I purchased the Premiere and Photoshop Elements 2020 bundle and I only installed the Photoshop Elements two years ago with no problems. When I tried to install Premiere Elements on 2/23/22, I keep on getting the installation error that I needed to updated my Windows 10 OS and my browser which is Microsoft Edge. I have all the latest updates on my Windows 10 and for my Windows Edge browser, but I still am getting that persistent error message. I have followed all the suggestions I found on Adobe Help website as well as the results from Adobe saying that I needed to update the registry for Internet Explorer 11. All the suggested fixes do not work especially about their long explanation about changing the windows registry for Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer has been replaced by MS Edge long time ago and I don't use IE anymore. Please help me fix this installation problem so I can install Premiere Elements so I can use this to start working on my video project. as soon as possible. If

I have Premiere Elements 2020, and I have not used it for about 18 months now. I have not changed my Windows 10 PC  during that time. I was able to use Elements with no issue last time I tried. Anyway, when I launch the program I now get "we have detected an incompatible display driver...please update your display driver". I have checked in the device manager, the "display adapters" have the most up to date drivers installed. Same applies to the Monitors. I'm using an HP all in one machine as follows. Premiere Elements 2022 on windows 10. Trying to Archive a rather large project using the Copy option but the Archive errors out near the end (95%) of the copy with the error:Premiere Elements has encountered an error.[E:\adobe\pre\mezzanine\src\projectmanagerimpl.cpp-1816]Odd error since the E:\ drive is my DVD drive.16GB RAM and plenty of drive space on the BU drive as well as on the temporary files drives.Archiving using Archive Project works fine.I'm wondering if I have accidently deleted an asset that I'm not using but may still be in the Asset view. I scanned my assets but I don't know and couldn't find out what to look for an "orphaned" asset - one that is not longer where it was when I added it to assets. Thanks for any advice you can give.

Running Premiere Elements 2020 on a Windows 10 machine.   It used to be fine, but since I made the mistake of letting it load an update it won't work.    From the home screen, Organizer and Photo Editor seem to be fine, but selecting Video Editor gets me just a black bar with the text: "Loading Adobe Premiere Elements Editor Worspace" and a spinning wheel, which times out after a few seconds and goes no further.   Any ideas?

I noticed the timeline preview playback is choppy, however when I export the final file the playback is fine when playing it on Windows. I have tried nearly all the Project settings to no resolution. All video card drivers are up to date.I tried this on my Surface Book laptop with dGPU and it has no problems with the timeline playback stutter, so I am not sure if this is a software issue or hardware issue on my PC.Any help is appreciated.

My Adobe Elements Premiere 2019 will not reinstall : the following message appears:"Update required.Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest operating system updates first."My Windows 10 is up to date and so are my browsers. I've already read that possibly Creative Cloud is a solution, but I don't understand why it can't be done without Creative Cloud. Are there any other solutions? Two tools I use a lot in Premiere Elements 2020 aren't working for me in the 2022 edition. Neither start making any progress.  They just get stuck on "Starting Auto Analyzer...".  Same video clips in 2020 analyze quickly. I'm very disappointed.  If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks.

hp desktop just bought it 3 months ago, default programs installed so nothing major. RAM 16gb with 15/7 usableIntel Core i7-105...CPU @ 1.8GHz  2.3 GHzWindows 11.So originally program froze when I tried editing a movie consisiting of 5 videos. Camera used is an ultra s21 but 1080 videos not the 4k. Everything went fine until about 10 mins, then previews would stop showing and dragging anything would disappear, read on thread to lower preview quality so I did. Working better so Im trying something simple just to test and only editing 1 video....adding text to it and while text models are loading program starts slowing down until it crashes and then I get the DVA_PROD_NAME error code sending me to forums. Any idea? Im honestly considering returning this program with so many issues right off instalation.

Why this program will not let me install to a diffrent drive then C:I would like to install this program on a portable WD 4tb

Hello, I am not a graphics professional, but have edited photos and created content for more than 20 years using Adobe's older free products. I stepped up to Premiere Elements, Photoshop and Organizer 2020 last year to scan old photos and create a family history wall. I am able to crop and finetune photos easily. I have been trying to create a slideshow in Organizer. First, the themes provided with the program are limited. Is there an online source for more? Second, about a third of the photos are trimmed back radically, and cut heads off below the shoulders. I have spent three weeks looking for a fix, but have not discovered a setting or fix. These products are great and more powerful than I can fully use. I am so frustrated I am planning to drop my subscription and move to something that is easier to use. Thank you.

