How do I remove AI from my Lightroom mobile and normal LR.  My masking tools, remove tools and blur background tool- in LR are all intergrated and I'm not allowed to use AI I'm my photography class

Under Adobe Standard V2, I have "This profile is missing" and all my raw photos are green. Honestly, for a paid service the lack of support (ie an Email with a human being) is shameful.

when I try to use a preset I created on other photos, a massage appears saying that an AI mode is being installed. however, there is no actual installation taking place, and I'm unable to use any of my preset.

My lightroom isn’t responding when I want to move or delete a remove section. It keeps freezing. When I want to change the opacity, it has no problem doing that, but pauses or lags at other tasks. It has been doing that in the edit section too. For example, just clicking on the edit section to change from the remove tool will take a while. Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do?

My Album collections have been disappear for most of them, and there is no one photo in this albums… it’s hours of work i Have to do again!!!! It’s a Shame!!!I want to know How it is possible!!!Antoine

When attempting to use the Denoise feature in Lightroom, I will check the box to turn the feature on. The progress bar will show up with the percentage and it will either fully complete or abort before 100%. Once the progress bar disappears, there is no change to the photo and the denoise checkbox is still unmarked and the slider is still greyed out. My computer and Lightroom software are up to date and I have even tried using previous installments of Lightroom.

I CAN’T OPEN THE APPLICATION, ALWAYS LOG AND ERROR WARNING. 

Olympus was a major player in camera production, and their camera division was bought out by OM Digital Solutions, but they’re still very prominent professional cameras. My E-M1X is older now so I don’t usually expect support, but the fact the make isn’t even available in lens correction settings (while less popular brands like lensbaby is available by default) is crazy to me. Am I missing some kind of camera business issue? I did check alternate companies- nobody offers native OM support, and it seems really really strange.

Hello everyone! There is a bug in Lightroom app on Android which causes HDR photos made using the built-in camera to be missing from Imports for several hours or even longer. Ordinary DNGs pop up instantly. Complete restarting causes HDRs to appear but this is far from usable.

I am a teacher and when I launch or when my students try to launch lightroom it immediately starts closing. We are using verison 9.5.1. It doesn’t happen on Lightroom classic. it is a school account and happens on my log in and with theirs as well. The macbooks are Airs and mine is a Pro, all M1 running Tahoe 26.2. I have tried so many things to fix this. Uninstall, reinstall lightroom, uninstall reinstall creative cloud, update all software on mac, etc. On my pro I have tried opening with rosetta, nothing.  I got it to work one time when I made a new user on my laptop and opened it and edited but now it is closing on that new user too.

Same, Windows 11 here. Lr keeps crashing over almost everything now, subject detection. I wanna throw this shit out my window LMAO.

I have found that recently on both of my Android devices that Lightroom crashes unexpectedly. By crashes I mean either stalls restarts, or closes the app completely. I use two Android devices for editing. A Galaxy S24 Ultra 512GB model, and a Galaxy Tab S7plus.  Both seem to have the same issues. So it doesn't seem to be due to hardware restrictions. The most consistent issue I have found was due to cropping in lightroom. When editing and recomposing my shot via crop it will crash on either system. Not every time, just consistently enough to be annoying.  Note: I have closed all other apps, and made sure this app is consistently on the latest version. I have also gone into system settings to "clean" the memory to free up memory for Lightroom.  I have also faced freezes when using AI remove on Android.  The worst part of all of this, is that the crashes often take versions, and lose edits when the app reopens. It would be great to have the ability to edit the selection before applying the generative tool, as we can do in LRClassic. Today we cant make any mistakes in the selection without having to redo the selection again.

The ability to select drag and drop pictures into your preferred order. So when they are exported they come out in the preferred order. Or just to group certain pictures together.

I’m a bit obsessive about backups, and the local copy of my LR Cloud images is part of my normal backup routine. I also periodically download or export the images with their “Settings” files.I sometimes wonder if there is any point in me doing the Settings file backup. In the unlikely event of data loss on Adobe’s servers, I’m not aware of any means of re-uploading my backed-up Settings files with the images. If I can’t to that, then why am I backing them up? Maybe it would possible to do something with them via LR Classic, but I’m not sure whether Classic’s sidecar files are the same thing as the Cloud Settings files.Does anyone know whether backing up the “Settings” files serves a useful purpose? If not, I’ll save a few minutes of my time each month.

Ok so let's start off by saying I use LR mobile on my phone and also take photos with my phone which is a Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. I use the pro camera and set white balance at around 4900K. My lights are set up to be around 4800K give or take. Either way even if white balance from lights were off and I corrected it with my white balance grey card it shoukd balance out correct? So, I take photos of clothes to sell on ebay. I try and get the colors and white balance the closest to actual colors as possible so the buyer knows what they are buying. My process is set up lights, take photo of grey card in the middle of where clothes will be, then take photos of all clothes (being careful not to move lights), then I crop on my phone, and then i go to LR Mobile where my photos have been synced to.From there I open up my grey card photo, grab the dropper and place on the gray card. Insane experience with Lightroom mobile--all edits disappeared!I just used Lightroom mobile for first time to edit a photo that was synced from Lightroom Classic (desktop), where I'd originally done initial edits, and then continued editing in mobile. After successfully exporting to an image on my mobile device, I went back to Lightroom Mobile and found all the edits I'd done in Lightroom mobile disappeared! All light, color, details and masks -- poof, gone! How is this possible? Perhaps relevant: before the edits disappeared, I got some strange message saying something like "file missing from iMac" (which made no sense, because the file is certainly there). I clicked "Cancel"--or whatever option there was to just dismiss the message--and figured it was just a temporary syncing glitch or something. If I create a preset on Lr Desktop with something like, say, ‘refine saturation’ in the curves tool, and I want apply that to an image when using Lr Mobile (iPad) which doesn’t have that specific feature, will that edit be applied properly?  The flow would look something like:create preset on my desktop that utilizes refine saturation, the preset syncs to the cloud months later I’m traveling with only my ipad I load images to Lr on my ipad Open an image and apply the preset
