Hello. I am using Premiere Elements 2022 on Windows 10. I am creating a video eulogy to be played at a memorial service.  I have recorded the video by talking into the camera. My challenge is to add photos of the deceased at certain points in the eulogy. I do not want to interrupt the existing audio track. I just want the photos to appear on the screen. I would like the portions of the screen not taken up by a photo to be blank. I understand that I can add the photos as "clips" on video two, but when I do that, the photo is superimposed on the video, which means you can see my two elbows in the frame. If I add the photos to video one, the photo shows properly, but the audio is blank for the length of time the video is displayed. Is there a solution to this difficulty? I am extremely frustrated. Hi All, So i have been trying to create a sequence and render the video to save it locally and publish it on youtube later. However the problem is that the video plays just fine everywhere, but as soon as i render it to my local computer, somewhere half way through the video just freezes but sound keeps playing. Then by the end of the clip is starts to play again. Is there anything i can do to solve it?

I keep importing videos into Rush, creating videos on the go on my Phone. But EVERYTIME I open Rush on my computer, I get Red screens with exclamation points. And when I try to open Rush files in Premiere, they are ALWAYS missing media. So all of my projects never get completed or exported.  Im an ACP and I can't figure it out....    I have tried "Turn Sync Off" and then "Turn Sync On" but all to no avail. this is driving me crazy!Anyone?   Thanks, mark

Hi,After the Windows upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, I see lots of creashes for no reason. The crash is happening anytime while editing, recording and exporting a video.It recovers after re-launching the application and some time after rebooting the machine.It really affecting the productivity.My PC config:RAM: 16.0 GBProcessor : 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHzOS : Windows 11 Home - 21H2

I am attempting to add varied length clips, ie .50, .71 but when I adjust length it jumps from .29 secs to 1 sec. Is there a way to set more accurate lengths? Thank you!

I`m using the latest verion of Adobe Rush on a new PC with Windows 10.Lately I had the problem, that Rush crashes when trying to save my files. While working on the project a window pops up stating, that Rush was not able to save the project for quite a while and that I should exit to save. When I click the Home Button Rush freezes (does not react). Now, one of my project I worked on, won`t load anymore!!!!I tryed opening it, unsynced and synced. I tryed opening it on another devide. I also installed an older Rush version. And I duplicated the project .... nothing worked.I also tryed importing the project to Premier Pro, which doesn`t work, too (no error message, only no progress or changes on the screen with the list of the Rush projects) I guess, that the basic problem of crashing when autosaving corruped the latest audio file I created in the project. BUT, since I can no longer open the project, I cannot delete that file and repair the coding error. I use Rush for my

So i have been working on a project. When i first started trying to import the video, i had the "This file requires the HEVC codec which is included with a Creative Cloud membership. To upgrade..." error - I fixerd that by converting my video to MP4, so i could add my video to the project (I am not a premium user).  Fast forward - I've edited the whole video, after exporting, the only things that show up in the final product, is the audio and pictures - Not the video/clips itself. I have tried duplicating the project, tried different export methods, media/preferences. I could not find an earlier version of Adobe Premiere Rush that i could downgrade to. I am using Windows 10. How do i fix this, and get my clips/video to also show, in the final product?  Thank you in advance.

Hello,I have been having trouble with Adobe premiere rush for a couple of weeks now. It all started when I updated to the newest update that happened recently. I start a new video project and I am not able to make any edits because it becomes laggy. (right after the update it would crash too) Especially once anything is added like a title or transition or voiceover. Originally I thought it might have been my computer so I worked with IT to create a backup hard drive for me and clean up my system plus updating all of the drivers etc. We also turned off some syncing things to make sure that wasn't causing any problems. From there I went back to using one of the older Premiere editions and for a little while I was able to use it again as long as I didn't use the voiceover and didn't use any graphic titles. I had to record my voiceover separately as a file and load it. So I had a workaround for a bit. However, now my workaround doesn't work and last week and this week I have not been able

I was editting a project recently, everything was going smooth until i tried to add a few more music clips then i got a error code saying the music couldnt be loaded ( mp3 files btw) and the autosave wasn't functioning so it told me to hit the home button so i wouldn't lose any progress. unsurprisingly the application froze or stopped responding which forced me to X out the app. i tried to open it again but now i just get a grey screen for a long time , quite annoying . plz help 

