Adobe premiere I'm trying to edit a video in Adobe Premier. I can see the sound is there on the timeline, but it will not play. I get an error that says "sample rate not supported but audio hardware" but it's at 4800 Hz. So I don't understand what the problem is. Sound plays on a web browser, but not in premier, and it appears to be a Mac HW issue. How can I fix this?  Clicking on Attempt to force hardware to sample rate does nothing. thanks

I have multiple videos and want to link them to my external audio recorded from a microphone but the link unavailable. Is there a way to link multiple separate videos to my main audio? 

Guten Tag, ich habe seit neuem das Problem das Premiere Pro abstürzt weil ich angeblich zu wenig Systemspeicher habe obwohl ich noch 132 GB frei habe auf der SSD wo die Programme abgelegt ist und ich für Premiere Pro 52 GB Ram frei habe. Ich finde leider keine passende Lösung dazu auf Youtube und ich bin leider ein Laie was das angeht und ich komme nicht weiter muss aber die Projekte fewrtig schneiden.. kann mir jemand eventuell weiter helfen? An der Hardware kann es nicht liegen habe gerade neulich einen neue Workstadion gekauft für 2400 Euro. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

I have this issue from the 25 version and I upgraded it to 26.4.1 and the issue is still shown. The waveform label color is inverted and it looks darker and hard to see. This is a big problem and it did not encourage me to use Premiere Pro because it is annoying from hard to see to edit. Please see the screenshot that I sent below.

I rendered a QuickTime move today RGB+Alpha in After Effects and imported it into the Premiere to layer on top of another file. It does not show at all on the timeline though I can scrub through it just fine in the source Window. I know Adobe dropped support for older codecs, but I have the latest updates for both programs. Shouldn't they be equipped with the latest codecs?

I assigned Duplicate to Ctrl-J, but it doesn't work.  so I tried Ctrl-Alt-\, and that didn't work. I have a sequence selected, what might I be doing wrong?  

Hey guys, This is my first post here. I have gotten lost trying to Google my way through. apologies if I don’t make things clear enough.   I’ve been struggling with losing sharpness in my A-cam (Filmed with Black magic Pocket Cine Cam 6k - Blackmagic RAW 6k, 50frames, constant Bitrate, 12:1)   In comparison to my B cam (Filmed with Cannon R5 - Rec 709, 4k, 50frames, IPB lite)   From what i can tell im losing sharpness through the lumetri color and export settings.   The Image despite not being the sharpest in the world when we filmed it raw is still much sharper than the export.     Premiere Pro settings: Sequence: I use the standard HD 1080p 25 fps Sequence present from Premiere Pro to edit in.   Export: I export in H.264 FullHD (1920 x 1080), render at maximum depth, use maximum render quality, Hardware encoding, with a target bitrate of 25   Does anyone know a fix for this? or the reason it is happening?   Thank you to anyone who takes th

I am editing some audio, cutting out sections, and this keeps changing the speed of playback. When I go to speed / duration it is set at 100%, but its playing back at a faster rate. I have to keep going to speed / duration and typing in 100% for the speed to play at normal rate recorded. This only started after the recent update, so wondering ig its a bug? Its very annoying, and making editing frustrating.

Hi All. I have a zillion stills to organise into bins. I've imported all my stills into one bin called Main Stills. Viewing this bin in icon view, I've been moving quite a few clips at a time from here to new bins in order to organise them all. The clips now appear in the new bin, but my massive headache is that when I look back to my Main Stills bin - the orginal clip is still there - instead of moving the clips - Premiere has simply copied them to the new bin - then I end up with a ga-zillion duplicates!!! (revealing in finder from both bins, points to the same file). During my lockdown I decided to finally master Premiere - so far its going really bad - I just want to organise my project!!!! Can anyone shed any light as to why Premiere copies and doesn’t move clips from bin to bin? I’m running Premiere Pro v13.1.3: I haven’t downloaded the latest version yet as I keep hearing that it’s to be avoided because of too many bugs - but this version’s really bugging me!!! I recently updated to Premiere Pro 24.5 and can no longer use my keyboard shortcuts to insert or overwrite into my timeline from my source monitor. Instead the action has no result. I am on macOS Sonoma 14.5.

