Photoshop Sprache nur Englisch zur Auswahl

Hallo, mit dem heutigen Update ist  bei mir nur noch Englisch zur Auswahl bei den Sprachen. Obwohl in der Creativ Cloud angezeigt wird, dass 23 Sprachen möglich sind. Wie kann ich das wieder ändern? Danke schonmal für mögliche Tipps!
