Mouse scroll wheel stopped working in Photoshop on Mac

Some time in the past week or so, my mouse's scroll wheel (and horizontal scroll wheel on the side) completely stopped working in Photoshop on my Mac. This is happening in both 24.7.1 and 25.0 versions of Photoshop. PS just acts like the scroll wheels aren't there. The mouse wheels work fine in other apps (i.e. web browsers).

Using the same mouse with my Windows 11 machine, the scroll wheels are working fine in both versions of Photoshop mentioned above.
