Questions

I have been trying to remix and such but it won't allow me to because it says that all of my space is full. I have deleted all of my folders and the "deleted" folder is empty. I was on the computer with customer service for about 2 hours last night and they couldn't help me. All they kept saying is to delete everything in my deleted folder but I don't know how to delete stuff that isn't there to delete. If there isn't anything to delete, why is my cloud still saying that its full? I use Lightroom, not Lightroom Classic.  

Hi I've recently moved my entire library from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC in order to have all original files uploaded and safetely stored in the cloud.Now I reinstalled LClassic on my Mac. What will it happen if I click the Sync button on the upper right? Will it download automatically a new copy of the files on my Mac? Do I risk to lose any data?Second question, if I work in LClassic with files uploaded in CC and if I create a new file, for example by using the new command "Denoise" which create a new file will it be uploaded in the Cloud automatically or will it be only on your desktop version?Thank you very muchAlessandro

Hi there, I have been using Lightroom mobile for a while which was purchased through the Apple App Store. If I want to start using Lightroom on widows PC, how do I go about it? Ideally I still want to use Lightroom mobile also, so will it be two separate subscriptions? Will I still be able to access my work done on mobile which is stored in adobe cloud, but on my laptop? Appreciate any help. cheers

Hello I just resubscribed to lightroom again and was signed in on both my laptop and phone but after using it on my laptop for 4 hours or so it booted me saying my free subscription Is over even though I payed... Any help or ideas of why?

I've dowloaded the last version of lightroom 1-2 month ago and it keep crashing even when i'm just scrolling down through my library, also when i want to import new Raw pictures from my sony a7s3 i'cant see the picture i just see a bunch of grey square with a tick box, i used to be able to see what picture i was gonna import .......

Hi - new user, but not a complete novice.I have migrated a 40,000 Mac Photos library of approx 100GB from my 2019 iMac running MacOS 13.0.1.  I "sucessfully" migrated the library to Lightroom 6.3.1 on my desktop.  I say "successfully" because it shows 39,969 files in the library, but many of them do not have thumbnail images (many do). My Mac is only 250GB, so with the system files, etc. it cannot hold both the Mac Photos library and the Lightroom copy held for migration.  I have a 2TB Scandisk Extreme solid state hard drive attached via USB where Lightroom is holding the copies of the library. The end goal is to have all of the images synced with the cloud so my wife and I can access everything from both computers.  After 3 days, just 497 photos have synced in the cloud.  Lightroom is taking up 200+%  CPU usage but there is almost no network activity. Adobe Content Sync in the Activity Monitor shows just 392kb sent over the last half hour. The D

Hello, I am experiencing oroblems with LR Mobile on Android.  I import the video, optionally apply some preset, try to export it and the app crashes.  What I have tried so far: clean cache both from app and from Android system, uninstall the app, restart the phone and install the app again. The behaviour is the same: I see progress indicator than the app returns to main library screen. After that I see a zero-size file in Adobe Lightroom folder. When trying to export in "Original" it saves only the original file without presets applied.   I have a log file from my previous attempts in form of a screenshot. I have attached it to this message.    I have an Samsung S22 Ultra 12GB Ram Exynos version with the latest Android on board.

Hi, I just downloaded the new Lightroom version 12.3, and the user surface is entirely different compared to the previous version. I am editing a work, I selected the pictures with stars as before, but I can not find the way only to see and export the selected pictures. I can change the order of the pictures, but I can not find the way how to shortlist them.I tried to look for a manual or tutorial video, woth no success. Looks like that for the updates there is no handover available at all. I am completely lost. I need help asap please, as I have thousands of pictures in total, and more than a 100 to edit.  Thanks in advance. Best regards,Sandor 

Having trouble deleting files off Lightroom tried closing program, shutting IPad Pro and restarting. Any help   IOS 8.3.2

My CC subscription expired a few days ago. I still have the CC app running on my Windows PC. It says that my Cloud Storage is 95Gb out of my now much smaller 2Gb allowance. I think that Adobe will keep my files for 30 days and allow me to download them during that period, but I can't work out how to do it. It might be that these are files that I already have elsewhere, but I'm really not sure and would like to cross check by downloading them and doing a compare. I can't see the files on the Adobe website or the CC app (although both say there is 95Gb of something in there, theyboth also say there are no files). File syncing is setup in the app and says it is up to date. But when I go to the directory it points to, all it has is a tidy little shortcut, that points back to the website. I found and run the Lightroom downloader. When it was running it seemed to be counting many thousands of files. But then only download 4Gb, 171 files. It did not report any errors. I do

If I move to Lightroom CC how do I prevent my photos from going to the cloud? I only use it on my desktop and don't want my photos uploaded without my explicit permission and decision. Should I just stay with classic or is there some way to disable the cloud sync feature?

On an extended travel, taking 900 pictures, I downloaded raw pics to Lightroom mobile direct from my Nikon D750. I did not notice the "download smart previews only" button was "on" I have edited many of the photos, will it only be smart previews in the cloud, how do I easily check, and can I move the edited files to Light Room Classic. 

My Lightroom mobile app says it is taking up 95GB of storage on my phone. I know this is due to accidentally having my auto on for my camera roll images going to Lightroom under the "All Photos" tab. It is holding 27,000+ images. can I delete all of the images from the "All Photos" folder made by Lightroom mobile and all of the photos remain on my Camera Roll/Photos app on my Iphone? I am using Lightroom (Cloud-based) and Lightroom Classic on my PC. Lightroom Classic works fine. In Lightroom (Cloud-based), after selecting an image, nothing happens when I try to Export or Share...no dialog box, export options, etc. On my mobile apps (Lightroom for iPad and iPhone), the Export/Share works as it should. I have tried removing and reinstalling the program and restarting my computer. No other programs are running simultaneously. Hi there,I am trying to post my professional photographs onto a website (for an art award submission), but you can only upload a maximum file size of 5MB onto this website.I have tried to understand how to resize my images (with losing the least possible amount of quality) from YouTube videos, but they all seem to deal with Lightroom Classic (I have the newest version of Lightroom, not Lightroom Classic). So when I go to 'Export', all of the settings that Lightroom Classic seems to have, don't pop up - instead I get these features (as you can see in the image), which I do not know how to navigate to the highest possible quality whilst being maximum 5MB.Please help! Thank you so much.Pipi

Late 2015 iMac Retina. After updating to Mac OS Big Sur, if I use Spotlight or "Commnad F" to search for anything  on my external hard drive, a folder or an image, it shows the path to a Lightroom Catalog file:".Irprev". And EVERYTHING is on my External. In essence, I can't search for anyhting. Sample below, and it's the same if I look for an image.

I am guessing it was from the latest update,  but I am no longer able to import photos into lightroom mobile and none of the previous photos in lr  albums are showing. (attached pics)  anyone know what might have happened or how to fix?