Hi Just a feature request for Rush... please can we get XML project export.I currently do not use Rush very often although I would like to use it more. My primary issue up until recently has been the cumbersome process of importing footage in iOS. That has now been fixed in the latest version so very much appreciated. I do believe it is the most professional of the iOS editing options and I like the way it works. My proposed workflow going forward will be: Shoot, capture clips direct into Rush, edit and deliver online. All good so far. Now say a client wants more advanced graphics or titling... beyond what Rush can offer me. My main edit software is FCPX. I have no way to get my project from Rush to anywhere else besides Premiere Pro, which I do not own. All I need is a basic XML (if necessary leaving out titles, effects and even transitions... I can always recreate those) that I can export from the Mac version of Rush. Just so all my time spent on the project is not wasted.

I have an Acer Swift 3 and when I am trying to upload videos they are corrupted and show a glitched looking effect throughout the video. I have tried converting the files to MP4 and HEVC and they still are doing it. I even tried using the free videos to see if they were corrupted aswell and they were. I also tried redownloading the app and it didnt help. 

Hello, I'm new to video editing. I'm facing a new problem with Premiere rush. The output is always overexposed and the contrast is completely gone. this is not the case in the editing screen and preview tab. I'm using the phone app. Is this a bug? Someone, please help.

Hi all. I just found out about the auto reframe tool in Rush. But I need it to keep the current aspect ratio and just zoom in on the action. is this possible? thanks  

Working through a project - I use the dissolve transition often, but there's two clips that it's not working in. It overlays on the clip but for some reason this is the only transition not working.  

I'm trying to export - To the Local Drive - using Rush Desktop. It simply freezes or stops every time. It isn't a large file so this shouldn't be an issue? Any help is appreciated, and yes my computer should have enough for a 43MB, or a 94MB file render.

I have tried exporting to Youtube 3 times which used all my free exports and it never worked, I got the same error all 3 times I tried to do it through my phone and the whole video came out blacked out with no audio or anything at all. I will pay for the unlimited sharing but not if it wont even let me upload! Please help!

How do I make my photos in Lightroom appear in the Rush media browser? When I launch Rush and choose Creative Cloud Files no media appear, despite having thousands of photos in Lightroom.

Hi all,  I currently have 2 plans, 'premiere pro plan' since 2019 (includes prem pro, media encoder, rush, 15 mobile/web apps) and 'creative cloud photography plan (20gb)' since 2020 (includes photoshop, lightroom, rush, bridge, 15 mobile/web apps). As I only use Rush from the premiere pro plan, I want to cancel it (it's double the price of the other plan). However, Adobe support is adamant that Rush is not included with my photography plan even though it says it is on my account and I've been paying for the plan with it included for years. I also got an email in Oct/Nov 2021 saying that basically Spark was being replaced in my photography plan by Rush and PS express. So what is the truth? I spoke on Adobe chat, kept getting transferred, all 3 people kept telling me Rush is not included in my plan. So either 1. my plan has been a lie this whole time, 2. the email they sent out last year was a lie and Rush wasn't added, or 3. they are mistaken and I do have Rush on t

Hey everyone, lately I have been having issues with working on projects with my IPad, or in other words it doesn't work at all anymore. This only occurred about two weeks ago and up until that point it worked fine.I get the red exclamationmark in the top right corner saying that the media imported from my Laptop is missing and the upload might not be finished.I have checked multiple times, the files are fully uploaded on my laptop, I have a good internet connection on both devices and still 10GB of cloud storage left. I also have logged out of all applications and even tried reinstalling everything and nothing seems to be working, I can't even sync a five minute video.Something that also didn't work before this problem was syncing any kinds of audio or songs in projects to my IPad or the other way around.Thank you for your help, or for any tips on what I could try. All the best,Maylies 

I have a Adobe Photographic plan with 20 GB of space. I was near the limit and in order to free space I erased some Rush projects stored in the cloud.But then i ckeck that my free space in the cloud storage plan since LR, and It was the sameAnyone Know if Rush projects take up space from cloud storage plan, like LR synced photos thanks

So I recorded a video that had a lot of noise in the background and so i took advantage of the remove background noise feature in Rush and cranked it up to 70% intensity. When I would to to play back the video, the audio for the first second of each clip was very quiet and then it would go back to normal. I scrubbed it back and did the playback again and it seemed to all be completely fine.However when I went to export the video to my files and watched it from there, I had the same issue as before. Is there anything i can do within rush to try and fix this as much as possible? Thanks.
