I've paid for the extra features and now instead of getting the option to select photos you can access it won't let me use the app without allowing you access to ALL my photos. Either put it back to having an option or refund me for a service I can no longer use because I refuse to give anyone complete access to all photos on my phone!

As requested from the developer here is my workflow on my iPad iPadOS 17.6.1. Initiate app: get this screen:  20 seconds of this screen then crashes:   

I'm trying to download Photoshop onto my Macbook but my Photoshop ID password is wrong. Is the Photoshop ID password the same as my Adobe password? if so, why won't it process? if not, how do I find out what my Photoship ID password is?

Hallo,wir haben bei einem Test festgestellt, dass er wohl Funktionsunterschiede zwischen der iOS und der Androidversion von Photoshop Express gibt. Es geht um das "Selektive Bearbeiten".Wenn wir mit der Android-App ein Bild öffnen, dann kann man unter "Änderungen" das Hauptmotiv oder den Hintergrund auswählen. Bei der iOS-App kommt neben der Auswahl "Hintergrund" noch ein Pluszeichen, wo man selbst Bereiche im Bild zur selektiven Bearbeitung auswählen kann. Dies fehlt bei der Android-Version völlig.Warum ist das so? Warum gibt es hier Unterschiede?Meine Freundin hat sich jetzt extra ein ganz aktuelles Android-Smartphone mit super Kamera gekauft, kann die Bilder aber nicht wie gewohnt an ihrem ehemaligen iPhone bearbeiten. Hat da jemand ne Ahnung, warum das so ist? Danke und GrüßeDetlef

When I use my finger to erase a portion of the image it does not show where it is being deleted, then when I confirm the OK in the right corner, it shows the result of what has been deleted. What is going on?

I am using iPhone 11 Pro Max and photoshop express is not working at all. It's freezed on Home Screen and a loading symbol appears. Rest all gets freez. Please help. PFA screenshots of my screens.thanks

I recently switched from an iPhone to an Android (Fold 6) thinking it would help me with my daily productivity, without having to carry a tablet or anything like that. It never occurred to me that PS Express would have fewer functions on Android. I urgently need the LAYERS option, without it my work is useless. I already regret this change, there is no going back since I have already sold my iPhone. How hard is it to implement this function on Android?

As mentioned above. Play store says it's not compatible. I have a Premium account. If i install the apk, it says it will be available soon. 

iPhone 13 Pro Max.  Have collected pictures (jpg) and videos (mov) in an album on iPhone  but need a program to create a multi-media slideshow.  The slideshow will be cast from iPhone to android TV. Want to be able to exclude unwanted pictures/videos and put the wanted ones in my preferred order.  This  seems impossible using just the  iPhone controls. I have downloaded PS Express AND Adobe Express but cannot tell if these are the best Apps to use or if they will work at all for this simple purpose. Do not particularly want to subscribe to a premium payment plan but don't mind one off payment for an appropriate App that is not overkill for this simple project. many thanks for any advice. 

I recently got back into my photography hobby after many, many years; but now it's with my iPhone 13!  Will not stop now!  Many, years ago I owned PS; yes, I purchased the disks, my own copy...a book I let my son use as a booster seat at the table.  I now have. Ps Express premium subscription on my phone; shoot edit and share all in one step.  I really like the collage feature and other neat manipulation tools.  I can't use my phone for editing much longer, I need my large screen iPad.  I have tried to go through the APP Store to open my full premium subscription; my iPad does not give me full premium usage.  I have removed PsExpress and reloaded a few times...nothing.  Is there a place I can go to log my complaint?  If anyone has information they want to share, please do.  If there is anything I can do help a resolution come about for this disappointing issue, please let me know.  I 'Thank You' in advance for your time and effort

Hi. I don't have a computer so I'm using my phone (Samsung) to do my photos. When I save them, they appear in JPG format. The problem is I have to send them in TIFF but I can't find how to change the saving on my phone. I wonder if it's even available.. thanks

I am having issues with the workflow in the latest UI update in PSE.    I left a message on teh appstore and they asked to post it here saying that this behavior is not expected.I have a LG V5 i use for content creation as well as a SamSung Note 20 Ultra 5G.   The app behaves the same way in both.   In the previous UI when working on a group of images from an album when you stopped editing it return back to the album and i can move on to the next image.in the new UI when i View All and open the album i wish to edit and make an edit when i save and  try to return to the album it takes me back to the home screen.  Support asked me to post a video.  so here it is.

