Dear all, I remember my university tutor once teaching us to set up a folder structure for every project. The idea was to create a master folder with subfolders and then drag that structure into Premiere Pro. This way, whenever new content is added to those folders, the Premiere Pro project will automatically update with the new files.At the time, I didn’t use Premiere Pro much, but now that I’m doing more editing, I see how a proper folder structure can save a lot of time. I’ve tried to implement this by creating a folder structure and adding content later, but when I drag the folder into Premiere Pro, any new content I add later doesn’t automatically sync with the project.I realize this might be a basic question, but is there a way to make Premiere Pro sync new files to the folder I initially dragged in, so I don’t have to manually add them each time? Thanks for your help!Karen

Dear all,   I've been using Premiere Pro mainly for stitching footage, but recently I started exploring motion graphics. I’m currently working on a text animation and encountered an issue with the positioning.   Here’s what I did:- I set the initial position of the text at 800, and then moved it to 780 in the next keyframe, expecting it to move left while scaling up.- However, instead of moving directly, the text bounces slightly towards the center before moving to the left. When I slow down the timeline, I noticed that between the 800 and 780 keyframes, the position briefly jumps to around 812, which creates a bouncy effect.   I’ve tried a few things to fix this:- Changed the keyframe interpolation from ease-in to linear, but it didn’t help.- Adjusted the start and end positions, but the issue persists.   Has anyone experienced this or know how to resolve it? I upload a video here showing what I meant by the "bouncy" movement.   Thanks in advance! Karen

 The audio wasn't found while scrolling through my OBS Indistinguishable Quality recording saved to my external harddrive. I've been editing videos all year flawlessly. I used to always use free software Handbrake to convert OBS Lossless recordings to local drive.   Someone had an option selection to fix the audio issues above when I googled it before but i forget. 

Issue - Keyboard Shortcut for "Extract" is no longer on ' key. There is no indication in the documentation that this was an intended change.Adobe Premiere Pro version number: 23.2.0Operating system - Windows 11Steps to reproduce - Attempt to use the ' key during an edit to extract media between in & out points. It doesn't work. Check the Keyboard Shortcuts map and it is greyed out.  Expected result - It should have worked as it has in every previous version of Premiere and as it is indicated to on my Premiere Logic Keyboard.Actual result -  NothingCurrent Workaround - Creating a custom keyboard to model the Adobe Default Keyboard that should exist.Keyboard Layount that currently exists: Keyboard Layout as it should exist (according to documentation):

Hello,  I'm new to Automation Blocks and trying to get my head around the 'easier' things. I've used the Import Footage and Create Sequence template from the example list. I've modified it to do 95% of what I need it to. However the final stage is to create a sequence using a specific template. At the moment, the sequence settings are based of the clips. I can see that there is a 'Sequence Preset' option but im not sure where this goes with the 'Import Footage and Create Sequence' template. Ive attached a screen shot of the block where I think it should go in. I'm also noticing that the clips are not being placed down onto the timeline in clip number? Does the scripting only look at the first X clip numbers rather than the last few? I've attached a screen shot of 4 clips from the timeline to show you what I mean.  Is there a way to change the way the clips are placed in the timeline? Is it possible to place them down based off timecode to create to sync ma

Hello,  I am not sure how to link the start of a function with a drop down menu input.  Picture 1 is how I have it currently set up but cant seem to get them to link together like picture two. Am I using the write tools? 

Is it possible to time remap mogats like other footage? Without functioning key frames I need to pause bullet points to a VO.  The time remap option is there but I am not sure if it works? Obviously, a freeze frame can be added but if there is a text change 2 or 3 duplications have to be changed?Best regards Julian EDIT: it does work but it is painfully slow.  EDIT: And I just ditched the mograts and placed AE files in the premere comp. The mograts were painfully slow and weren't making like quicker. 

Before I even updated to the latest build 61 version 25 the text cursor is not visible when I hit the text button. Now I have to quit the program and restart the project and then it'll work but then after period of time it stops working.

Il fonctionne parfaitement.Vu que je ne le trouvais pas, je l'ai tout simplement copier dans un clip d'un ancien projet pour le mettre dans un nouveau.Mais Balance des couleurs (TLS) a disparu des Effets.J'espère avoir assez précisément décrit le souci, et je vous remercie d'avance pour vos réponses.

Premiere auto updated last night and when I logged on this morning I had to save the file to a different destination. Now, as you can see the After Effects Videos/Compositions aren't showing in Premiere. I still have the After Effects files. How do I recover them in Premiere?Thanks in advance.

brand new from about a year ago... Not in front of the machine now... but after trying all sorts of stuff just created a new user with administrator privileges and all was well.    Happy to go in to greater detail with all the things I tried, but wanted to just put it out there, that this is a very basic troubleshooting step...  and sometimes it works.   

I accidentally update my Premiere Pro, so that my 2022.6.2 version had been replaced with the newest version...But the question is my work with others need to use this specific version...and it's also the lastest version that has Legacy Title.Someone help me plzzzzz ! (I'm using MacOS.)

