E ai pessoal! Meu premiere está demorando uns 10 minutos pra abrir um projeto, ele ficou desse ejeito de uma hora pra outra, já desistalei e instalei e o problema persiste.Uso ele em o Macbook M1 air.

Bonjour, J'ai un bug sur Mac après export de mes vidéos celles-ci sont toujours plus blanche. Idem pour les sous titres. La première image est durant le montage, la seconde après export. Merci d'avance pour vos réponses ! 

Bonjour à tous,Voila je realise un montage pour mes études, rien de bien sorcier, mais actuellement j'ai une scene avec audio. J'ai triplé la scène visuel (besoin de 3 angles différents) et laissé l'audio. Tout est niquel. Mais lors de l'exportation j'ai un décallage entre le son et la vidéo sur chacune des scènes ce que je trouve très bizarre puisque dans le logiciel tout vas bien. Si quelqu'un a une réponse ça me serait d'une grande aide !

Possuo o plano "Creative Cloud Todos os Apps", mas hoje ao abrir o Creative Cloud Desktop, por algum motivo, o Adobe Premiere Pro aparece bloqueado (com um símbolo de um cadeado) e com a descrição "Não disponível em seu plano. Clique para comprar". Todos os outros Apps funcionam normalmente, o bloqueio acontece somente no Adobe Premiere Pro. Ao clicar em comprar sou direcionado para o pagamento do plano completo, mas é o mesmo que possuo e que foi cobrado no meu cartão há 6 dias.   Sei que aqui não dá pra resolver problemas da conta, mas alguém já teve esse problema? Conversar com a Adobe é sempre uma novela, por isso queria tentar ajuda da comunidade antes.

I have lost my keyboard settings after a reinstallation. I have tried to recreate them correctly. I also placed a keyboard file from my other computer, where the shortcuts work properly, into the folder with the keyboard shortcut files, but it doesn't work on the keyboard. Can anyone help? 🙂

Whenever I downgrade my Premiere Pro to the previous version, all the custom saved presets in the export section are missing. It's empty when I try to locate it in the Media Encoder -> Presets folder. Is there a solution to this or did I do something wrong? Am I the only one have this problem? How can I locate all my previously saved custom presets or is all of it it's missing, I looked in the Presets folder, but it's empty.

As stated in the title. Edit in Audition greyed out in Premiere pro beta. I started editing in the Beta version so now that I realised that this feature is broken in teh beta I can't open in non-beta to continue work. The reason I changed to the Beta in the first place was the standard version was getting painfully slow to work with. Cleaned cache etc. but to no avail. Any fix for this? 

When exporting an 24.6.1 sequence through media encoder, it does not find all the files from my timeline.Many are rendered as offline media. But they are online.Back to 24.3 for different reasons. Mainly the Sony MXF Long glitches that are STILL bothering me.

When i am exporting video in H264, Compling error is displaying, its not allowing to to export as a mp4 file. Please help. (error screenshot attached) 

Just updated from 23.4 to 23.5 on M1 and a M2 macbook pro. First thing I noticed is that my fonts look different in my essential graphic mogrts. I don't have access to the original after effects files, the mogrts were created in after effects and they were done by someone else. I have used these through many versions of Premiere, and today with the new version, they look different. Not having access to the original AE file, I am not sure if the whole font is changing or just a property of the font. It might be just that it is not bold. 

Premiere Pro 24.0 after installation suddenly started to slow down the speed when opening projects. It's been 4 months. Every time you have to reinstall and it's not possible to have to do this all the time.today it takes more than 11 minutes to open a project. Version 24.6.1Mac OS 14.5 M2 Pro mac miniIf I reboot, it's all good for a few minutes running. Then it happens again. I tried removing media cache files. I wish I could go back to an earlier version but I can't find a way. 

Yesterday during an in-person meeting with a client, Adobe Premiere shut down “because it wasn't connected to the internet“ This is the first time I've encountered such a problem.   The response from Adobe technical support over the phone could not explain the conditions when the shutdown might occur (i.e not communicating with the servers for x number of days). Hi, I do have a iMac 2010 i7 12GB Ram Nvidia 4Gb and I'm using the version 15 of premiere pro (2021).I'm struggling to edit my videos. It's a little slow for editing, I can barely make the cuts... Premiere is bottlenecked on my iMac.I do start do edit a project ,but seems like i'll need to give up of that. Since i have no idea on what to do here.   I was wondering if you guys have any tips or tricks to improve performance, or even a older link version to share.Thanks in advanced.Falkor

I had a video to edit and I was traveling, I was counting on editing on the go, but to my surprise, Premiere came up with this message when trying to open:  Is there a way to turn this off and use Premiere without internet connection or is it mandatory? In that case it would be a disaster, as many Filmmakers we work on the go and usually spend time in remote areas editing. It's actually already quite annoying to receive this message and makes me wonder what's in the mind of Adobe, bringing up more and new troubles with each version, instead of making everything smoother. Thanks in advance for your support, Miguel

Hi! I'm trying to export a video from premire pro 24 and upload it directly in my adobe stock contributor´s user account, but i cannot find the option described in the tutorial i've seen on the web.Has this option been removed or am i missing something? thanks a lot!

I have already did my multicam cuts for a 2 hour long podcast and the color correction adjustment layer for each camera angle is not showing up on the MC sequence only the source file.  My workflow is: Sync all audio/video Create Multicam sequence Create Seperate sequences for each camera angle that will be used for MCMake my edit cuts in Multicam SequenceThen Go back to each source sequence to do color correction.... WHICH IS NOT WORKING Can anyone please help? I have no idea why the color corrections are not carrying over to the multicam sequence.

when i click on a video it only plays in mono, the video is not real time playing, the playerhead is not moving and so on, WHY ADOBE DOES EVERYHTING NEEDS TO BE BROKEN WHEN YOU UPDATE SOMETHING. 

I have worked with multicams extensively, but I don't think I've ever encountered this. Is this expected behavior or a new bug?Pr 24.6.1, Windows 10I have a multicam sequence in video track 1. I also have Multi Cam View toggled ON in the program monitor. I am chopping it up in the timeline as usual, etc... and when I move the multicam sequence "clip" up to video track 2, the program monitor no longer shows all three video sources on the left. See screenshots for clarity: Multicam sequence "clip" on video track 1, notice the program monitor: Multicam sequence "clip" moved up to video track 2, notice the program monitor: Did I miss something? In all the years of working with multicam before, I can't remember it ever mattering which track I placed the multicam on. For the purposes of this project, I need to place pieces of that one multicam sequence on various tracks. I need to use the program monitor to switch cameras no matter which track it's on. I've never run into this

I've started to realize that I waste so much time re-finding the folder I was in... why can't Premiere, After Effects, and any other Adobe program remember what folder I was in last time and reopen that folder when I go to open or import something the next time? I know I've seen something Adobe makes do that, but Premiere doesn't, I know from having to spend half my work day re-finding the same folders over and over...is there a way to change this, is the default meant to torture you until you find the Easter egg that makes the program not suck just that much less?

Adobe premiere I'm trying to edit a video in Adobe Premier. I can see the sound is there on the timeline, but it will not play. I get an error that says "sample rate not supported but audio hardware" but it's at 4800 Hz. So I don't understand what the problem is. Sound plays on a web browser, but not in premier, and it appears to be a Mac HW issue. How can I fix this?  Clicking on Attempt to force hardware to sample rate does nothing. thanks
