I love the Denoise AI feature but it takes forever and consistently crashes my LR, forcing a restart.  I have tried everything.  Graphics drivers are up to date, 100mb allowed in cache, and I even got a cooling fan to help.  Below are photos of the errors I received and the system info after crashing. It appears LR is using all 4 gb of gpu processing on the last crash, but sometimes it is only using 2.5 gb and it still crashes.  I'm using an Nvidia geforce mx250 4gb. It's not great but I don't think it should be crashing consistently.  I have the usage for GPU set at "auto" and I've tried custom profiles where I've used all combos of display, image processing, and export.Thanks for any help, I'm on windows 10.

Hello,  I recently started editing photos on photoshop and when I go to save them and continue my edits in Lightroom there's this weird horizontal line that keeps coming out and I don't know what to do. Please help!

Good morning, I am facing problem when I am using my pen for editing, on my note 20. Especially in "healing" ,  "clone stamp" tool, the action point is 4-5 mm away from the point I am touching with my pen. The same happens when I am using just my finger. I like your application, I used it in my note 8 for years without any issue and I am very disappointment.  

When using my Lightroom iOS app, I’m seeing on some pictures a white checkmark on the upper left portion of the picture.  I have never used the desktop version or logged on to desktop. How do clear these check marks? What do they mean?

Fresh Windows install (21H2), fresh Lightroom 6.4 install. I just signed up for the trial yesterday. Most of my videos play fine, however when attempting to play some videos the preview is a blank grey screen and I receive the message ''Unable to play this video - it requires a component that isn't available for this computer''.  The file I am trying to play is a .mpg and it plays in VLC player fine. File properties attached. I am moving all of my photos from my MacBook to Lightroom, however this issue is a showstopper and I will have to cancel subscription if this issue is not fixed.

I've just tried using lrc denoise ai, and as soon as I click proceed it causes my pc to shutdown.

Is there any advantage to using Lossless Compressed RAW (Fujifilm) vs RAW for upload to cloud performance? Or does Lightroom CC convert everything to DNG before it uploads?  The Creative Cloud app seems to indicate that the original files are preserved after they sync to the cloud but I can't find any documentation which supports this.  If it does upload the original file format, it would make sense to use Lossless Compressed RAW just to improve the sync speed (compressed RAW is about 50% smaller), even though there are no previews for import on iOS (Lightroom CC uses the OS to generate file previews).   Does anyone have any information on this? (I'm not interested in compression for saving space on my SD cards - I have plenty of SD cards :-).  

Right panel won't expand to adjust width. The left panel works normally when you place the cursor over the vertical separator it changes to an expansion symbol. I am unable to get the right panel to expand and the cursor doesn't change. Please advise on how to correct this bug

Is it possible to save or export to a drive plugged into usb c on an iPad Air?

I tried to directly share my raw file to lightroom mobile also but there is no option of add to lightroom on .cr3 files .

I am signed into the same Creative Cloud account in all apps: LRC says it is synced with 8.2 GB of online storage used. LR  - the last photo here was taken in December of '22. Up until then, any photos taken wiht LR mobile synced seamlessly with LR on my laptop. CC Web says I have no synced files, despite showing 8.2 GB used LR Mobile - here's where it all really falls apart. LR Mobile (Android) as installed on my Pixel 4a has no camera function and does not seem to be syncing to the cloud - nor does it give me any option to do so, despite, again, being logged into my same account. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, but still no camera and no syncing. The one thing that seems to have changed is that my Pixel's native camera app shots show up in LR Mobile for editing automatically. So I don't know if LRM is syncing with Google Photos somehow and so cannot sync with Adobe Cloud? Not sure where such a setting would even be.

