In the old lightroom, I used to be able to hover my mouse on my photo and see RGB levels. How can I do that in this new lightroom?  Thank you - 

Hi, I just got done with a shoot and had to get these photos done within a few days. I opened Lightroom CC (the latest version) and it shows the "Add Photos" button to be greyed out. I've looked everywhere but can't find a solution to this. I've tried reinstalling, installing older versions, signing in and out of Creative Cloud, and rebooting so far. The add/import photos button on the menu is also greyed out. If anyone could help, that would be fantastic! Thanks. Screenshot of the issue:

Hi all, I do most of my work in LrCC and want to be able to export two versions of everything when I'm done -- I want a small version for social media, and a full size (max 100MB) version for sending to my printer.  I'd like these assets to be automatically in the album with the orignals, and tagged appropriately. At present, I need to export to a file, then re-import and manually tag. Is there  a way to automate this process avoiding the export/import?

Hello! Im needing help with trying to organize my literally thousands of presets (no judgments please, I have realized i have too many) into groups i create within the preset folder in the module. The new version does not allow me to click and drag into groups i created, I cant just click on a menu and try to find the file explorer folder to be able to take a file that I could just click and drag into specific folders that I created in the preset folder, I have to literally right click on EACH PRESET then choose 'move to group' and choose. I cant sit here for HOURS upon DAYS to move all these?! please tell me theres an easier way to do this?? Hi there,Any way to implement an in-app account switch in Lightroom CC (cloud) that would allow switching between two accounts in a fraction of a second? I have a business account of all apps from my workplace and a personal account for my Lightroom CC (1TB) plan. The only way I can separate them (on a Mac) is through user switching which is extremely frustrating. Why isn't there a seamless option to switch between accounts?

As the title says, i found someone else's pictures in my lightroom on ipad when i was syncing with my mac version. These misterious shots are not present in the other devices, only the ipad. How so!?

Hey guys, I have clicked the free trial on Lightroom which has led to autorenewal of membership. Unfortunately Lightroom does not work on my PC. It only makes sense for me to cancel the subscription but I have to pay a cancellation fee. I do not think it is fair to pay cancellation fee since Lightroom is not working for me. Do let me know how i can escalate this issue to the concerned department or person. There is no proper customer service for Adobe. Calls are not being directed to the right source and chat assistance does not provide any valid suggestion.  Kindly help me.

Thank you: Yesterday's update destroyed hours of work. Who will pay me for this?I use the iPad Pro for most of my portrait retouching work. Yesterday evening the app was updated. I worked long hours after that. This morning I want to export the images on the Mac for the client, the update comes on the Mac as well. And as a result, all the edits in the cloud were overwritten again with the old status from the computer.HOW STUPID IS THAT?Also, the design of the repair tool on the iPad is much more cumbersome compared to the previous version. After each edited spot extra again adjust settings and click on Done? Are you serious? 

Since upgrading to Lightroom 6.0, Lightroom won't recognize the photos on my EOS R.  Tell me this will be fixed in the future.  It will drive me away from an otherwise very usefull program.I am using Windows 10.

New to this whole way of managing your photos.Trying to develop a work flow.Having difficulties understand the behaviour of cataloging on the iPad.I got the $10/mo package deal. I connect my memory card reader to the iPad to start the process. It is bad enough that I can not vet the images before I actually import them, I have import the whole thing.Once everything is inside the lightroom catalog, immediately without asking me, it tried to upload all those photos to the cloud, yet another process that I have to wait for before I could even get to see or work on the images... I stopped that real quick, so it is not synching, not sure how I managed that, but it is not synching anymore. First round through the photos, I reject eveything that looks out of focus or just plain bad. If it is something I want for sake keeping I rate it 3 stars, if it is something that I want to edit, I rate it 4 starts, and out of all the edited photos, the ones that are impressive enought to be

Hello 👋 Every time I add photos to lightroom (mobile) and then enter the app to attempt to do anything at all, after a few seconds,  the app freezes and eventually my phone displays an error message of "Lightroom isn't responding" Incredibly frustrating and limiting my creativity . I pay a subscription for premium. Thought it was poor Internet speed whilst away - definitely not. Latest app software. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?Thank you, Lucy x 

Lightroom on my iPad tries to update and crashes after a minute How can I open it without deleting the app (it has pictures that are only backed up there)

Trying to develop a work flow in Lightroom for iPad. It is bad enough that I can not vet the images before I actually import them, I believe one should be allow to view and delete images before the transfer from memory card to iPad storage happens. Once everything is on the iPad and inside the Lightroom catalog, it immediately wants to upload all the images, the bad ones and the good ones to the limited 20GIG cloud space, another bad thing about this process, some how I managed to stop the sync and it has happen anymore. Now we are ready to work in Lightroom. First round through the photos, I rejected everything that looked out of focus or just plain bad. I want to edit a Lightroom file in Photoshop. For some files I see a menu option for Edit in Photoshop, but not for others. I'm on the most current release of both. Why can't I get that option for all files?

Hiya.I'm doing a fundraiser at Christmas and I thought I could offer taking pictures of families/children and changing the background to a Christmas scene.  I am expecting over 100 children.  I can take the photo on a green screen or a plain white background.  I have the design of the new background ready.  I have access to lightroom and premier pro.  Is there a way I can bulk change all images to the same background? Thanks in advance Oliver

Hello,I'm using Lightroom CC, and I don't want to store my files locally on my harddrive (because of space issues). How can I use Creative Cloud as actual cloud solution, instead of just a synching mechanism (with local storage)? Thanks!

I was using Lightroom Classic but decided to switch to Lightroom. What a mistake! Even though I have a very powerful machine (PC) the slow response of the software is just atrocious. I just don't understand how anybody can actually work with it. What's even more unbelievable and hard to comprehend is that the software is installed locally and the performance is so bad. I tried it on two different machines and I saw my colleagues working with it - it's just how this piece of software works. Badly. Adobe, please do something about it if you want users to switch from Classic to cloud-based Lightroom.

I have a student creative cloud account, and I can use all of the lightroom features on my desktop. However, when I click on a premium feature on the lightroom mobile app, an error message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again in some time" pops up. I am logged in with the correct Adobe account on my ipad and everything is up to date.  -Lightroom Mobile-iPadOS 15.7

When will the Merging function of 3-5 photos be available on the LR mobile on the IPad Pro?

Hi, i uploaded .RAF files today for the first time from my Fujifilm X-PRO3 and i got the below message - see photo. Does anyone know what thats about? Extremely annoying and i have never gotten a message like that before in my years using LR....I am also not allowed to "continue editing" as all functions are non-functioning..

I am running into an issue where I edit photos in detail mode, sometimes using batch edit (cmd+shift+c/cmd+v), and after some time, I'll look back at the previous photos I edited, and the edits are gone. Ie. They are all back at the default values. When I try to edit it again, it looks like it saves okay, but then I'll check back at the photo 30 minutes later, and it will be back to the original default values, like all 0s. I do notice the cloud icon continuously trying to sync. It never stops though, even with a small number of photos like "3 photos syncing". The closest related issue I've found in this forum is here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/lightroom-ecosystem-cloud-based-discussions/lightroom-not-saving-changes/m-p/11743054  But this doesn't really help me, since I want to keep working in Lightroom, not exit it. Also, the issue happens while I am working in Lightroom. I'm using: Adobe Photoshop Lightroom version 4.4. My OS is Mojave version 10.14
