhere to see a shared album?Would be happy If anybody could repsond, because I cannot force my friends to register just to see the photos.Or am I doing something wrong?Thanks a lot!

Is there a way to stop lightroom mobile from syncing all photos on my phone? And to remove all the photos it's already synced without deleting them from my phone?  I only want lightroom to sync photos i specifically tell it to sync. It's already uploaded a batch of photos I didn't want it to, and if i just try and delete them from lightroom.adobe.com it says it's going to delete the photo from all synced devices as well. (who is the genius that thought it's a good idea to delete photos everywhere without giving the option to only delete locally?)I just turned off auto add in the preferences so I'm guessing that will stop LR from adding any more photos. But how do i remove the ones it's already synced without deleting them from my phone?

I'm trying to export a photo that I've edited, and every time the edits (image crop, colour/temp masking) do not save. It just saves as the original, unedited photo. I'm aware that this is an option when saving, but I have not once clicked that and only chosen small or large JPEG. Even when clicking custom export settings, the preview of the image changes from the edited to the unedited version. Please, any help? Edited photo: Unedited photo once i try to export:  

I have been trying to upload old photos (mostly jped and a few bmp) into my Creative Cloud. It is not a storage issue - I still have almost 1 To available. Uploading documents is impossible and when I try to upload individual files I get an error message saying the filetype is not supported. I have the issue on both my Windows computer and macOS and on both the app and the browser. What is going on?

When I use Lightroom I always export my finished product to the same folder where the original is located. This works best for me. Recently I must have done something to change this process and I cannot figure out how to correct it. What I export now shows up in a new folder created in the same folder I normally export to. I have no idea how this happened and I cannot figure out how to get back to my original configuration.

Je n'arrive pas en mode connecté d'avoir mes images dans LRC vers 14.01 Je lande le mode connecte, et demande de mettre dans un fichier les images. LRC crée le dossier, Je sais connecté mon Canon R6mII, et prendre une photo, je la voie en lib-ve par contre elle ne s'enregistre nulle part et n'apparait pas dans la barre en dessous de LRC J'ai déjà redémarrer LRC + fois désinstallet er réinstaller LRC mais rien ne va Lerci de votre aide

Hi there,I have been using lightroom for a year now but this week I am facing issues with any new files I download to it.'the file could not be found' message appears when I aim to 'Develop' the photos from the file I downloaded the day before. I could 'develop' the photos straight after importing them, but the next day they seem to be blocked.Can anyone help me on that matter ?

Hello,Am getting the attached error 'Can't connect to the server' when launching Lightroom. 1. Version is 7.52. Windows 11 Pro3. Happens everytime I launch it. Have tried all troubleshooting steps including completely removing and reinstalling, resetting host file, uninstalling Antivirus software, testing on alternative network. Anyone else getting this? Can't find anything else online to try and getting extremely frustrated as tried starting conversation with online help but get nowhere.

Hi! I have a problem on Lightroom CC maybe for 25 days. (Check video below)When i use masks tab, it is very easy to run into a bug whereby the mask used remains selected even if you leave the mask tab. For example, if I have used the brush tool, I can no longer use the linear gradient or some other type of mask, unless I put the mask to full screen by pressing F. Once I put it to full screen, I can use the selected mask.There are some features, however, that still don't work when this bug occurs, such as AI generative remove, because once selected you have to click on ‘Confirm’ but the button is not pressed precisely because, according to Lightroom, there is a mask selected.Have you also experienced this bug?I have uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom and Creative Cloud, formatted Windows and reinstalled everything, but the problem persists.I have a PC with:-i7 14700k-64gb ram 6600mhz- 4080super
