I have my Yamaha HS5 monitors connected to Adobe Premiere Pro through a Focusrite interface. When I scrub through a video in the project panel, adjust values like scale with the mouse, or resize workspaces, I hear an electrical noise.This problem only occurs in Premiere Pro and nowhere else.How can I fix this so that I don't hear these sounds?

Issue: I’m trying to create a karoke video. I’ve inserted my music tracks, graphics with the background and lyrics. When I insert progress bars, a yellow bar should progress across a blue background. Since the bar is set to Darken (see screenshots) the yellow should be invisible against the blue and only darken the white text. But instead of Darkening,  it is multiplying, turning the blue bar green. Sorry if this post is miscategorized.. I am new here to this forum and am new to video editing, etc.Maybe I am just talking out my thinking here and seeing what you all think.In the city I live in there is an access community channel that airs on the major cable service in my area. They have their studio just a few blocks from my house which is awesome for me! They use Premier PRO in the studio, so I was just wondering if some of you could offer some feedback on which YouTube creators you have had good luck with and have enjoyed learning from?  

When I am in my project, I am editing a sequence that I have put markers directly on the exact spot I want to cut, but the razor tool isn't auto cutting the nearest marker like it used to. This started happening about a week ago. HELP!

I want to create a monochrome clip in Premiere and all the video tutorials I've seen say to just turn Saturation to 0 and adjust the Light sliders.  I would like to control it more like you can in Photoshop.  I'd like the skin tones to be light rather than middle gray.  How would I achieve that?  I use Nik Silver Effects in Photoshop, but I think it's making the red channel lighter.

Hello and thanks in advance.  Trying to insert still images (jpegs) into the middle of a video with an audio track.  After inserting, the video is 'bumped' forward to make room for the image, but the audio track doesn't also get moved forward, so I've got audio playing over the still image.  Is there a way to move both the audio and video forward to make room for the image I'm trying to add in?  Thanks! See the images showing the file I'm trying to add in and the resulting view of the video after.

Hi Since the last Software Update, Adobe Premiere keeps filling up my hard drive when I use the software or try to render something. Same happens with Media Encoder. I already tried reinstalling creative cloud, resetting V-RAM and routing scratch disc, cache files etc. to an eternal hard drive with no effect.I use a new mac Pro with OSX Catalina.Can anyone help? 

It always says installation failed. Why has it failed? I got this Adobe Pro because of my university. Does it have a connection to why I can't install it?

When i go to installing screen it says my computer isnt able to download premier pro, i have a dell latitude 5530 bought close to a year ago, colse to 200GB of space remaining so that would only mean the specs arent correct but i havent seen anywhere someone clarifying this so i want to ask if i really can't download premier pro

Weird one this but is there a way to find how often I use a clip / audio file in a timeline? im working on a massive project for a client and wanted to produce a metric on how often I have had to use an audio clip in these videos.Any help would be great, thank you.

Is there any way to apply a custom effect preset to a clip with Extendscript in Premiere Pro??? 

Hi Community! I've just begin tapping in to all that can be done with the Automation Blocks extension, but I could not build my complete workflow. My BEST CASE option is this:- The Script will iterate through all currently selected sequences (possibly just all sequences found in a selected bin).- It will Write data to a single spreadsheet that includes the sequence name and all audio clips found in that sequence across all audio tracks. I've been able to do an individual sequence and extract the clip names, but not the sequence name.  And I have not found a way to do multiple sequences in one batch.  Is any of this possible? Thank you! 

I have a set of M2TS files that I had been editing as recently as 2019 in Adobe Premiere without issue.  I recently went back to this old project and the videos were stuck in "Media Pending".  I started a brand new project and tried to import the M2TS files and Premiere 2024 would hang.  I opened Encoder 2024 and tried to convert one of these M2TS files and Encoder would hang on the "Importing" step.  Unfortunately each of these files is around 3-4GB in size so I'm not sure on how I can submit them for repro.  Please advise. In case it helps, these files are M2TS Blu-Ray (not commerical media but ScanCafe 8mm film scans) M2TS files.  They are 1440x1080, at 27000kbps and 29.97 frames/second.  The files play well in VLC but Windows 11 Media Player has a hard time playing them (stutters, etc).

Hi!I'm trying to figure out how the exportTimeline() function works.  So far, I have managed to import files and add them to a sequence.  Now I want to export the sequence as a Quicktime movie.  Eventually, I want to be able to set start and end points for an export (i.e. export a work area, export a clip from the timeline, etc.).I did try to use the function by passing in a path to a file name:exportTimeline("somepath.mov")I didn't get an error message, which is good.  I got a 'result:7' (not sure what that means).  I did not see any new files exported to the path though.Thanks!

Hi,   It looks like setting a shortcut to Ctrl + J in PrPro 2024 does not work After some digging it looks like it's being held up by "cmd.titler.menu.templates" - though that's not visible in the keyboard shortcut window. I wanted to re-edit some material with adobe premiere 2024, but suddenly sound and vision are not in sync.How can I fix this?

Hello. My CC subscription got expired and I was kicked out so I uninstalled my premiere pro 2021 and installed a cracked 2020 version but that didnt load my project files SO i had to go back to paying but now i am unable to re install premiere pro from the creative cloud as it has been hung on 'waiting'. I need help on how to get past "waiting'

I updadated Premiere Pro to the latest version and realized VST plugins are not working. I am using Waves VST plugins for the audio of my productions, mixing and mastering. I had that issue before, I was adding the plugins but when I export my project audio was not like mixed and plugins didnt change the audio. Even I add plugins to mix the audio, it was the raw audio I was hearing. I searched for a solution and found that using Audition and export the audio from Audition to Premiere solves this for a bit. After the latest update, Audition exports are not effecting the audio as well. I finish my edit, send the audio to Audition and export the audio to Premiere but non of the effects are applied on the export. It is as if I made no changes eventhough I make a lot mixing and clearing the audio. Will we wait for an update but shall I lose my hope and use a DAW (apperently Audition is useless in this case) for my mixing and mastering?

Hello,Recently i received daily a notifications that i am using an unlicened Adobe product.In my case Adobe Premiere Pro 5.5.This is absolutely not the case, and i am very unpleased to get this messageI bought a legal version of Premiere years ago thru the Adobe website, i alse registred my serial number.I still have the cd's with the serial number.How can i undo this situation?regards,Harry

I simlpy detached the proxies fom the media in the bins just before exporting. Worked for me and only took a few minutes.Right click on media in your bins with the proxies you want removed -> Select (Proxies) -> Select (Detatch Proxie)That's all I did and I did not have to manually do anythng else.

Hello, Ever since I did the newest update for Premier Pro (24.3.0 - build 59) any of my videos with a transparent background, no longer import with a transparent background and I have to do a luma key on them. Which is not time efficient and at times it doesn't not clean up the background as I need it to, rendering the clip unusable and a waste of time.  I have searched everywhere for some type of answer and I am sadly not having any luck. Any help would be much appreciated as this is adding significant time to projects with very short deadlines.  They are saved with alpha chanels as well. And I am working from MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 Thanks for the help! Kai
