I CAN'T save my work in Photoshop

Salve, non riesco a salvare con nome il mio lavoro su Photoshop. Nella finestra file clicco su salva con nome e non succede nulla. La versione di Photoshop é la piú aggiornata e il sistema operativo é macOS Mojave.

Spero che qualcuno mi aiuti in fretta ho l'esame fra pochi giorni. Grazie

Hi, I can't save my work in Photoshop as a name. In the file window I click on save as and nothing happens. The Photoshop version is the most updated and the operating system is macOS Mojave. I hope someone helps me quickly I have the exam in a few days. Thanks