Hi, we are developing a plugin for Premiere Pro and noticed that when we load the plugin on Windows the initial loading can hang/crush Premiere. This though only happens if the `PlayerDebugMode` is not set. This issue is happening on a release version of our plugin. Development version will obviously not open without the `PlayerDebugMode` beign set. Not sure when this appeared as it is not widely reported from our users, but I can reproduce it locally so maybe if the machine is not slow its not noticable. I've looked all over for an answer to this and can't find anything. I don't want to report a bug since it may be on my end.I've been using the transcription / text editing feature since it arrived in PP.I love it!However with the latest release, 24.6.1 (Build 2), it crashes after transcribing for 10 seconds or so.It will have transcribed a little bit, but I need to continue with the crash/re-start of PP till  the transcription is finished. I made cuts to a sequence consisting of two sources.I created a bin and dragged all cuts into it. Some cuts were from nested sequences.I had Set chosen all cuts within the bin and went to: [Export Media] > [Range: Source In/Out] > [Send to Media Encoder]. After all cuts had been sent, I had noticed they were'nt showing in the same order as the Timeline in Premiere.I started encoding the Media Encoder queue, but when I came back there were several problems:1. Non-nested sequences were rendered out of Premiere Timeline's order (each suffixed with underscore and a number).  Instead of rendering each cut within a nested sequence, nested sequences were render whole multiple times (56 times, before I manually stopped it).  I need all cuts - nested and unnested alike - to render seperately and according to Timeline order. Manually rendering each one is not an option, as there are hundreds of cuts within the timeline. Hardware: SURFACEPRO7PLS,

I'm trying to adjust a sequence track's audio effect parameters on a short "Whoosh" audio clip. To do that, I'd like to repeatedly play back the time span encompassing the "Whoosh" sound.How would I do that?The Repeat Playback button seems to only loop full sequence length.

Hi! The new standard design is cool and all but please bring back the set to frame size shortcut.  I dont see the plus in removing a shortcut. Also I just had a problem with the effect controls as in I changed the scale on a nested clip and after that the program wouldnt let me change any other controls of any other clip, no matter what i selected, the changes always applied to the nested clip. Also since some upgrade playbacks started to become choppy even for good specs. I have a mac studio m2max with 64gb ram and you cant tell me that's the issue when playing 4k mp4 clips. This seems to be a common problem as well... I am downgrading. thx.*edit* I felt bad and gave it another try but had severe performance issues, so i backed up once again and am now considering premiere 23 :')

Premiere 25.0.0 Build 61Win 10 Experience problem of not been able to modify Audio and Video track headers?

Bonjour / Hello FR : J'ai installé la nouvelle version de Premiere, et je n'arrive plus à exporter mon rendu avec Media Encoder (et même l'export PR). Rien n'a changé, j'utilise toujours la même configuration de pré-export, dans le même dossier. J'ai joint plusieurs captures d'écran. Je galère depuis hier soir et j'ai déjà fait au moins 10 exports sans succès. EN : I installed the new version of Premiere, and I can no longer export my render with Media Encoder (or even with the PR export). Nothing has changed, I’m still using the same export configuration in the same folder. I’ve attached several screenshots. I’ve been struggling since last night and have already tried at least 10 exports with no success.   

I made a food menu to show on tv screen but the text are not showing clear. I have a question, whichd adobe program is best to make a food menu to show on tv screen?  i put a file into usb to stick it to the tv. 

Just installed V25.0 in my ASUS laptop and it is not launching at all. Tried pressing ALT when launching no effect. Similarly pressed SHIFT and CTRL and ALT, no effect. Checked whether any plugin installed, nothing.   Tried installing 2023 version. It runs perfectly fine. With the latest update, I've noticed the timing of the captions is way different. It displays captions much earlier than it used to. In the past the words would appear right as the dialogue is spoken, which was great for the type of videos I create for work. Now they often appear almost 5 seconds before the words are even spoken. I'm wondering if there's a way to get it back to settings from before the update? Otherwise it'll mean going through each caption, one by one and editing the start point which is very time consuming. I appreciate any tips or advice!

I have a big project that has developed a crazy annoying issue. When I want to export, the export window comes up more slowly than usual. Then if I want to export again, it comes up even slower. Eventually, it stops coming up at all.  I have tried: - Downgrading to Premiere Pro 24.6.0.- trashed preferences- uninstalled all third party plug ins- imported the project into a fresh project- dumped/rebuilt all my pek files.- removed a couple of high resolution photos I thought may be the problem. Still no fix.  My system is a Mac Studio running OS Sequoia 15.0.1. 

Been looking all over the place for a fix for this but can't find anyone with the same problem as me. I recorded some audio with my friend for a Youtube video, and the audio file sounds PERFECTLY fine playing through the media player on my computer. However, when I put it into premiere pro, THEN it sounds really clicky and sort of cuts out a lot for his audio only. We were recording through a dual XLR microphone setup using streamlabs OBS. We've done this a million other times and have never had the issue before. Recording in 48khz and the sequence setting in premeire is set to the same thing. Premiere pro doesn't detect it as variable frame rate either. I've tried setting my default input in audio hardware to "No Input" and setting the latency higher too, neither seemed to work. I've tried every solution I've been able to find for similiar sounding issues but none of them fix the weird clicking noise. Exporting it also has the clicking noises too. Any solutions anyone might
