I got this message today:   So I downloaded the "PhotoshopElements_15_WWEFDJ.dmg" file, and ran it and I got this:     I tried running install.app, but I get this:   Can someone how to tell me to reinstall it?   Thanks.

Hi - I'm a newbie to the Elements world. I'm having lots of trouble working with b&w photos in Elements Organiser. Most (though strangely not all) b&w photos don't display a thumbnail image - it is all black. If I open that image in Photoshop Elements, it also displays an all black image. However, as noted above a very few images display both a thumbnail and full image when opened. All files were created by scanning the original negatives with the same scanner in the same session. Looking at the metadata, there is no obvious difference between the images that display and those that don't. Windows File Explorer has no trouble displaying the thumbnails of these images and Windows Photo Viewer has no trouble displaying the full image. Any suggestions? - I'm at a total loss. Thanks

Hello, Since the latest update to photoshop my surface pen no longer works with photoshop, I have tried all sorts , including setting scaling of high dpi to system in compatability settings, however now the pen is working, it is highly pixelated and jaggered, as is the whole programme. Any ideas?

Hi,  I just "upgraded" to the latest version (2021 for Mac OS) and realized the "lighting effects" filter under Filter -> Render -> Lighting Effects that was there in my really old PSE 10 is gone. I attached a screen shot. It used to be right under the Lens Flare filter. Did it get removed?? I used it quite a bit.  Thanks.

Bonjour,Je cherche, en vain, à ANNULER (Ctrl + Z) et RÉTABLIR (Ctrl+Y) une fonction avec les boutons latéraux dédiés de la souris.Cela serait un avantage, un gain de temps, plutôt que d'utiliser les raccourcis clavier (il faut les chercher et les actionner)  ou le clic souris sur l’icône appropriée (qu'il faut atteindre en déplaçant la souris), alors que la souris est déjà dans la main et le pouce sur les boutons latéraux.J'ai essayé plusieurs souris, actuellement MX Master 3 qui est normalement programmable en fonction du logiciel et qui fonctionne avec beaucoup de logiciels, mais pas avec PSE Editeur.J'ai testé sur plusieurs versions du logiciels, PSE 15 que j'ai acheté, et 2020 - 2021 en version évaluation,  sans aucun résultat.Si quelqu'un avait une solution pour y parvenir, je lui serais bien reconnaissant.

When I go to open the app, I get a window that is all-white and nothing happens.It simply will not load.

I can't get into my elements 13.  (Using  windows 10) .  Tried to download pics from my SD card and get a pop up message "16 of 74 items imported.  That is as far as it goes.  Have to press stop and close the program.  Repeated many times.  Have used this SD card and same procedre many times with no problem.  I do not want to delete and reload program because I am afraid I will lose my organized library of photos.Anyone have experience with this problem?Mike

I have the backed-up PSE13 catalogs (originally running on Win8.1 machine).  The Win8.1 machine hard drive broke and was replaced and that machine now running win10.  Rather than re-install PSE13 (if that's even possible) on the now-win10 machine, I would rather import the PSE13 catalog to something (PSE13 or PSExx newer version or other application) running on imac macOS11.1.  Can someone tell me if the mac option is possible?  If not, will the latest version of PSE for win10 import the PSE13 catalog?  Thanks in advance.     

Every time the same procedure in "Organizer" as you upgrade to the newest PSE version. As I remember last time, from 17 to 19 it was very complicate and I needed help online. I can't understand why this routine procedure isn't in the help option from Adobe. Or will I be positively surprised how easy it works this time? 

i have just re downloaded elements 2020 to my new pc , i dont have my old activation code so it has put me into a free months trial although i have already purchased the programme , how do avoid having to pay again for placing programme onto my new pc 

Really not a question, but something I've noticed. In the past couple of days I've really been looking at all the crazy brush sets I've installed, and have come to realize that (from my view point anyway), as oppossed to what adobe says, that the "max brush size of 2500 x 2500" simply is not true.  This also hold true to pictures  I define as brushes. I've installed plent of brush sets where  their thumbnails are listing as having a default size of much greater that 2500 x 2500. A good example of this is a free retro car set of brushes- and they all are over 4000 x 4000.  Now when looking at the tool options it says "2500" is the max size- which is not true.For me, there is no practical use of using giant sized (over 2500 x 2500) brushes.

Dear, sirsAbout the new option in Camera Raw 13.2 called Super Resolution For me not having the Lightroom Classic nor the latest PS,I would be thankful for some further information about what is includedand if the Photoshop Elements 2021 maybe supports the so-called enhanced "Super Resolution" in the Photoshop Elements 2021 programif it is possible to update the installed Camera Raw version from 13 to 13.2,I guess PSE 2021 comes with version 13.0? (The new super-resolution enhance option in Camera Raw, will be included in version 13.2 if I have been informed rightly?)A very big THANK to you who can help me out with this need, before my purchase of PSE 2021!Best Regards,Charl  

How do you get at the initial page (Home page) for Elements 2021 after opening the Editor page?  The Home page is gone.

