Questions

In am retired and just want a hobby.  I used this years ago, but have not used it in a good while.  I suppose I could  install it on my new laptop and use it as is, but would like to take advantage of all the new  bells and whistles that are available.  I forgot to mention, it is Elements 10. 

Each time a raw photo is edited, then saved (Save as... jpeg), the new jpeg image (shown in a version set) displays the wrong time in the organizer, exactly 4 hours earlier than the original. But when I bring up the file properties in windows explorer (properties -> details), that still shows the correct time the photo was taken. The cameras being used to create these photos are set to the correct time zone and date/time, as is my PC. Is this a known bug, or do I just need to change a setting somewhere?

I’m trying to install Photoshop Elements 2019 on a new desktop and running into some issues.  I have the license and product number registered to my account and the program is currently installed on my old laptop.  When I log in and try to run the installer on my PC, I’m getting this error.  It says: Update your browserTo use Adobe services, please update your Adobe applications, operating system, and browser to the latest versions. Everything is up to date and I still can’t figure it out.  Thanks in advance for any help!

It’s simple. Unable to open Elements 2019 as stated in my question.  Note that I have a student/teacher edition.

The program used to work.  I haven’t tried it on this computer in a while.  I clicked on a PDD file and it hung up on the opening screen.  When I clicked on the shortcut I had placed on my desktop, I got the same thing.  I followed some online instructions to make a new shortcut, and that opened up the editor.  But I could not drag my PDD file into that editor.I’m wasting my life here.  And it is not fun.  Why is this happening?  Who is going to fix it for me? 

I would like to choose a sharp white font on a black background, for maximum contrast. It would be good to reposition the caption much lower in each photo. How do I achieve this?

Mit Photoshop Elements konnte ich bisher zwei Computer aktivieren. So konnte ich am Desktop und an meinem Laptop PS Elements nutzen. Jetzt habe ich einen neuen Laptop. Den alten habe ich weggeworfen, allerdings davor vergessen das alte Laptop bei PS Elements abzumelden. Jetzt kann ich den neuen Laptop nicht mehr nutzen, weil der zweite mögliche Computer durch das alte Laptop belegt ist, und ich keinen Zugriff mehr habe. Der Adobe Support teilte mir mit, dass sie den Aktivierungszähler nicht zurücksetzen können. Was mache ich jetzt

My Photoshop 2021 doesn’t seem to want to connect to my printer after re-downloading Windows 11. I have the DVD Rom and have used it and depend on it so much I can’t be without it. I’ve re-installed it twice and still the same issue. This never happened before. May be an issue with the new printer or my cellular “wi-fi” from Verizon. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks so much.

i created an adobe account and followed dowload steps however, when i downloaded the photoshop elements app, it asks either for a 7 day trial or months payments. i have already paid for it through a third party. 

Every time I try to crop a photo, either using a preset size such as 6 in x 4 in or using No Restriction option with Custom settings of W: = 4in; H=4 in (needed 4"x4" size for my scrapbook), I try to "draw" my selection box around my desired area. Upon releasing the mouse, the square box proportions are retained, but the resulting size is either larger or smaller than my desired size. I try to drag the corner of the selection tool to enlarge or decrease the size, but the selection then jumps to another random area of the photo & changes dimensions even again. It used to be the only way to fix it was to exit and reload PSE, but even that is no longer working. At this point, I am unable to crop any photo. Any help is much appreciated.

where do I find the tools like Paint Brush, Paint Bucket, etc that I used in Elements 2020? I had to upgrade to 20206 because 2020 wouldn't open on my new iMac? The new tools exhibited seem very simple and limited. Have the older tools be eliminated or are they somewhere I cant find 

I’m using Windows 11, photoshop elements 2025 freezes when I try to import or get photos from files.  

I want to convert a color photo to black and white but the option is grayed out under the Enhanced options.  Why and how can I convert them.

It’s terrible. It’s glitchy. It won’t import files correctly. It won’t simplify text so I can add mutiple outline colors anymore.  You guys screwed it up.

I recently updated to PE 2026 and when I save my PSD as a JPG the photo printing site says this type of JPEG is not compatible. I never had this issue in the past. 

I go into downloads and select what I needed.  It ask me for a serial number which I provide.  It come back to me as not being associated with the logon id and will not allow me to download the software.   I am doing this because my old computer keeps shutting off and it was very old.  So I got a new computer.  Trying to load all the software and elements is giving me a problem.

It is as if the Canon printer is embedded in the Elements 2022 software. It is very frustrating as it is much cheaper to print black & white on the HP laserjet.

I start pse 26.3, get to the initial splash screen, click on either organizer module or photo editor module; little circle goes around for maybe a minute and then stops but neither module has opened. I’ve downloaded the app again and get same result. I have win 11 with ARM. Help, please.

All of sudden my Elements 2026 won’t load the Guided Mode - it shows a constant wheel moving but nothing happens.  The Quick and Advanced modes work and my Organizer works.  I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled.  My license does not expire until 2028.  I have a PC, not a Mac.  Any suggestions?
