my cursor is misaligned-cursor isn’t pointing where I’m clicking

With canon eos R1 and also 1DX ii the video timestamp is not matching the photo timestamp. Cameras timecode is set to ”free run” time set to camera.

DUDES!!!!!!  There are WAY too many bugs in Lightroom CC at the moment, that I’m actively looking for alternatives.  For example, I do two or more AI heals, and it simply locks the app, nothing works beyond that point, and I must terminate the app using task manager on Windows 10 and 11 both.  Also, several times now, I have tried to remove a flailing braw strap, and have been told by your AI system “read the guidelines before using this feature” !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME????????  You are censoring my work???  This has happened several times now, with image content that is nude, or erotic, so I suspect that you’re literally censoring your users!  Can you imagine this being shouted to the media??  Well… keep doing this, and it will be, as I am frustrated beyond my limits by this, and the bugs!I’ve seen many bugs like this keep happening, and not to mention the slowness!!!  I keeps getting slower, not faster, as you update the app.I’d close to being done subscribing f

[English]I edit photos in Lightroom with the 100GB cloud storage included in my plan. Because I edit a lot of photos, Lightroom automatically synced every edited photo to the cloud, and the storage filled up quickly. 1. Deleted photos can't be recovered when storage is full. Photos in "Deleted" can't be restored because my cloud storage is full, and I'm worried I'll lose photos I deleted by mistake. Recovering photos shouldn't depend on free storage, or there should at least be a warning or grace period.2. There's no clear way to turn off sync or clean up the cloud. I'd like to stop Lightroom from syncing, but I can't find a clear setting to turn it off, and I don't know how to bulk-remove photos that have already been synced.3. Everything syncs automatically by default. Every edited photo is uploaded, so storage fills up fast. Please let users choose to sync only selected photos or albums.4. Please add a local-only storage option. I'd like a setting that keeps all my photos stored loc

Hello!  I’m based in the UAE and my account says that however I cannot use full version of the app and buy subscription because the app shows me an error “Subscription not available. Adobe has suspended all new sales of goods and services in your country.”  why? 

Lightroom 9.6 two different problems. 1- Lightroom is in Sync Items for ever.  No way to know what is holding it.  No log, no message, no information at all.  2- Lightroom 9.6 seems to run into memory issues as it drags and getting extremely slow after a while and increase my nvidia video graphic card increase power and fans to the roof after a while.  Forced to stop and restart Lightroom.  

I have Lightroom (v9.6) and Photoshop (v27.11) up to date on both my Mac and Windows PC, and the “open as layers in photoshop” function does not work on either system. Photoshop and lightroom both work on their own, but I can not import any lightroom photos to photoshop. Specifically, I want to do a focus stack and no longer can. Anyone know a workaround to open pictures from lightroom as layers in photoshop?  On the topic, why is focus stacking not available directly in lightroom? I can do panoramic stitching, HDR merges, etc. in lightroom but not a focus stack? Please add this feature to Lr. 

I’m on Adobe Lightroom app (not classic) on Macbook Pro M5 and running the latest version.I was editing photos, copied edits from one photo, and pasted it onto maybe 10 photos. Lightroom crashed, and now if I open Lightroom and view those photos, it crashes Lightroom. It does this non-stop now for days.

I'm using Lightroom Desktop 9.6 on macOS Tahoe 26.6.2. I can't find the Cloud / Local switch.The left panel is open (I'm in Grid view), but at the top of the panel I only see "Add Photos", then Learn, Discover, All Photos, Albums, etc. There are no Cloud or Local buttons anywhere (see screenshot attached).What I have already checked:- I'm using the desktop app, not Lightroom on the web- Pressing P only shows/hides the left panel- Full Disk Access is enabled for Lightroom in System Settings- I quit and restarted Lightroom / checked for updates in Creative CloudHas the Local mode moved in version 9.6, or is there a setting I need to enable? Any help would be appreciated.

I have Panasonic Lumix S9 and Lightroom on Samsung mobilephone. I use Lumix Lab to import raw files into mobilephone and thenI import raws into Lightroom. On Lumix Lab, On Samsung Gallery, on EXIF reader time is 8:48. But on Lightroom time is 9:48. So, one plus more. I live in Finland and we have that daylight savings stuff. Is that the reason LR shows time wrong but everything else shows it correctly? Nikon and Fujifilm raws are imported correctly.

So you know when you’re selecting subjects or people?That window…When I try selecting the people I dont want to mask, the time the app gives me to deselect subjects is too short, not just that, but I can’t go back and select who I want or dont want, that’s a huge issue.

i open lrc i try to edit and then it freezes up on me and wont load the edited image so i have to exit out of lrc and try to restart by reopening the program then it does it again. I can not get through one photo without it freezing on me!

A tela de onde importa as fotos, fica grande e nao aparece a parte de importar as imagens, só consigo selecionar e escolher a pastar . Mas nao importar os arquivos

Warum kommt beim hochladen in die Cloud über Lightroom desktop bei vielen Fotos "Warten auf Einstellungen", obwohl ich vorher in Classic alle Metadaten extra in Datei geschrieben habe? Dadurch bleibt der Upload stehen und ich musste für 200 Fotos die Einstellungen zurück setzen.Ich mag Adobe Lightroom aber das nervt!!!!

There's not much more too it. The histogram freezes if you make any adjustments too quickly. It remains frozen until you stop making changes or you slow down sufficiently. In the event that this bug is difficult to reproduce, I suspect, as I have speculated before, that this may be another bug that is related to the unusually low performance I'm experiencing on my rather powerful machine, an issue that consistently gets me radio silence from Adobe, whenever I press for more details (see this and this).

Hello, i use lightroom cloud on my phone, i import some of this fotos only.. In lightroom cloud i can see wich fotos have been dowmnloaded… when I make a selection of this fotos to erase them from my cellular, lightroom cannot do it! ..Thanks for helping…Antoine

I used to use the masking feature “people” search.  It would locate each person/people in a photo and you could edit parts of the person like just hair, just skin, etc.  You could edit each person individually or all at the same time.  I really liked that feature and used it quite often.  For the past 6 months or so, that feature does not work.  There will be a photo with people obviously in it but after it searches for people, it does not find any.  I would love if this feature was fixed so it would work like it used to.  You’ve added new features in the last 6 months but this one that was quite useful remains unworking.  There are some other masking options that have also been doing weird things.

When I first click the box for the denoise feature it starts the production bar on screen after about 20% it stops. It’s not completed the task. The denoise box remains unticked and any follow up clicks to this box literally nothing happens. Working on Lightroom version 9.2