I am looking for advice from an Apple expert knowledgable with PSE202. In the process of importing previously tagged images to a new MacBook PSE 2021 catalog, I select the option to include the tags. After doing this, a list of Imported Keyword Tags  is created under the headng of Keywords and these are also attached to the imported images. I select an imported keyword and then add the corresponding tag from my previously created people, places or events tags. So now I have two identical tags and I try to delete the Imported Keyword Tags.  There doesn't seem to be a way of deleting them from the imagwes On my Windows 10 PC, it is easy to do this by right-clicking the unwanted tag and choosing 'delete'. This works for both Keywords and people, places or events tags. On the Apple version of PSE 2021, I cannot find a way to delete Imported Keywords tags. Right-clicking doesn't work for Keywords but it does work for the people, places & events tags.  &nbsp

I just downloaded the recenr 1.2 update and now elementew 2021 will load properly, butr the editor  stopped workimg.When I select photo(w) for editing they load into the editing space normally but in smart fix a tptally different photo shows up and no editing controls have any response. I click and nothing happens. I have been forced to return to using the previous (2020) version and feel like I have just wasted m y money buting a buig laden program. Any help out there? 

HiI recently upgraded to PSE 2021 from PSE 13 alongside migrating my Mac OS to 11.1 Big Sur.  The Organiser component initiates OK but I have to use 'Force Quit' every time to exit the application.  The Editor component appears to exit in a straightforward manner.Any ideas on how to solve the issue will be much appreciated.

I am new to Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements.  I am experiencing problems when trying to load photos which are at present on a cd which I would like to download in PSE and create a slideshow with music.  I can get the photos into the Organizer but after selecting on the ones I am using as a test, the system freezes on me. 3 error reports have been sent to Adobe and I've not to date received any help.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programmes (I had both on trial and thought that might be causing some issue) however I'm still experiencing the same problem.  The photos have been saved initially as jpgs, I've tried converting them to psd but no matter what I do I can't get any further.  If I can't achieve what I'm trying to do, Photoshop Elements is a waste of my money.   I'm not technical and 72 years old. I use my pc mainly for craft work so anyone responding with help, can you do it in layman's terms please!

I transferred my license for Photoshop Elements 12 to a new computer (yes, I disconnected the license from the old computer).Everything seems to go well and the shortcut showed up on my desktop.  When I clicked on the shortcut, photoshop comes up, but the font on the menu bar (across the top) is so small, it can't be read. This program has worked well for me.  This program is the only one that I have installed on the new computer that isn't showing up properly.Thanks, K

My old computer had Elements 14 loaded on the C drive with all the photos on the F drive.  In moving to a new computer I cloned the F drive wth all my data (the corresponding drive on my new computer is D).  Then I downloaded Elements 14 on to the C drive of the new computer.  (I did pretty much the same thing with Lightroom.) Then I went back to the old computer to load my Elements "catalog" on to a flash drive to transfer to the new computer.  To my surprise the term "catalog" in Elements apparently means something completely different from the term "catalog" in Lightroom.  Unlike Lightroom, in Elements the catalog is the photos and everything.  Why Adobe would use the same term for two completely different things in two related programs is baffling. Of course, the photos were already on my new computer so I didn't want to copy and transfer the entire Eements "catalog" again because then the photos would be on my new computer twice.

Hello, I'm a new user of Elements 2021 and have the next question. Ik removed some pictures directly from my NAS. In Photoshop Organizer pictures are still here......isn't the Organizer automaticly synchronizing with my NAS ?? How can i update the Organizer with the removed pictures ?Thanks for your help !!

Just upgrade to PSE2021 latest upgrade. I have a 15 Huion graphics display that crashes when I try and use any pen selection with the pen for this display. The mouse works as an input device with no problem. The previous PSE version worked very well in te setup I have. If I turn off the mouse the crash still happens. I'm using an hp laptop 8gig mem I3 chip and plenty of hd space. Crash reports have been sent to Adobe and Huion 

I have Elements 2020 with Win 10.  Just recently when I open Organizer there are no pictures.  Tags, etc are still listed but no pictures.  there should be thousands of them.  I tried restoring the Catalog--I only have one-- but there still are no pictures.   If I remember pictures also used to be at C:\USERS\......\PICTURES\ADOBE\OTHER PHOTOS but that folderr is empty now. How can I get everything back in synch?

Aaargh. Stuck in sign in loop. Cant get out of it. Spent hours. Deleted App, re-dowsnloaded app, restarted over & over, deleted folders associated with App in Library/Application Suppport, tried different Adobe ID logins. Nothing works. Help! Please. I have no flipping antivirus or security software. Im on a home network. I cannot sign in! New software complete waste of money. On a Mac, this is a brand new Mac.
