Hola. Tengo un iphone SE2020. Hace meses que al ir a retocar una foto con la herramienta basica de cortar, al aceptar el retoque, se cierra la app sin guardar los cambios. un saludo
I am running Photoshop Express 23.30.0 on an iPad pro 4th gen. It works just fine on .jpg files, but when I try to open a .orf file (Olympus camera RAW) it freezes until I shut down and restart the app. I have tested the .orf file with Photoshop on a Windows PC, and it works just fine. I have also logged out and in, and restarted my iPad. Any suggestions?
A few years i purchased some premium features and now is not working anymore HELP!!!
I don't see any of those features in the anroid version for Samsung 23 ultra. I would like to auto remove backgound. But I don't see that option
Adobe would you please PLEASE get ride of the [cursing removed] pop-up screens in this app! OR at the very least, the option to turn it off! Open, POP, close that one, POP, close that one, click to open a file, POP, close it. I have clicked these pop up three, now may I edit thee?? I've started actively looking for other app options because of it. No reason for this--especially when paying a subscription fee.
Please add remove tool option in Photoshop express Mobile app.Only heal option is available now.Please give Remove tool access atleast for paid subscribers to quick edit our photos in mobile.thankyou
I'd like to be able to change the background of my images in the mobile app like I can in the desktop version. I have seen multiple sites that say you already can and if that's the case, I can't figure it out. So my follow up suggestion is, if this is already a feature, to make it more user friendly or at least offer an in app tutorial.
I just want to access photoshop express projects on both my iPad and my iPhone. Why is this storage option so impossible to tease out of the interface? I see projects done in Photoshop Mix. So why the heck are the ones from Photoshop Express not up there? Frankly, the whole cloud storage with simple Adobe subscriptions is just needlessly confusing, without the bonus complication that aspects will be turned off in Feb. 2024.
Photoshop Express free on iPhone used to auto enhnace images automatically when opened/edited via album. It no longer does that since an update in May or June I think. Is this a bug or intentional ? In addition when opening the app first. The Auto Enhance toggle needs to be switched on every time you open it. Another bug or intentional ? PSE: 23.29.1 - Issue also in previous versions iOS: 16.6 - Issue also in previous versions (iPhone 11Pro) There isn't a specific iOS topic — only iPadOS.
Two different Android devices, using same account, had been going on for several days: there are 3 borders that I cannot use, 2 are premium, 1 is standard: thin black, black bevel, and black circle. They just indicate a download in progress.
I am subscribed to Photoshop Express Premium but not getting the premium features. I don't have the replace eyes feature, the whiten teeth feature, the latest retouch features or animated collage features. I'm using an iPad Pro 6th generation
I cannot see the pictures I have posted on PS Express. I have uninstalled the PS Express from my IOS and reinstalled it again, still cannot find the profile icon and pictures posted. Any ideas how to overcome this?
Hello everyone, is there any possibility to adjust the Title-Layer in PS Express, so that I don't have the text in 3 sperate lines - e.g. extend the Text-Layer horizontally? Couldn't find a way to do this, is there a gesture I should try or did I oversee a 'style'? Thank you!

The geodata and other meta date of the photos edited in PSX will not be exported. All are lost. I didn't find any setup to fix it. It's not really professional.
I am finding that doing cut outs in messages is better quality than in Photoshop express. I would like to paste my cut out onto another photo and then to be able to move the layer. Am I missing something? I cannot find where to move the layer. The below example should show you where I'm stuck at and give you a basic idea what I want to do. This cut out was done in Photoshop and you can see that the bottom underneath the legs didn't cut out. I'm surprised that I cannot paste the clipboard after that I would like to move the girl over to the right so that it looks like we are both together.
Suddenly, about a month ago, the Mix Workflow disappeared from my screen. I’ve been emailing & chatting back & forth with Adobe Customer Support and the latest email I received stated that the Mix Workflow has been discontinued altogether from PS Express Premium. Is that really correct? I've attached screenshots of my screen and the email.I tried to restore purchases and get the error message that my subscription has expired, although it does not actually expire until March 2024. Screenshots also attached.Since the Mix-Cutout with transparent background is the only feature on PS Express that I use, I tried to cancel my premium subscription purchased through Apple, but since it has been over 90 days, they will not refund or prorate my upgrade purchase price. Hello! So I downloaded ps express on my iPhone 15 max pro I am able to access my videos over there but when I moved to my iPad Air gen 5 (same update) same software etc, the video tab isn't on there? I've uninstalled, deleted cache, restarted, EVERYTHING!!! I'm loosing it 😂😂 AND customer service isn't helpful... my friend downloaded because I recommended it and she was on an iPhone yet the tab wasn't there 🥲 it's the same update what is the difference???im so lost 😞
Hello, My name is Flo. I've been having issues with creating a scrapbook for a collage feature in photoshop express for iOS. I get a content failed due to no internet connection error followed by the app creating a regular standard collage:Please see the attached video for the issue.
I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I've used the subscription level of PS Express for a while now (as part of a larger subscription package). For a while, everything seemed fine. Now, when I run photos through PS Express (even is I make no edits), it drastically changes the quality of the photos. Is this caused by the conversion of HEIC to JPEG? I have the setting on maximum quality, but the file size does change from 2.85MB to 2.5MB. I tried to upload both photos, but when I upload them, they look the same, which leads me to believe it's a compression issue. Still, the quality is so different. It's frustrating. Anyone else having this issue?
Hello people. I've been doing edits in this app for last 3 years, and really great and simple app... lovin it.Last few months I have problem with select tool.When Im selecting parts of image, after every... like 10 seconds when I move focus on other part of image... whole selected path is moved to the left few pixels, so I need to do same proces again. And when Im done with it second time, again same problem after few seconds. If someone can help me would be great. Thank you.
It has worked with no problems until about 1.5-2 weeks ago. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. It still works on my iPhone 7.
Looking for insight. Sometimes I have multiple healing tools available, like clone healing, patch healing, etc. But other times it's just brush healing and I can no longer find the clone or patch options. I have a premium subscription. How do I get the tools back? Or where are they located?Using PS Express on my iPhone 14Thanks
