I keep on losing my tool bar icons, font bookmarks, keyboard shortcuts, and now neural filters.

This shows what my photoshop has become the past few months.

Firstly, no tool meun icons.  I have to restart my PC to get them back sometimes.

My fonts will no longer bookmark making it difficult to find needed but poorly named fonts.

The keyboard shortcuts that I keep re-entering into photoshop always eventually disappear.

Neural filters dont load most of the time also.

What is causing this and what can I do to fix??

I have Windows 10 and the laptop I work on was bought new in September, 2020.   The photoshop version is 24.7.2.
