Same problem as everyone else. Error code when trying to upload rig + "too many requests" when trying to download default model with animation.  My project is due delivery tomorrow plis Adobe help us!!!

There is a problem like "too mane request", when I wanna download character or anything. what can i do or can you fix buges Mixamo community 

Mixamo animation is not working since yesterday!

Hi Adobe team, I’m reporting a serious issue many users, including myself, have been facing on Mixamo. For the past three days, we’ve consistently been getting the “Too many requests, try again later” error when trying to download animations. Uploading custom characters is also not working—it either fails completely or shows repeated errors. This is not an isolated issue. It’s affecting users worldwide, as confirmed by multiple posts on Reddit and Twitter. The Adobe Twitter support team asked us to report problems here, but I noticed no one had created a thread yet—so I’m doing it now. I’ve attached a screenshot below showing the exact error message. This issue is currently blocking thousands of creators, animators, and game developers who rely on Mixamo for testing and animation. It’s critical and needs urgent attention. Please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you!

It seems like Adobe it working on mixamo, one guy tweeted about it today and this was the response.

hey guys ! mixamo is not working i don't know what happend but i keep getting error messages when i try to upload my own models and/or download animations form it, hope you guys will fix it soon!

I'm in urgent need of animation data, but every time I try to download from Mixamo,I get a "Too many requests" error and it won't let me download.Is there any way to fix this? It's really urgent. 😢

Hi Adobe Team and Mixamo users,After doing some digging, I think I’ve found part of the reason why Mixamo is currently broken — and it’s a surprisingly simple but critical issue.On Mixamo’s interface, when you click the “Account” button, it tries to send you to:👉 https://accounts.adobe.com (with an “s”)But Adobe’s actual user login system is now:✅ https://account.adobe.com (no “s”)The plural version seems to be deprecated or non-functional — which could explain why:Login tokens are failingUploads/downloads aren’t authorizedSession handshakes aren’t completingIn other words, Mixamo is referencing a login path that no longer exists.It’s possible this URL hasn’t been updated since Adobe’s acquisition in 2015 — and now that certificates or API tokens have expired, this mislink has finally caused everything to break.Mixamo still displays animations and previews (meaning the front end works), but every feature tied to user authentication appears broken.💡 Can someone at

Hi! I was uploading a 3D model in .fbx format and when it gets to 100% upload, it comes up with this error"Sorry, we had trouble receiving your upload.."

When can the mixamo be fixed? Can adobe fix it quickly. This is not funny, i have to submit my work next week. I hope adobe can look into this issue. It's been down for several days now
