hey guys ! mixamo is not working i don't know what happend but i keep getting error messages when i try to upload my own models and/or download animations form it, hope you guys will fix it soon!

I'm in urgent need of animation data, but every time I try to download from Mixamo,I get a "Too many requests" error and it won't let me download.Is there any way to fix this? It's really urgent. 😢

Hi Adobe Team and Mixamo users,After doing some digging, I think I’ve found part of the reason why Mixamo is currently broken — and it’s a surprisingly simple but critical issue.On Mixamo’s interface, when you click the “Account” button, it tries to send you to:👉 https://accounts.adobe.com (with an “s”)But Adobe’s actual user login system is now:✅ https://account.adobe.com (no “s”)The plural version seems to be deprecated or non-functional — which could explain why:Login tokens are failingUploads/downloads aren’t authorizedSession handshakes aren’t completingIn other words, Mixamo is referencing a login path that no longer exists.It’s possible this URL hasn’t been updated since Adobe’s acquisition in 2015 — and now that certificates or API tokens have expired, this mislink has finally caused everything to break.Mixamo still displays animations and previews (meaning the front end works), but every feature tied to user authentication appears broken.💡 Can someone at

When can the mixamo be fixed? Can adobe fix it quickly. This is not funny, i have to submit my work next week. I hope adobe can look into this issue. It's been down for several days now

Hello Everyone, i am trying to showcase a new website which can be a alternative till mixamo is not running. But everytime i post something to community regarding that website adobe is deleting my post. This is not fair from ADOBE. As if mixamo is not working then devs has to find something that can solve their problem in the meantime. We can use an alternative of mixamo called Rigonix3DIt also has around 300+ Free Animations.Mixamo is great, but we should have an alternative till mixamo is back.And follow Rigonix3D Communityso that we can discuss much about rigonix3d. Really need your support guys.Thank you

first time coming to mixamo since my professors introduced it to me years ago bc im in dire need for a reference for a project and its DOWN??? for DAYS?????????????? this is an adobe program now i was expecting class i was expecting high maintenance, but i guess adobe will just keep failing us forever and ever over some extra money

It is both enraging and relieving to know that this is a well known issue. And a Kafka-esque labrynth of support requests and inquiries have led us all in spirals. I was told by my support person that the Mixamo character animations are now accessed in the Adobe XD app, and Mixamo was no longer going to be supported. Actually I went through 3 support people who all claimed to be experts then admitted they had no clue what was going on.It was sort of like the "Who's on First" routine but not funny and really expensive.We love Mixamo, c'mon and bring it back!

I am another user that can't access any Mixamo animations. I spent a long time trying to talk to a human being but I could not find a link to a real person without the virtual assistant stepping in to run me around in circles again.

I was also instructed to post here to let Mixamo know that it's not working. You cannot upload or download assets.
