Photoshop automatically selects and crops my reference image. I want to use the entire reference image. But unfortunately, I can't use the application anymore. It doesn't work for me. Or maybe I can't do it. I want to be able to use the entire reference image

Using artboards in 26.9 is messed up. When i duplicate files to a specific artboard it drops the layers in random artboards spread aaround, its a disaster. I can't drag between different artboards, it does the same thing. 

   Let's go to a hard level and see what happens? I'll be right back  

In photoshop, I am able to open certain save files on the cloud drive, but others will give me an error message claiming that the files are not supported or that there was a problem reading the layer data. I can still view the file online in Photoshop beta, but that also will not allow me to edit. 

The new Gradient tool is awful please give us the option to use legacy gradient.

Camera raw preferences are not saving after customizing. Changed settings and closed, but it keeps reverting to a reset and having to set preferences every time i open photoshop beta

I am very disappointed in the recent PS Beta update.   Now my generative fill results are awful!  I used to be able to use object selection for a branch in front of a bird and it worked great.  Now the generative fill results (all of them) are unusable.  What the heck is going on??????    I opened the same image in regular PS and it works fine.  This is ridiculous.

Since the update before last, the remove tool usually will not work because it says there is an issue with the internet connection (there isn't) or because of an unspecified "program error." Despite my many, many attempts since it has only worked on one occasion. The Generative Fill tool (which can be used to do the same thing, but at the cost of credits) works fine 100% of the time, even after receiving either of those error messages. I was hoping today's update would fix the issue, but it has not.

To the Photoshop Development Team,I was a heavy user of the "Reference Image" feature in Photoshop Beta 26.6 and found it to be an essential part of my workflow.I was shocked to find that in the latest version, this has been replaced by the "Object Reference" feature. While I understand this may have been intended as an upgrade, the new system is not a suitable substitute and has disrupted my ability to work effectively. The original "Reference Image" feature was fundamentally different and, for my needs, far more capable.Losing such a well-designed and powerful feature is a significant step backward. I am writing to strongly urge you to please bring back the original "Reference Image" feature. It is a tool I desperately wish to continue using.I sincerely hope you will reconsider this change and re-introduce this vital functionality.Thank you.

Im sorry, but im trying to change the gender on a person in a picture, and I specifically use words like "woman" and "female" and it gives me 90% men.  Was this tested before being released?

A caixa de Texto, quando criada, funciona normalmente. Porém, o texto está passando do limite da caixa de texto, sendo difícil alinhar a objetos e centralizar, e também confundindo na hora de ajustar o tamanho da caixa de texto.

Since the most recent update I cannot use remove in PS Beta as it says no internet connection, yet I can use it perfectly well in the normal PS. My computer defaults to the beta version so this is annoying. Any suggestions for help gratefully received

This is SO DUMB. I can't use Photoshop Beta now because there's no Magic Wand option. How INCREDIBLY stupid. What'll they do next, remove the Type tool???

App version: 26.9 m.3133macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 (intel mac) Steps: any attempt to use parametric filters produces this result. The example photo is a single-layer .jpeg. It does not have any other filters, layers or effects applied prior to trying to use the parametric filters. I also tried .png and .psd images, the problem was still present. Larger image resolutions produce an even worse result.Expected Result: Parametric filters looking as advertisedActual result: all filters have what looks like some kind of extreme multicolor artifacting. The artifacts move when properties are changed (resolution included), but never go away. See attached screenshots, including shot showing image size and resolution.

1. Workspace loading issueWhen the app launches, the default workspace doesn’t always load—even when I’ve selected Windows → Workspace → Essentials. Instead of the full UI, I just see a black canvas background and the top menu (File, Edit, etc.), with none of the tools appearing on the side.2. Here you will find the choices you can make on what to allow and what to pause.  You can come back to this settings panel at any time to change your choices.   What happens when I turn ON Enable Quiet Mode?   When you turn this setting on, all the notification types below it will be paused. You can also elect to not use the global Enable Quiet Mode tick box and instead, choose individual ones below it for specific kinds of notifications to be paused.   Certain notification types cannot be silenced as they are important for the use of the application.   We would love to hear your feedback on this and if you plan to use it. When in Photoshop Beta (latest update) i use the "browse in Bridge"(bridge latest update) option to find and open raw files. Those files open in Camera Raw(also latest update) where i do my edits. After editing i use the open option in Camera Raw so they will open in Photoshop. A few days now the Camera raw edited files no longer open into photoshop......the program takes me back to the Bridge folders. To get the edited photo into photoshop i need to close Photoshop and Bridge and restart Photoshop...then import the edited file straight from the folder. Whats happening here ??

Hello,  I'm experiencing some odd errors when using the move tool in Photoshop Beta. Below is the pertinent information regarding version, etc.  Photoshop version: Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.9.0 20250709.m.3143 187b1ee x64OS and version: Windows 11 Pro 24H2Issue: When using the move tool on any layer, I receive this pop-up:  This first started after updating to Photoshop Beta 26.9. The use of the move tool causes the error in the following attempts:1. Text on a Transparent layer.2. Text on Fill layer. 3. Auto-select layers and groups enabled and disabled in the move tool options.4. Rectangle shape, ellipse, and custom shapes on any layer, and also paths.5. Using Smart Objects and rasterized layers.6. After resetting Move Tool preferences.7. After resetting preferences (both inside Photoshop Beta and also holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift while relaunching) and after rebooting the PC. 10. Rolling back to the previous version of

Dear Adobe!The Photoshop does not offer to set a name for the new snapshot, with the "alt" pressed, like, for example, a new layer, or channel. This interferes and creates confusion when recording actions. The name can only be changed for an already created snapshot.Thank you!
