Questions

I am considering purchasing Adobe Premiere Elements for my Windows PC. My question is, if my display resolution is at 1360 x 768 (requirements place it at 1280 x 800), will it be enough to support this program? My PC meets all of the other requirements to run Adobe Premiere Elements.

I'm trying to use my own imagine in motion tracking, a post mentioned place the image in the common folder under clipart, however I dont seem to have that folder.

Is timecode capture available in Premier elements ?

P.E.20を使用しております。動画の画面分割についてです。 例えば画面を６分割するとした場合アスペクト比を無視して画面割をすることになるのですが、エフェクト＞モーションから画面を複数配置した場合、縦横比の固定を外してしまうと映像が伸びてしまいます。 映像の縦横比を固定したままま、自由に個々の映像の配置を作成することは可能でしょうか。また、仮にできるとした場合、そのレイアウトをテンプレート化して保存することは可能でしょうか？ イメージとしてはTikTokなどでよく見る、１スクリーン上で複数に画面が分割されており、それぞれ違う動きをしているという感じです。 

I realy like the animation on the motion title "GeneralLabel" and some of the other motion titles in Premier Elements however I want to be able to change the background image on it. This seems like such an obvious features but I can't seem to work it out. Can anyone help?

I have been sent a video in iMovie format and I would like to convert it to MP4.I have Premiere Elements 10.  is there a way I can import an iMovie file?

I just purchased Premiere Elements yesterday and I am using a Win10 laptop. I can see how to search for duplicate files that are visually similar, but I'd like to search for all files that have duplicates based on metadata such as "date taken" and "file size" for a more specific result set.  I'd like to then be able to select the dupes and delete them from the source storage drive.  I have about 50k files, so I need a efficient way to do this. Is this possible in Organizer?If so, how?Thanks in advance!-bk

Is there really no way to change the aspect ratio of an existing project in Premiere Elements 2019? I want to be able to recreate a project (1920h x 1080v) to be able to show it vertically on mobile phones (i.e. IGTV and TikTok). The aspect ratio setting doesn't seem to allow you to change them. How can it not be part of the program in these days of needing to display content on multiple platforms?!  

HiFor a number of reasons I am forced to use Elements 14 to try and burn timeline to Disc.Afrer editing and creating a menu, when I go to export and click on 'Disc' everything freezes and I have to eventually force Elements to close entirely. This is a consistent problem.Any ideas or suggestions welcome. This is a problem stemming from Adobe's withdrawal of Disc burning from later editions, meaning I have to resort to using older versions.As soon as 'Disc' is selected - everything freezes up!

Are there any more Menu Themes for Premiere Elements that can be downloaded, in addition to the standard set supplied with the original software??

Hello, I have been using PE for close to 20 years. I upgraded to PE2020 end of last year and now when I try to create menus (using Film menu under tools) it systematically crashes. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, nothing changed.  I repeatedly send notifications to Adobe but no answer, so now I'm using the community. Any help will be welcomed. Thank you.  

For whatever reason I cannot export this project to my PC, or even directly put it on YouTube. It's too large to save on a flash and move it somewhere else. I always get to the very end of the progress bar on exporting/rendering and it gives me a message saying the compiling failed, "Unknown Error." I've tried exporting this for hours across multiple formats and it is infuriatingly vague, leaving me no clear answer or general guidance. I was able to save a 4 minute snippet of the project just fine, but the next block of 4 minutes failed.

Premier Elements: I make a new project, average amount from a DVD vts_01_01.vob but there is no original audio from DVD ??

バージョンプレミアエレメンツ14です。エフェクトからキーイング　16点ガベージマットを選んで動画のへドラッグアンドドロップしますが調整ポイントが出ません。右側に16点ガベージマットの数値は出るが縮小拡大しか出来ない。  上の画像はYouTubeから撮った物ですが、調整ポイントが有ります。下の画像は作業中の物ですが調整ポイントが中央に一個しかなく拡大か縮小しか出来ません。ソフトを入れた当初は出来たのですが、どこで間違えているのか分かったら教えて下さい。

Is there add-on content available for Premiere Elements like there is for Pro? I want to use some arrows and animated callouts but haven't been able to find them for Elements. 

Premiere's audio creation and editing functions has several nice features, but the following things make audio editing  aggravating. Having to turn the system speakers off then back on every time you create a narration is a real pain.  Particularly since a previous application I used didn't require this causing me to forget often.When I delete part of a sound clip I have to manually abut the right-hand piece to the remaining piece. Seems like it should close the gap as part of deletion. Is there a way to concatenate/join adjacent audio clips so they can be moved as one? If not, there should be. Another question. Is it possible to set the default audio gain so I don't have to change it for every clip?

Is there a possibility in the export settings:1. Set VBR or CBR in audio settings2. Perform direct streaming copy audio without transcoding

Hi,Wanted to ask here.....can you do custome effects in premiere elements(PE).I used an Text effect in PowerDirector wherein a small text bar flies in from bottom left of the sceen. You can write text on it but the bar itself has a background(not the ecreen but the bar itself)  which has some leaves or maybe petals flying. I know in  PE you have a text effect where in a bar of text flies in from bottom left but can you add animation to the background of the bar itself. Thank you for your help in advance. Thanks

P.E14を使っています。動画編集をすべて終わらせてレンダリングをかけようとレンダリングボタンをクリックしたところ、ウンともスンともレンダリングが始まらない。旧PC(Windows7)では問題なくレンダリングは機能していたのですが、去年新PC(Windows10)に替えてから、はじめてのP.E14使用なので新PCとの相性に何か不備があるのでしょうか。お分かりいただけましたらご教示お願い致します。   　　　アドビ123 

More specifically I move my finished and published video folders to a storage drive on the same PC.When I go to open it from that location the project loads but not the assets. All the assets are in the same folder.If I move it back to the production folder it all works.What do I need to do to fix this so the project will open completely from the storage drive? 

Hello I have a problem, I recently bought the software but when I start installing the program freezes at 6%... I tried to look for a solution but I can't find anything that helps! I have a MacBook from 2011 with 4 GB RAM and our Intel core I5 processor! I have a SS D Drive installed with enough space. I was really looking forward to use the program but unfortunately I can't do anything with it!! it is really frustrating so I hope anyone can help me! gr kevin

I have 5 clips placed on separate tracks above each other in the workspace in Premiere Elements 2020. I can select or highlight one of the clips in the workspace but when I click on the image in the viewer above, a different clip becomes highlighted in both the workspace and the viewer (i.e., the 4 boxes appear on the corner of tge clip in the viewer).  Apparently this is the clip that is "on top" in the viewer but not the one I want to work with.  The clip I originally selected to work with below loses focus (i.e., is no longer highlighted). How can I make sure that the clip I highlight in the workspace below will be the one I work with in the viewer?  In my case I want to manually move the image in the viewer, something that is easy to do if I could only select it.   How can you select in the workspace the clip that will be active in the viewer?

Community,I am seeking recommendations on options for a dad who wants to create a tribute video for my daughter’s 16th birthday in July. Friends and family will be invited to send short video salutations and well wishes to be compiled along with digital photographs and art as the raw material. I am interested a “cartoonising” effect for the video clips. I have iMovie, iPhoto and Adobe Elements on my 2008 iMac running OS 10.11.6. I have some “home movie” editing experience, but not much facility with higher end programs like After Effects. I am open to production services as well. I invite your suggestions.