Hi guysim not sure of specific working, however when im editing the footage is stop starting.I have noticed in these areas above the footage editing bar there is a red line.i assume this is the problem?IF someone could please help me fix this issue that would be great help thankyou

Why is when I render my videos they turn grren andpurple hued with lines through them? When I eded it works fines. It is only after I render that the file is corrupted. It also will only play audio and locks up the video play back. Very BUGGY for the money.  I have tried to color match, delete and start over, used new sources. It appears to be a soft ware issue.

Hi there, I need to align these two claps in my audio but because I can't zoom in further than a millisecond I can't get them to match up i.e. if I move the clip one millisecond forward it goes too far and if I move it back it goes too far.   

Hi, The issue I'm facing is... no matter where I have the playhead in the timeline and no matter where I have the timeline view positioned/ zoomed, the moment i start playing the timelime, it automatically readjusts the view to center around the playhead, which is beyond a nucance forme and my workflow.How can I disable this?Thank you, kindly.

Hi, I tryed find a issue like mine but I did not find. I am having frequently problems with the software crashing while I am working. A few minutes ago the message was abaout a sync failed, but for me there wasn't any problem. Today the images were made on Snapchat using the AI masks. My PC is very update, have powerfull hardwares. This kind of behaviour never happened in the past years working daily on Premiere. This could be a issue from the new version or footages from apps like TikTok or Snapchat can be the problem? From now on I will also be carefull to check if this crash happened with footages from smartphones cameras, ou even other sources of images, like HDSLR.About my PC: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F 2.10 GHz; 32,0 GB RAM; Windows 11 Pro; Premiere Beta 24.0.Footages from snapchat: MPEG, 1920 x 1080; frame rate: 19,59; Rec. 601 (PAL); Codec HEVC 4:2:0.Thank you all!

Hi Everybody,  QUESTION: is there a way (or workaround) to highlight/select all the clips that share the same marker color? As far as i know this it not standard and you have to color label the clips to achieve this. But my problem is that i color label the clips for a different purpose than how i mark them. I also know that in the markers window i can select a specific marker color and i get to see a list of all the clips with that specific marker color. This is definitly helpfull but not the same as with color labeling the clips, where i can select a specific color (label group) and boom all the clips with the same color (label group) are highlited in the sequence.  REASON FOR ASKING:If this is not achieveble with markers, maybe it helps if i explain my reason for the question so that smarter people than me can help with an alternetive solution:) I edit promo's for live bands who send me there footage from loads of different people with different camera's and&nbsp

Estou tendo problemas ao tentar cortar os espaços "mudos / silêncio" na falta. Seleciono a opção PAUSES, porém o "delete" fica apagado, conforme mando print em anexo. Como resolver isso?

Hi! Can I Run script from command line?I need to insert files into a sequence, i use vs code to execute jsx file and works fine, but Can I Run script from command line?   /C es.processFile doesn't work with 2024 Premiere Pro   thanx

In After Effects, you can place .Jsx script files at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2023\Support Files\ScriptsThen on the next time you load the program, you can find the scripts on the main menu bar, File > Scripts. I am looking for Premier Pro's equivalent of this features. I don't understand why Adobe deleted obsolete effects such as fast color correcterI use color correcter all the time and I had lots of presets based on other obsolete effects, and other useful effects were in the obsolete effects folders. I know that I can use the obsolete effects in the old versions of Premiere Pro but I don't want to waste my time and storage to download the old versions of Pfdmidfd Pro. Furthermore, I paid for this software to use these effects and make colorful and funny videos but by deleting these obsolete effects, You guys are making it hard to do editing and giving me stress. So Adobe, I beg you to bring back the obsolete effects, and please do not delete other effects.

Hello everyone,  I hope you´re all well. I ghave started using premier pro quite some time ago, but it is only now that i am starting to find issues. I had a Razer Blaze 15 advanced, and premier pro was unforgivable laggy, event after upgrading to 64gb of ram. Now i am using a macbook air, and premier pro cant event handle 10gb of footage without lagging. Honestly this app infuriated me, i wish i could go back and learn on a much more reliable application, that wouldnt make me miss project deadlines and just makes the content creation game so hard. Ive taken the obvious steps such as allow software encoding instead of hardware, lowered playback resolution, and cleared media cache but nothing changes.... 

This is a problem I've faced for years, and nothing has ever been done about it.Every time I need to exit multicam mode to edit some text with Essential Graphics, the option to crop camera via the Program panel stops working and I can only get back to work by restarting Premiere. This is a very frustrating error that should have been resolved some time ago...
