For some unknown reason, since 2019 Premiere, randomly the Effect Controls for a clip will disapear after changing some parameter in the effect controls panel. You then must click on the clip in the timline again, adjust one thing. It will disapear again. Repeat forever. Only solution I've found is to restart premiere. It is still happening in the newest Premiere 2020 Beta.

I am using the new Premiere Beta version v14.2.0 and I am getting an error message when right clicking on a folder I created in my project. I was trying to import something into this folder but since I get a message saying "ungültiger Menübefehl" (which would be something like "unknown menu command"), I can not import files this way.

The program crashed after trying to change the output name of the file and location output within premiere. Was able to change name and location when in Media encoder.

Right click is broken in a few areas in the latest Beta Premiere Pro. The ones I have encountered so far is right clicking Bins or clips in the timeline report "Invalid Menu operation." Right clicking other places seems to still work.

When Reconnecting to Full Res Media of H264 clips, “a low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Player (Player:)” Only seemed to happen with H264 clips. The clip video doesn't play back after this happens and if saved and reopned, timelines with this clip present won't playback video. I don't get any clear indication but the Premier gets freeze every time I try to change the format to H264.

Hi guys in the latest beta update as of today my video previews look all scrambled. It happens everitime i add an adjustment layer with lumetri on it. Im running an Asus laptop with a nvideo geforce 1060 and intel processor. Everithing was fine but today after the update the videos looks like this:

With the newest beta of Premiere Panasonic S1H 5.9k files started to look way underexposed. 4K ALL-I files look normal. I think this started to happen few beta versions ago. Anyone else having this issue?5.9k: 4K ALL-I: No effects applied and both these files have exactly same exposure settings (shot in VLOG) and shoud look identical. The beta program crashed. When I reopened the saved project (lost 15 mins of work) the preferences were reset and the keyboard shortcuts went back to default.

With the latest Adobe Premiere Pro Beta build we have added the ability to automatically use a substitute font for Chinese, Japanese and Korean characters when necessary. When the selected font cannot display a Chinese, Japanese or Korean (CJK) character, we automatically fall back to a default font for that language which can display that character. This feature is enabled in Adobe Premiere Pro Beta and Adobe Premiere Rush Beta for desktop. Please try out the feature and share your feedback.

playing back 4K H264 25p clips in a sequence looks definitely smoother then in previous versions.But now I am expereincing a problem seemingly caused by positioning the playhead in the sequence a few times.....simply repositioning the cursor (no hectic clicking ! ) a few times .......then the playback plays a few frames , then jumps back a bit , plays a few frames more, jumps back a bit a.s.o  back-forth-back-forth...for me it looks like a still existing cacheproblem. that behaviour stays forever until i switch of MercuryPlayback-Cuda back to Software only.Under "Software only" it still behaves the same ...until I switchback to CUDA.....then it plays smoothly until.....see above ...  btw. the option "preview cache" is only "without / no /ohne" selectable ...no other otion available. I am on a HP Zbbok 360 G5 withNvidia Quadro P1000  driver 442.92Win10 Ver 1909PremierePro 14.2 build5

The proxies and the source footage are playing back darker in the frame but on windows player it is normal. On 1080p videos it's normal as you see it from the screenshot below.   Thanks    

Added a Adjustmentlayer and lumitry Color.Tried to browse for my luts, and nothing happends. Premiere hangs and lut-window not appear for a long time. Then after like 5 minutes it comes up... ?

I was wondering if there will ever be an implementation of being able to offset or position the background parameter in the Essential Graphics panel. I know I would have freedom just creating a shape and doing the pin to video frame but I find that tedious to use at best.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add the ability to have a keyboard shortcut for Close Other Timeline Panels. I can see this be useful for editors how may have opened an old project or another editor's project with a lot of timelines open for whatever reason. Having to use the mouse to right click for that option seems like it takes more steps than needed.

When i relink the comp of AE premier pro freeze and crash.

On Win 10, when exporting a file (either from the 'Media' export or even 'Export Frame') when I try to select the export path / file name (which should open an explorer window), nothing happens and I can no longer select anything in Premiere. When I click I hear the windows alert sound which suggests that the explorer window has opened somewhere in the background, but I can't find it anywhere. This forces me to end the premiere task and start over.  In summary, I can't select where I export files or rename them in the beta.

When using the WB Selector eye dropper, sometimes my cursor does change to eyedropper icon but most of the time, it does not change and remains as arrow icon. The WB Selector tool does still work but on my system the icon seldom changes on my cursor. If this issue is redundant with another post, happy to delete.  https://vimeo.com/405943278

In the Productions documentation, for migrating an existing standalone project to a Production process, these are the entire instructions:   Migrate an Existing Project to a ProductionIf your work uses a single project file1. Create a new production• A new Untitled project is created and it can be left alone;2. Use the Add Project to Production command to bring the existing standalone project into the production;3. Open the added project;4. Create a new project for each bin, then move the contents of each bin into a corresponding project in the production. Leave all the projects open while doing this step5. When the original project file is empty it can be renamed to be used later or put in the trash.   What the hay does the comment "and it can be left alone" in Step 1 mean in real-life?   Step four is completely non-sensical. As a beta tester, I've seen several updates in a day!  I've seen more work getting pushed out in the past two weeks than the past two years (at least it seems that way to me).  Decent features, attention to detail, it's as if programmers have nothing to do but work 😕😕    I'm actually encouraged for the first time in years.  I've been learning other software due to years of frustration and wanting any alternative to speed up workflow and decrease aggravation.  Maybe there's hope afterall.  Keep it up guys.  

sometimes premiere cant change the font
