Please help! I am learning Premiere Pro and After Effects. I am trying to animate text. I created a fairly simple MOGRT in AE for my first attempt. When I loaded it into AWiE the fonts would not change. The font field shows up and I can change the font in the field, but it is not changing the font in my program monitor. I went bac and made the most basic MOGRT ever to try to find out what is happening. It is a MOGRT that only has the source text and the option to edit properties enabled in the Essential Graphics panel along with fill color option. Same thing. I loaded it directly into a library in PP and inserted it in the timeline. The fill color option works fine, but it will not change fonts. Just to check, I tried one of the preset MOGRTs that came with PP and the font change works perfectly. I am attaching screenshots from the AE project called MOGRT test and the PP project that it is inserted into. This is driving me crazy.I am using AE 25.2 beta, PP 25.2 beta and Windows 11 Home

When I single click a video file in the Project Panel, the color of many of the clips in the Timeline revert to default. This just started happening mid-project, and I have no idea why.Which clips revert to default? A bunch of random ones, it seems. The more I click around in the Project Panel, the more clips in the Timeline revert to default color. What's going on!?!? Premiere is up to date: 22.6.0

Issue:Both source and program monitors are behaving oddly during playback as if a glitch or bug, I'm not sure what. What it's doing is creating a mirror image of itself on either side of itself, consistently but at random times throughout multiple projects. Like a ghost that will not stop haunting me! hah.For example, if I've loaded a multicam to source and hit play, sometimes I suddenly see a duplicate of the same source window (with obviously multiple angles of footage in multicam view) over where Program monitor is. It doesn't entirely cover it, just most of it. And begins to act laggy and strange when this happens and tips you off something is going wonky.How to encounter the bug & Workflow: This admittedly might be trickier. I've created dozens of multichannel multicam using go pros and a main A/B cam angles (Sony FDR-AX100, can include a clip if you need!) but it's even doing it just with gopros stacked so camera doesn't seem to influence it.Frustratingly, this bug glitc

i imported an After Effects template, but when i add a new image to the area, some of the placeholders are not going away. it shows the image in the media controler, but the video still has the original color panels i had as a placeholder

Editing a video and want to add a circle preset for a vignette. However, the circle preset doesn't seem to exist. All of the tutorials say that the circle is in the generate tab but I don't see it. I've done this effect before but for some reason it doesn't appear anymore. Any ideas/help?

hi,when I import a video of 29.97 fps I noticed that some frames are lost from the original video, they are very few about 5 frames every so many frames... the thing is very annoying because if I run the original video on VLC the fast sequences are seen very well, but if I import the video on premiere without making any changes with the original sequence settings then everything starts to go jerky, the frames are lost, the small very fast details are lost, what can I do???

Hello, I was playing around with the stock audio files and went to download a sample. It warned me of "low quality and unlicensed track." I guess I assumed incorrectly that using Premiere Pro's stock audio would allow for general use of the audio tracks. Am I able to use part of a track in the background of a podcast introduction (I would not call it a theme song per se, but legally someone may)? I read the document on copyright use, but figured it would be good to ask here as well. I do not have the plan where purchasing a license is an option and do not plan to upgrade. Thank you!

Screenshot AttachedI have a 2000x2000 PNG on which a transform effect has been applied. The default motion effect is disabled. The transform effect's anchor point position is 1000x1000 and the position is 1000x1000. However, the location of the PNG as on the program window is 960x540 (at the center of the frame). The "position" in the motion effect is the position of the anchor point from the top left corner of the frame, however, I'm unsure from which origin is the "position" in the transform effect determined? Because clearly it doesn't look like it's top left corner of the frame. 

After updating Premiere CC to the latest (Version 12.1.0 | Build 186) all the markers on the timeline are missing. Marking them in again, I switched between sequences and upon returning they had disappeared again. !Any help appreciated.

I repllicated the problem, so i am confident to report the following bug:Using the motion (from effects control), and moving the image in the program monitor in order to reframe my shot, Premiere crushes my PC. Talking about black screen - nothing works- need to power off.Using 4K footage, prorez, 50fps. with LUT, on a powerful PC (3950X, 6950XT, 32 RAM, expensive mobo, 1200W PSU.