I've just bought Premiere Elements 22.   In my football videos, the standard camcorder footage is fine (normal), but the Kaiser Baas action camera footage is regularly interrupted by green interference (see screenshots attached or below).   The action camera MP4s are playing fine on my laptop. They're only distorting once in my PE22 timeline (a little bit), and once saved into final video (a lot).   Any ideas why that would be happening, specifically for the action cam footage? I just bought a new PC (Windows 10) and installed Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements 13 (from my original program disks). Photoshop Elements 13 works fine.  Premiere Elements will launch fine, but as soon as I click the "Add Media" button the program immediately crashes. Any ideas?

I want to upgrade from 2013 to 2022. Is this quite old version entitled for the (cheaper) upgrade version?Will the new versionread the keys automatically from the old installed versionreplace the old version?RegardsTino

Hallihallo zusammen Auf meinem alten Laptop (Intel CPU, Nvidia GT GPU, Windows 7-10, leider nicht mehr existent) lief noch Premiere Elements 10 und da hatte ich eigentlich nie Probleme mit dem Brennen von DVDs/BDs oder dem Exportieren von ISO-Files. Dies als kleines Vorwort. Nun habe ich seit 2 jahren einen neuen Laptop (Intel CPU 8th Gen, Nvidia GTX GPU, Windows 10) mit einem externen BD Brenner von LG sowie neu einen PC (Intel CPU 10th Gen, - GPU, Windows 10) mit einem externen DVD Brenner von LG und beide laufen mit den neusten (Treiber-)Updates. Entsprechend gönnte ich mir dann auch das Upgrade von Photoshop und Premiere Elements auf die neusten 2022 Versionen. Vor den Festtagen versprach ich einer Schule auf privater Basis einen Film von ihrem Weihnachtsmusical zu erstellen. Die Schule möchte diesen Film als DVD den Kindern und Eltern (Welche wegen Covid19 teilweise nicht teilehmen konnten) zur Verfügung stellen und hat auch bereits eine entsprechende Bestellung auf

Hello,I use Premiere Elements 15 and  Windows 10.When I finished my last project, I exported it to MP4. Everything was ok.Now I added  text and more music (.WAV) and exported again.The result is not a MP4-file. Instead I get a M4V-file and a ACC-file.The size is the same (5.61GB). If I want to view the file, I get an error message (wrong format,....).What happened, that  I don't can export to MP4 as before?  

I have two valid serial numbers for Premiere Elements 15 on Windows. Now that I'm trying to reinstall, I'm told that the serial is invalid. Adobe confirmed for me this morning the serials are good. Please help?

Sur le PC tout va bien, mais sur Youtube il y a énormément de pixelisation. On me parle également du codec VP9. Y a-t-il ce format sur Première elements 2021 ? merci

Bonjour a tous, je constate après l'installation de la version d'essai de adobe premiere element 2022 en version d'essai il m'ai impossible de lancer l'éditeur de vidéos. j'ai un message d'erreur comme sur la capture d'écran suivante alors que je suis bien authentifier avec mes credentials adobe ID et mdp. Que faire dans ce cas de situation. quelqu'un aurait deja été confronté a cette situation ? je rappelle que je suis sur windows 10 64 bits.

On a desktop system, I have APE 15 installed and when playing video in APE, it plays fine. When I plugin headphones, audio plays fine on the headphones.I'm told because of Windows updates, I could no longer sign in to APE 15 on my laptop because IE was too new..... so I purchased APE2022. When I open and play a video in APE, it plays through the speakers fine. When I plugin headphones, sound continues to play out of speakers UNLESS I go in to APE preferences and select headphones as sound destination? On the same laptop, I can do the same steps in Shotcut video editor and it detects the headphones and plays through them the eay it should be..... it does not make any sense at all to have to tell APE where to play the sound..... Windows takes care of that for all programs usually..... I guess I am mostly venting and don't really expect a solution..... I've searched here and found similar symptoms but no solutions as of yet..... If you plug in headphones, and Windows detects them, and pla

J'ai ouvert, sous Adobe premiere  élements 7, un nouveau projet... par "Nouveau projet", J'ai alors constaté qu' "Ouvrir un projet", ne me permettait plus d'accéder qu'à ce seul projet, qui était le quatrième,  les 3 précédents  n'étant plus proposés...  Pourtant, jusqu'alors, j'y accédais régulierement... ils étaient donc bien sauvegardés... Je n'ai pas eu de message me disant que la création d'un quatrième projet supprimait les trois premiers !Comment est-il possibe de récuérer ces trois projets (dont un montage 90 minutes)Merci d'avance pour votre aide.   

Hello, I just started a free trail period for Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 for my macbook pro.After installation the program loading screens shows and after a few seconds loading it shuts down and gives an error. What can i do to fix this? When the program is good i will purchase the full version. I already installed insta360 studio with the adobe premiere addon.. but i also uninstalled this app and it stil doesn't work. Greetings Tycho Corstens
