Questions

 @CShubert I'm trying to load legacy extensions but it's not even allowing me tyo check the boxes in the plugin options (as you can see here). Any advice? I've tried checking the boxes above and my memory usage is at 70% but still no luck. I'm using a macbook pro M1 on Ventura 13.5. This is happening on both Photoshop 23 and Beta. 

Photoshop v25.0.0M2 MacBook Air 2022 MacOS 13.4.1Upon attempting to place linked and/or attempting to save, the various dialogs don't appear over the main document window. I get beeps, expecting me to answer the dialog, but I can't, becausse I can't see them.  

 Me está dando problemas constantes de selección. HiA simple one but it seems the Width scale font is slightly larger than the Height scale font. Other than that it's fine and works ok.

Hi, I'm wondering about the beta ai. Can a photographer use it to add things to photos from a photoshoot. These images would be paid for by the client and would be for their use only  

Has anyone found an easy way to create a background behind an object? For example, I took a shot of a car, cut it out, put it on a new layer. Now I want to create a scenic view behind it and draw realistic shadows from the car. Using Generative Fill of'course.

i have a problem with generative fill. i can't generate anything. Im using google account, my birthday information is public and i log into Behance too 

Hi there, I'm working on a series of images where I have to replace a part of the ocean in some images. I used the generative fill for one of the images. Is there a way to repeat the same results for the rest of the images using Generative Fill? It keeps giving me different types of ocean water...Thanks,

I understand that we cannot use the AI generative fill in photoshop beta for commercial purposes. However, can someone hire me to make a photo collage incorporating AI elements for their own personal use?  Having trouble navigating the fine line. If the image goes straight into a customers hands and will not be commercially used, is it fair game to be paid for these types of images? Or does the transaction alone make it "commercial".  

The first time I tried Beta, the generative fill worked great. Then I updated to the latest version (and several others later) and now all I get is the "select subject" and "remove background" prompts. Can't find the "generative fill" prompt at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've been dragging and dropping the image onto the Beta page from my file folder and I wind up on Photoshop instead of Beta. I could use some suggestions on how to get back to "generative fill." Thank you. 

Trying the Photoshop Beta (25.0 m.2265) for first time today and couldn't put my PC (Windows 10 v. 22H2 build: 19045.3208) to sleep. No file was open at the time. It would try to sleep, then the windows log-in screen would appear. Tried about 3 times to no avail. Closed PS Beta and lo-and-behold, it went to sleep. Don't know for sure that PS was the issue but I didn't change anything else in the process. Loaded PS after waking and it slept OK the next time I tried.

Bonjour,Je n'ai pas accès à la catégorie "applications béta" dans ma barre latérale. Ma collègue qui dispose d'une licence similaire possède la catégorie. Comment faire ? 

No save option works. Click save, save as, save as copy, nothing happens at all.  No save windows, nothing. Try to batch save, won't let me choose a save location. Click choose file, again, nothing happens. Is there any work around here that wont require me shutting everything down and losing all of my work??

A ferramenta exportaçao rapida em png nao esta funcinando. quando tento utiliza-la nada acontece, nao abre a tela para que eu escolha o local de salvamento. 

Hello, I use macOS 13.4.1 and Photoshop Beta 25.0.0. When I try Liquify tool, everything is fine, the preview is working perfect.But when I apply the effect, the image I used Liquify on is now bugged and just white or partially white. Like the image just dissapear. I checked the community posts and found this post so I followed the steps to turn off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences. Now it kinda works, after the preview and applying the effect, I can see my layer, but it takes years to apply the effect. and preview seems a bit buggy and when using Liquify Photoshop often crashes (with the GPU processor off).I also noticed that this bug is happening when I see a "hole" in the Liquify preview. Like some pixels dissapear on the preview, if I apply the effect the result will be bugged.  

ARC  A770 has multiple versions of drivers installed, and all drivers are not  compatible with the liquefy tool. When entering the new version of Photoshop to liquefy, the brush starts to shake and respond slowly. But that doesn't happen with Nvidia graphics cards.

As a test, I've tried entering the same prompts into PS generative fill as I have in Firefly, and the results look very different.The Firefly images look way better and more refined, whereas in PS they look a bit of a mess.I would have thought they'd just work the same?

I was wondering to get a Photoshop Beta version to extend an image, but unable to access it. Isn't it available in Pakistan? Please guid.

Hi, since i've installed the beta version, i essentially use only this version so i was wondering if i can uninstall the regular PS 2023 ? cause it takes a lot of space on my harddrive and i often receive an error message on the Beta version to free some space to be able to use the generative text foontion ...

I am getting a scrambled image when opening from Lightroom Classic 12.4 Using the latest Photoshop Beta update 25.0 When I click on it or use Navgatetor it will correct itself.This is frustrating when editing a series

Hi, I remember I saw a section when I picked the color it will show 5 darker or 5 lighter colors to let me choose, but I can't find that any more. Can anyone tell me how to find it?

Been using generative fill for a few days and all was well.  Just recently I find that once I use the crop tool, expand the image, then switch to another tool (IE.Marquee tool) Generative fill automatically launches without prompting. Is this new or do I have a setting messed up?