Hi! For the past week, I have been working on a project with my team and we have a certain brand guide to follow and a red-colored background for all our captions subs. After I exported I was told by my team, that the red on my final export looked completely different and saturated as compared to their final export, even tho we have the exactly same setting! This is really frustrating because we still have not figured out what is causing this issue on my Premiere Pro.   I have go through a ton of tutorials on YouTube and Adobe community forums and tried all the suggested methods but none works. Today my team told me that multiple people using Adobe had the same issue as me, they had to switch to Resolve to do their final export to make sure the final export followed the brand guide. I am considering switching to Resolve if I cannot find a solution to this problem... this is extremely upsetting.   My export of the red + footage color (saturated) even tho I have the same settin

I have Program Window open with my Timeline open beneath that. Hit Transcribe in Text window from Sequence. It's worked on the last 8 projects. Why is it not working now, Adobe?

Often after rendering I find that the sound volume increases before the keyframes are set. If you move them a little on the timeline, the sound plays correctly, but after re-rendering there is a delay again. How can I solve this problem? Program version 24.6.p.s. I apologize, my English is not so good 😞

I'm trying to record my narration for a video using the record fucntion within premier pro. When trying to do this it will record, I can see it's picking up the recording but when I stop recording a the audo appears but there is no waveform and I get the error 'File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure of [file name]. Reading and writing this files metadata (xmp) has been disabled.  At first I thought it was because I was using a new mic setup - Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 with a Rode NT1 signature mic. I made sure it was set up as the preffered mic on the voice over record settings on the track as well as the Audio preferences, but the same problem has been occuring even when using my in-built laptop mic.   I've cleared cache, created a new project, tested with other projects, moved the project to a new location incase it was to do with disk space and constantly the same error appears when trying to record audio.   I have no idea

Hi, After googling for 30 mints I am super confused. How to bring 'Master' track in  Audio Track Mixer ? some article says click on the project folder there u find it. some says right click on the audio in the audio panel!! but no where I can find that. I am seeing birds and stars around my head like TOM in tom and jerry, Please help me.  

Hi, I wanted to share a learning with you: Over the past few weeks, we faced an issue where starting up Premiere and the process of relinking files was taking a long time, sometimes making Premiere unusable for 1-2 hours or it didn't work at all. We were able to identify the cause today: under Preferences - Transcription - "Enable language auto-detection." When this option is checked, Premiere seems to re-analyze every clip at startup. When it's unchecked, everything runs smoothly. Hope this might help someone! Kind regards,Hendrik

 When saving edited text by pressing ESC or clicking off, the window jumps to the top, and when playback continues, it scrolls down to where it left off. The time it takes to get back is too long and leisurely. By then, they might have moved past what you edited, and you lose your place. This happens regularly and constantly breaks the workflow. It also allows mistakes to be made if going back means waiting 5 seconds to listen again if any errors were missed. Then, the bug is prone to happen again. This has also not been a new problem since text-based editing was introduced. Please fix this. Hi! I know that problem is not new, but I could not find any solution:For one session inside my projeject I could use the comments page with not problems. Then I've opened the next session inside and the whole comments page got blank. If I reload e. g. the working space it's blinking up for 0,5 seconds, but dissappears again. After one year with that known issue, is there any solution out there?(especially since there were no problems with frame.io v3. v4 seems to be glitchy)Thanks!PS: For some reason other Clips I'm opening are working fine. But I keep the quesion opened because I remember myself having had the problem some months ago with other projects as well.

While I was hyped by the Text-Based Editing feature released on Premiere Pro 23.4 today, but I was confused by the new feature. I transcribed a sequence of a 40-min interview in Cantonese, but the default language was set to English, until I found out it's transcribed in nonsense English, the "Re-transcribe sequence" option in the drop down menu was greyed out. There is no way to delete the transcription data or redo the transcription process, unless I tried the old way "Generate static transcript" so I can choose another langauage and retranscribe the sequence, but text-based editing isn't available.  Has anyone found out how to re-transcribe a text-based editing sequence? Or simply the feature wasn't there?  

respectwhen it is software encoding, I get the size of the output file as in the picture 9652MB (as it should be)...when I switch to hardware encoding with the same settings...I get an output file of 562 MB. I want to say that I don't get the calculated size of the output file that Pp determines, but I get a smaller size.......why does this happen ...it's the same with H265....Target bitrate 1000 Mbpsbitrate encoding is CBRgraphics GTX 3090Ti 24GB 

Every time I drag and drop the color key effect on an image the entire image disapears in the program monitor. This is happening as soon as I drop the effect, before I have keyed a color or anything the screen just turns black. All the effect settings are also untouched. Additionally if I try to render the sequence with the effect applied I get the following error.
