I created a bunch of After Effects templates for my team to use and I also sized them so they could fit on mobile devices.However, when I try to import the .mogrt templates in Premiere Rush, they never show up in the template window.I didn't get any errors, it just flat out didn't work.Just wanted to see if anyone else has had that issue and if anyone has been able to have those templates sync over to mobile.ThanksJustin

I just had severel weeks of writing back and forth with the support and had 2 remote sessions with the support to fix me problems. I was never so disapointed with a support. I tried to shoot a video on iPhone, start editing on the phone and countine on the Mac. But the desktop version wont find the file. The support says Rush does not support 10bit files. But this is not true. If I create a new project and import them , they will show (wrong colors, but they show). But from the cloud, they are keep missing. The only solution is to work in Premiere Pro. So there is no mobile workflow possible with the iPhone and HDR footage. I think the iPhone shoots HDR since a few generations. So when will Adobe update Premiere Rush?

Hi , while am trying to edit my vide the audio and video are always speed 3x . It's annoying. I wasted money to buy your products. It's annoying stuff.

Hi team, The noise cancellation option which is not working properly. If i enable the noise cancellation option there is some more glitches and more noise added to my source. If i disable that option the audio was clear.  It's annoying na.. we are paid for your premium subscriptions. Ensure Every option is working fine. another one issue there there is a sync between device and cloud it's not working.. leads to slow down. Hope such issues are resolved in future!!!!

This is crucial to edit video on mobile devices, I just want pres [ ] to trim in and out during the editing.thank you

On iOS 16. All of the sudden I can no longer export videos. It crashes the second I try.

Hello Team, I'm not able to export the video project created.It crashes everytime 

I've been using Rush for a month no problem. This week i go to use it and while the  program is loading it gets stuck at loading  "importerquicktime.prm" and i have to crash close itI have Uninstalled and reinstalled, and scoured the internet for answers and still no luck. I would hate to switch to switch to another program. By the way premiere pro opens without error.

Just purchased rush. All audio on my pc is functioning normally. No audio on video clips in rush although the audio levels on the lower right are active and moving. Any ideas. India chat support says payment pending is the issue? WTF?

Hi, I filmed a few short clips with my iPhone 13mini in the Cinematic mode, I downloaded them to my PC from my Cloud account and I added them into Rush. The sound is ok, but there is no video, there is just a green background. The first clip that is "seen" has been filmed with a photo camera.  Also, all of the clips show as MOV as you can see in the screenshot below  I would like to be able to complete my project (and my future projects as well) so I would greatly appreciate your help with this issue. Cheers!Jon

Having troubles with mobile version of rush.I have a 50 second clip with a few cuts. When I add transitions to the cuts, playback and export glitch out, adding frames from different segments where they don't belong and sometimes freeze framing or looping sections in playback. Also, after I first open a project and it asks if I want to import more content, all video is blank, forcing me to go back to the home screen and then reopen my project, then it's all there.Also, why can I not resize a clip from it's start unless I separate it in another layer?And can I customize the video thumbnail?I pay rent to adobe to use their apps and support improvements. They've been making visual editing programs for a long time and would think these basic features would be impecable by now... unless they Rushed to get it out.

When I create a project, and click add media I cannot find the media thats stored on my SD card. They wont pull up anywhere. The media is there, I can access it through "My Files". I have recently added a new SD Card. Before that it was working, but im not sure that has anything to do with it or not.  Again, the SD Card is properly working as far as I know. I can view and save media to it, i just cannot find the folder when I try to create a project.  Any assistance would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a problem with the storage place. Specifically with the amount of date. It says that I have 97,88% of 102 GB used and in my projects I only see a couple of videos that are not 100 GB large files. I am 100% sure that those projects don't consume all that storage. How can I check what is taking of the storage place? Please help. 

Im expereincing issues with videos im importing into rush. Initialy when dragged into the timeline the video appears fine, after about a minuite the video dimensions stretches, making it impossible to edit. Ive tried deleting and re downloading app, restarting computer but still having the same issue. Ive been using premier rush for over a year and have only experienced this issue within the past week. Is anyone else having the same problem?   

When I attempt to Export to render the video, it automatically says it's "Rendered" without actually doing it (See image). Has anyone else had this issue?.

Hi, I just install Premiere Rush and used it.It can start well, input and edit vedio was no problem.But, when I output the vedio, then it freeze at some percentage.Does anyone have this problem?I am sure that the space of C or D is enough.My system: asus expertbook b7/ windows 11

I'm new to Premiere Rush and have uploaded some stills and short video clips to practice with on the app.As I'm working I get a pop-up telling me the program was unable to save my file and to close the app to save my work.  Sounds Odd.  I check under the 'file' tab and there is no 'save' or 'save as' function.So I close the program.  It freezes.  "Not Responding"I try a few times.  Same result.  So I share and save to desktop .....  okI continue editing video.  But still doesn't auto-save and goes non-responsive.So, how do I save a work-in-progress and stop the program from crashing.At the moment it's not conducive for me to invest subscribing to.Thank you in anticipation .....    Glynne

I cannot cut clips on adobe rush android. I want to cut clips, use speed up slow down but there is no option for that. Please add more of the common effects used in premiere pro. It's almost perfect for quick edits but I need to be able to cut clips 

I'm having trouble exporting any video. My phone has over 100 GB free and I try to export a 3 GB video and it crashes mid export saying i don't have enough storage. I don't even have any other projects in the app anymore thinking it was app storage. Incredibly disappointing after all the edits have been made

When I export my video, it looks great while editing but after exporting the quality sucks: its overexposed, desaturated and has a change in tint. This is very problematic. I'm editing on an iPhone 14 Pro.

I cannot get my Premiere Rush to load. It keeps getting stuck loading ImporterQuickTime.bundle. How can I fix this? M1 Macbook Pro 2020
