At the end of my YouTube video, I have created an end screen. The video is cropped smaller and pulled to the upper left of the screen. This leaves exposed black screen. In Adobe Rush is there a way to change it from black to white?Thanks and let me know!

Hello! As what the title says, I'm unable to add more videos to a project as the application keeps on cancelling the action upon loading/preparing the media. I've already tried refreshing and signing out my account but I haven't attempted to reinstall the app because I fear I'd lose my progress and I don't have the premium version. How can I fix this issue? Thanks

I am exporting 8 bit RGB Photoshop files in PNG format to my desktop.  They appear with a black background when I open them to view them or import them into Premier Rush. I need them to be transparent.I am working in the most updated versions of Photoshop (24.0) and Premier Rush (2.5).  I have also downloaded an older version of Premier Rush (1.5.58), as recommended in another post.Super frustrating.

How do I select mulitple clips in Rush on my phone?

Can anybody chime in and tell me, what I'm doing wrong? s. description below. Thanks, Marc  Windows 11, Rush 2.5.0 (build 403), Premiere 22.6.2 (build 2), german Problems with self-authored Mogrts (PR) - even if it's just one simple text element: Whatever I try, the same Mrgrts installed in the library which appear in Premiere will not be displayed in Rush.If I want to use the function "Vorlage installieren" (may translate into "install template") and choose a mogrt-file I get the error message "Wir konnten diese Grafik nicht in Ihrer Bibliothek speichern." -> "We could not save this graphic to your library." with no additional error code. What works, though: make Mogrt with AE, put it into library, use it in Premieremake Mogrt with Premieren, put it into library, use it in Premiereuse the templates from adobe that come with Rush What I am aware of:Rush doesnot support Mogrts

Buen día, por lo visto hace casi un año que Adobe no ha añadido compatibilidad entre Samsung S22 Ultra y Premiere Rush. Creo que ha pasado mucho tiempo, ¿hay alguna novedad o información certera de cuando se hará compatible? 

So i shot my video on my galaxy note 8, its about 23 minutes long with audio, transitions, and effects added. While editing there was no problems. After the videos export with a file size of 1.30G in 1080 30fps. The ending of my video by the 20 min mark completely freezes but the audio just keeps going i clear cache, sign in n out the typical troubleshooting methods no change. Am not sure if the file size or length of video is the problem but i did notice that once the video finished rendering it only renders up to 20:53 minutes but when i checked my gallery in my phone the file length says 23 minutes.. please help.  Note: i have also tried the desktop version is does the sane thing idk what to do anymore. Is there like a file size limit adobe rush cant handle on mobile if so inform us. Because i do have other video that i edit but there are smaller in size compare to this one they are like 2min or 4 minutes long. They export with no problems. 

 Hi I have been trying to open a video I uploaded on my phone to rush and every time I open it on the desktop this happens - Any idea why and what I can do to help it? 

I have seen other posts saying this cannot be done in Adobe Rush. However, I also read an article saying it can be done but I cannot figure out how. Am I missing something or should I cancel Rush and get a different program?

It's impossible to export a video on my iPad (9th gen). I have three projects and none of them can be exported because when I try to export them, I get a simple message: "it can't be processed successfully." (translation from Spanish)I have tried different resolutions, app restart, device reboot, etc. I don't have any logs at all. I don't know what I can try.I have 15GB of free memory on my iPad. At least, I would like to export my project to another application.

My Premiere Rush is continuously crashing at the very beginning of exporting a video of around 20 mins in length. The video has got no effects and I have used only a basic color correction to all my footage. I am using the paid app on my iPhone 11 and this video is very important as this needs to be made before my deadline. Please fix the issue or return my money if tou can’t deliver what you promise.

I was using the Pan and Zoom button yesterday on a still photo and I could choose where to start and where to end. Today, the start/end buttons flash on the screen, but disappear before I can choose where to place them. I've tried quitting the program, but the problem still continues. I am using version 2.5.0

Everytime I load into premiere rush to try to start a edit, as soon as I click on "Create a New Project" my application crashes every time, and has been doing this for about a week now. I made sure there was not any updates for the software. I've tried logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing seems to help. been using this software for months and have had no issues and all a sudden it starts to give me troubles. Any suggestions?

Imported this clip and it's really glitchy and pixelated. The original video is not like this and looks fine. Am new to Premiere Rush and could use some help.

Hey Everyone I have paid for the premium rush through my phone on the App Store. But when I go into the app on my phone or on my desktop it says I have not upgraded to premium. I logged in using the same email on my Apple ID. any tips?

I have had Creative Cloud (Photography plan) for a couple of months and installed Premiere Rush. Clicking "Open" usually ends in disappointment -- nothing happens. No error messages. There's not even a window that pops out. There's absolutely nothing to tell me what is going on except the obvious -- nothing. I'm running Windows 10 64-bit. However, I installed CC on a Macbook, then Premiere Rush. I was able to run it there without problems.Any ideas?Is there something I can provide /furnish here (e.g. system's details) to help diagnose?

Hi Guys! I’ve got a problem with Premiere Rush app on my iPhone iOS 16, when I try to log in, there is error „Can’t log in, error 400”. Is there any help for that?

Without making any changes to my iPad Pro, my Premier Rush suddenly wouldn't open anymore. It hung at a Rush opening screen with a spinning circle. Updating it didn't resolve the issue. Eventually I uninstalled and reinstalled Rush and resolved it that way, HOWEVER, that cost me all my saved projects. Not happy about that.

Hello, how are you guys, recently I made a video in rush and I put an audio from the adobbe audio library but when I uploaded the video to tiktok it appeared to me that they were going to silence it because they detected copyright problems, which I'm surprised because these audios are supposed to be free to use, what can I do?   

Estoy comenzando con Premiere Rush con el portátil. Intento importar vídeos desde un disco duro externo para trabajar con ellos pero ni siquiera me da la opción, solo me permite acceder a archivos del propio portátil. ¿Cómo puedo trabajar con los videos del disco duro externo? Gracias

This might be a second post (I did not see my last post in the list)  I just downloaded rush, and notice under audio files that triple scoop files and some other audio networks are there.  Are Ar these files free for us to use in our projects?  Or is there an additional charge? Thank youJoe Cosentino

HiI cant seem to figure out how to apply a "crossfade" between to video clips.Is this not possible in rush?
