Hi Adobe experts,I have software "Adobe Premiere Elements 11" with DVDs that I have never used before.  I now want to use it on my Mac laptop, but it doesn't have a DVD drive.  I do have a redemption code.  Can I simply download the software using that code?  I don't want to buy it twice.  Would appreciate any and all help.[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from Photoshop to Premiere Elements... I've read and agree with the frustration about Adobe's decision to remove blu ray disk support from Premiere Elements. I recently purchased PE 2019 to create a wedding video. I created a movie menu, but will that menu be available only if I burn the video to a standard DVD? Would I get my movie menu if I used Export and Share and selected HD 1080 from one of the Devices options and then used another program that does burn blu ray disks to create the blu ray? Thanks!

Preconditions:- Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 installed with all updates installed. Version 16.0 (20170902.daily.l297587)- Install Logitech Brio webcam (USB) with current drivers and Logitech Camera control app installed.Steps to reproduce:1. Launch APE 2018 and create a new project.2. Click Add Media and select Webcam.3. Select webcam from source and wait for live preview to display in capture window.4. Click Capture button to start recording.Result:- APE 2018 displays a Recording Error popup with the message, 'Driver Error'.I'm not sure if anyone at Adobe is monitoring these forums or not, but posting this here in case anyone has solved this problem or has some insight into the issue.

Hi, When I scan my E drive with McAfee it Blue screen crashes. I have identified the file causing crash as "device_manager.js"  Its a 17kb file and is located as follows. Adobe Premiere Elements 13/Mozilla/Chrome/Pippki/content/pippki/device_manager.js      McAfee technician has looked into problem and says to contact Adobe to say file is corrupted. I have uninstalled it and then scan is fine. I have reinstalled and it now crashes to Blue screen when scanning above mentioned file once again. Anyone else with this problem? Not sure where I go from here.

How to get a down loaded template into premier elements.The file has a .morgt file and premier keep saying it doesn't recognize the file. Have tried Photoshop and AI with the same results. Seems like it should be much easier then this! Also I just downloaded an I am using the 2019 release of Premier Elements.

Is there a way to rearrang the title and buttons on movie menus. I’m using the Pan & Zoom template. I want only a title and “play movie” button. Can I move them around the screen? The default location is over a face in the picture I’m using for the background. I tried moving them but then get a warning about objects overlapping.

I am using a iMac with OS X 10.14.1 (18B75) (= Mojave).Even so I do not know whether that is part of the problem, I will try to describe it here.Since a while I experience situations, that I save a project with Adobe Premiere Elements 14 and an hour later I cannot open it anymore.The software tells me: "This project is not compatible with the current version of Premiere Elements". Even the autosaved project file would refuse to work for me with the same (damned) message.Sometimes it would help, that I opened a backed up project file (several month old) to work on the project again.Any hints or help from anybody??Message screen (in German):

I have Premiere Elements 10 on a Toshiba Laptop. I recently got the message, Detected an incompatible display driver, and now the display is white. It's up to date and I can't figure out how to fix it. Need help! Thanks

I just purchased Premier Elements 2019. I am using it on a Surface Book 2 with top of line specs. My video (4k) in the timeline is playing extremely choppy and lagging to the point of being unworkable.  I've adjusted my playback quality settings to low and automatic both; I've rendered the video clip on the timeline. Nothing that I know of seems to work. I'm a beginner at this, and so this is a bit frustrating that I just bought Premier and it doesn't work properly. Any suggestions?

Hello!I am attempting to import a video that I shot on my GoPro Hero 7 Black into Adobe Premiere Elements 15. The video is .MP4 and was shot in 120 FPS, as I wanted to use the video for slow motion.Each time I attempt to import it, I get the following message: "This type of file is not supported, or the codec is not installed."Does anyone know how to import this? As expected, each time I save my progress, I increment my project, and note that PrE creates project files in C:\Users\Pete\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Elements\17.0 called Irene1.prel, Irene2.prel, Irene3.prel etc.  I am now up to Irene10.prel and have run out of space - hence the need to delete versions 1-8! I'm a beginner to Premiere Elements and can do simple things so far, like keyframing. One thing I notice about keyframing is that it slowly moves from one keyframe to another. Is there a way to keep one keyframe position, then instantly change to another (ex. having scale of a video at 100%, have 100% scale for 5 seconds, then instantly change to 120% scale)

I am using Premiere 15. In the project settings I choose Full HD 1080i 30 5.1 Channel and then import a video clip with a 5.1 channel audio track. Voices are virtually impossible to hear even though all other sounds and music appear to be fine (it is possible that the center channel is malfunctioning as voices most are weighted to the center channel). I know for sure that the track is 5.1 because it says so when I right click and look under the details of the file's properties, and as added confirmation I used the MediaInfo app. The clip's audio is also fine when played outside of Premiere. When I render the work to a file, the description of what I should be getting says it will be 5.1, but the rendered file has the same issue.Further, the original video clip is 1080 X 824, so I have set the settings so that the output matches the original, but when I play the video Premiere created it is letterboxed, and going into properties there is no information on the resolution anywhere. I just did a fresh install of Premiere Elements 13 on a new laptop. I used PE 13 for several years on my desktop, which died. I always create ISO files when I finish a burn project, so that I can save them. But for some reason, this first DVD project I'm working on does NOT create the ISO files, even though the program says it has. It goes through the whole process of encoding the files and menu, then when it's done it shows an alert saying that the ISO files have been created, but they do not appear in the directory that I selected for them to be created in. Premiere Elements IS set to run as Administrator, so I don't know what's going on. I'm running Windows 10 Home, just like I ran on my desktop. Can anyone help me?

Arbeite mit PE15; Welche Auswahl ist korrekt bei Erscheinen dieses Bildschirms? Bilder sind nicht alle sichtbar sowohl in Projektelementen wie auch Balken. Zudem stürzt Programm laufend ab und muss wieder neu gerendert werden. Was kann ich tun? Die Bilder sind mit gleichem Namen in Dokumenten wie vor restore. Gerenderte files sind auch vorhanden. Hi Guys!When I open up my Premier Elements 15, and import some files to start editing a project, the video files show up in the timeline just fine.  However, the play button does not work.  When I press play I get absolutely no action from video or audio.  Nothing happens at all.Can you guys tell me how to fix this?

Steve Grisetti and Bill each mentioned 4K editing, meaning I should consider this when buying a new computer. Or should I say, I should consider if I need/want to do 4K editing when I choose a new computer. Can someone tell me what 4K editing is? Especially as it  relates to Adobe, since I am not doing any editing anyplace else.Thanks.LNovik

I am making a highlight video with audio from the video plus a track of music with several imported songs. How do I trim a song if I want to cut it off before the end of the song? If I click and drag the end of the file, it remixes the song, which seems to compress or expand the song, but not cut it off. I'm sure there's a simple answer but it is alluding me and I haven't found it by searching. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello,in the past i used PE2014. I had a lot of dufferent options for InstantMovies. Now i have bought PE2019 and i'm missing the options for InstantMovie. I have only one type of InstamtMovie available. Is this normal?Thank you very much in advancePatrik