I've been using photoshop express on an iPhone and iPad for years. with the end of PSMix I've started to use the similar Combine Photos option on the PS Express app. it's available on my iPhone but missing on my iPad. is there a way to resolve this issue?The iPhone version has Combine Photos. The iPad version does not thanks 

Bonjour, Je vous écris pour vous faire un retour sur la dernière version de votre application Photoshop pour Android. J'adore votre appli depuis longtemps, mais là c'est devenu beaucoup moins bien. La nouvelle version rend pénible la retouche de plusieurs photos à la suite. Trop de clics. 1) On est obligé de repasser par le menu général (avec l'IA, les actions rapides) entre chaque correction de photo, et donc de recliquer sur 'Afficher tout'... Et on revient en haut de la liste, ça ne garde pas en mémoire la dernière photo modifiée.  2) À chaque modification de photo, on nous propose désormais systématiquement de la 'partager' par des applis tierces... Et quand on décline, il faut à nouveau cliquer sur la flèche de retour en arrière pour revenir au menu, ça ne se fait pas directement (et d'ailleurs ça devrait revenir à la liste des photos, au niveau de la dernière photo modifiée, par au menu général : c'était comme ça avant!) Ca devient très lourd et

Hi, I just noticed that the photoshop mix app for iOS was shut down. Please can anyone tell if there is a chance to get access to the projects which where saved in the cloud there? Thx Michael

  When adding text to a photo it seems to naturally set every two to three words in a row. This is opposed to the normal way of a straight on sentence with the option to resize and adjust how the sentence is structured. It's infuriating that there is no procedure for this or resolution.   Anyone else?

Do you know when the Android layers will be available?The next question, my Photoshop Expressdoes not open RAW files. ARW With my Sony A7iv and RAW files from my Samsung S24 Ultra,Does anyone have a solution? I will add that Lightroom mobile opens without a proble.Of course I have a subscription.Thanks in advance for your answer.Best regards

 tried to combine 2 pictures. The top picture is just in a white box now with white circles that sometimes make the image smaller. And when you do make the top image smaller you can't see where your putting it. 

You know what would actually be exciting? Feature parity. Or give Android users a break instead of charging full price for half baked software.

Just after a couple of weeks into my Premium subscription, I am unable to use the premium features this subscription should enable. For instance, during the free trial I was perfectly capable of using the background/ object detector in no time! I was then able to amend the background selection, etc... Now this feature does not work anymore! It will tell me to wait for the photo to be downloaded, but it apparently never happens and even for the easiest photos to detect the background, the app cannot do this. Such a waste of time, considering I am never able to use this important feature! I mainly bought photoshop for this.

As expressed on the Play Store review, here are the bugs I encountered in the new app version: 1 - Pictures take forever to "download" after modifications; it was an almost instant process before the update.2 - The smooth function is visible while the app is loading, but disappears right after the app is fully loaded.3 - The app uses a LOT of battery while saving a photo, which was not an issue before.4 - Blur function: when applying blur, it works well when modifying the picture, but when it is saved, the blur effect is not applied.

I just updated the Photoshop Express on my iPhone, after restarting the app it remains on the opening page for a few seconds then quits itself. Does anyone encounter the same problem? I'm running on IOS 16.1.1 which is compatible for the newest version of this app.

Hi allI have spent several hours this afternoon going slightly crazy trying to work out how to layer images only to discover, from reading this community page, they are not included in PE. SOOO disappointed. Loved Photoshop Mix and assumed, if you were to cancel it and force us to use express, you would include the key features.  I have an Adobe subscription so can someone please point me to what mobile app (android compatable) I can use to layer images. I don't want to have to use the desktop versions as I am on the road.  Thanks in advance