Hi, I have the following problem: In the online version of Lightroom, I can add "captions" and "subtitles" at any position in an album under the Adobe Portfolio integration. However, after exporting to Lightroom Portfolio, I can't see these "captions" and "subtitles." Hello,I have following issue: On my Laptop I have imported RAW images for which I created a collection that shall by synced to the Cloud. The sync from Classic to Mobile works absolutely fine but I'm having an issue the other way around. Edits and flags I have done on my Tablet with the Lightroom Mobile Apps are not synched properly to Lightroom Classic. Obviously they are synched properly to the cloud because on my Phone Lightroom App and the Lightroom web app I can see the edits and flags I have done to the pictures.   In Lightroom Classic I can see that some edits and flags are synched but others are not. The cloud sync status in the top right corner says that everyhting is synched.   Any suggestions/workarounds how to fix this? Is it a known issue that will this be fixed in the future?   This issue is driving me crazy as I have spent hours editing on the mobile device and get the edit synched to Lightroom Classic.   I'm running Lightrom Classic 12.4 and Camera R

Hi there, recently I have been having a problem.I create my own preset. I save the preset in Lightroom. It saves normally. But then when I use the preset the photo just gets a little bit faded. Any ideas why is this happening and how to fix it?I do have the latest updated version. And work on macbook.

In Lightroom, with other profiles I can turn on clipping (J) and see red / blue areas where clipping is happening.  This does not show for Fujifilm Classic Neg. profile.  Also with other profiles, I can hold Alt whilst moving the White or Black sliders and see where clipping is happening.  The histogram and "Auto" adjustment of the sliders seems to be OK - it's just the clipping which isn't shown, and as far as I have noticed, only for Classic Neg.  I'm using raw (RAF) files from an X-T4 and shooting with Classic Neg as the simulation in camera. As a workaround I can change to another profile such as Provia/STD and do adjustments there before switching back to Classic Neg, but it's a bit of a faff, do a better solution would be appreciated.   Thanks.

Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec les mots clés qui apparaissent dans la liste générale. Un certain nombre ne sont pas suggérés. Je dois donc soit les réécrire pour chaque photo, soit les rechercher dans la liste pour les appliquer.

 was working good then it stopped syncing to cloud and now this pops up each time i try and open it. I uninstalled/reinstalled, logged in and out, cleared cache. Still not fixed

Lightroom 6.4Windows 10 Enterprise version 22H2 64bit x64i7-1185H @2.50GHz 32GB ramI am trying to Export Small .jpg files to my local drive.  I have 200GB of free space.   The export dialog is successful but the export progress bar never advances and the files are not created.   Please help 

I have had lightroom for two years now and pay monthly,  my last payment in June was made.  Now lightroom tells me I need to renew my subscription.  But my next payment is not due for a few more days.  What Can I do?     {Thread title updated by moderator}

I am in a similar situation to the user in this post: Deleted (almost) all images in cloud storage but still shows 5.9GBcommunity.adobe.com The suggested solution which hasn't been upvoted doesn't work for me. I had some previous files in lightroom then stopped my subscription as I have been using Capture One. I am now re-examining that decision and have gone for a 7 day trial. On downloading PS Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic I found Lightroom CC had retained my images from previously.That's fine so I deleted them and removed from trash and chcked Trash in Lightroom CC  and in Creative Cloud and no documents are shown anywhere but 18 hours on the space has not been recovered. My plan is to use Lightroom Classic then sync up to Lightroom CC (i.e. just the smart previews) and on to Portfolio so as I understand it my cloud stroage requirements should be minimal as smart previews don't count towards my storage limit. Any ideas what is going on here?&n

I recently graduated and my university Adobe account was terminated, along with my presets and photos of incomplete and complete projects. I want to access that account if possible and migrate all my photos and presets to my personal, mobile account, but I am not sure how to do that. Can anyone help?

Hallo zusammen, hatte bis vor kurzem noch Photoshop Elements 2023. Habe nun auf die CC upgegradet und Lightroom installiert.Beim Öffnen von Lightroom friert das Programm nach ca. 10 Sekunden ein und möchte einen Fehlerbericht senden. Fehler ist mir keiner bekannt.Habe nun Lightroom Classic installiert. Dieses läuft nun problemlos und friert nicht ein. Woran kann das liegen? VG
