How can I change the duration of a clip (still image) while I am creating a slideshow?How can I change the settings "duration of displaying a picture" generally? Is it possible to apply it on all pictures?
This is for videos that are 10 minutes long. Everything is fine and then suddenly the last 2 minutes start glitching/slipping like crazy and ruin what would have been a good video otherwise. In addition, it shows that it's synced to the cloud, but it's not showing up in CC for me. So I can't render it on my desktop either. I have plenty of memory and I did reboot the phone and app several times and even re-imported the source file. None of it changed anything in the 5 different times I exported the video after making changes. I'm beginning to think that Rush is only good for 3-minute videos and that it's a waste of my time to fuss with it. This is on Android Samsung S21 Ultra.Help
I have been using adobe rush on my phone for years now and I still can never export a video without there being problems in certain points of the videos with pixels. The whole screen spazzes. I have an Iphone 12 and the latest version of Rush. I've seen other posts from awhile back from adobe saying this issue has been resolved. What is the solution? It it quite ridiculous. I usually have to share the video to the cloud, export on the computer after a long wait for the files to sync (hopefully without problems) and then send it back to my phone which most of the time I then cant even save the video to my phone.
My Iphone sends videos in .MOV format to my computer, but Rush won't play that format. I just get a big red screen with an exclaimation mark. Am I doing something wrong? How do I change the format and what ones are suitable? thanks!
I went on my iPad to go to rush to not only see I've been logged out but when I logged in, all my projects are gone, and also says I am not at the upgraded package I pay $5 a month for?!?!? I need answers and want to know where the hell my projects are that I've spent countless days on! Nothing was canceled, just got charged for the program through my apple account.... what's the deal! Nor is it showing the cloud sync option!
I'm using an Acer Predator Triton 500 SE and every time I use Rush it crashes at some point. Every, Single. Time. No rhyme or reason to the issue. I unselected the pre render as suggested but crashes still occur. 20+ mins worth of 4k gopro footage imported into the sequence. I haven't been able to locate a solution for this through gopro or adobe so far...
Hoping someone can shed some light on this issue? I'm importing Keynote ProRes videos with transparency which are now previewing and rendering with a black background. Transparency import worked fine a few weeks ago, but not playing ball at all now. I'm using a Mac Studio running Rush 2.3.0. (Build 832) If I open up old projects from a few months ago that were previously fine, they too are now failing to render any transparency. I have tried the toggling the 'use optimized clips' menu option with no success. Any help with this would be very much appreciated. Thanks,Chris
After selecting multiple clips on V1 track ,delete option goes in disable state. why does it happens?
I cannot upload videos from my desktop (external harddrive) to Premiere Rush. There's only a few random videos there but not the ones that I need. These are nowhere to be found

I am trying to make a slideshow using Adobe Premiere Rush. I failed terribly trying to use PhotoShop and LightRoom to make them. I have figured out how to add all the images I want in the slideshow to the timeline. But, the aspect ratios are too few. 16:9, 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 are all that is offered. I shoot in 2:3 and 3:2. I hope that they add those into the mix soon. But, I have figured out how to choose an image and in the transformation tab to select the option to "make it fit" and the whole image is viewable. Is there any way to choose all the images at one time and make them fit? It seems when I choose more than one image, the transformation selections go grey and I can't choose anything! Am I doing something wrong? I can't possibly be expected to choose "make it fit" for every single image one by one, am I? Your help is much appreciated.

As the title states. I downloaded the videos to my local IPad hard drive, and loaded them into RUSH. I started editing, and then had to sleep my iPad for a bit. Upon reopening everything in the timeline was greyed out, and I kept getting errors that the video files could not be uploaded. I thought it was greyed out because my iPad was trying to send the files to adobe cloud. I then told rush to not sync the project, so I could finish working on it locally. However the timeline videos are still greyed out. The files however are still accessible under the project assets folder. When I try to view any of the assets Rush lets me, and I can scrub thru them. However, when I try to add them to the timeline, they immediately become greyed out. It's as if adding them to the timeline unlinks them? This is incredibly frustrating as I'd rather not have to re cut all the sections I have just done. For an app that's all about editing on the go, when you might not have cloud access as
I have opened Rush and all I get is the spinning wheel of death. It's not frozen as it's still spinning, but I can't create new projects, or view old projects.
Does this app uploads HDR video on YouTube, so I can purchase it. Because iPhone 13 pro max 4K HDR video loses its quality after uploading directly from the photo gallery. If Premier Rush is capable to upload HDR Video then I will purchase it for 1 year.

I exported a Rush edit to my Mac desktop as an mp4. It was compressed to 1080p from 4k. I import into my Apple Photos app on my Mac - the video looks great. When it uploads to iCloud and subsequently onto my iPhone - the video quality is crushed. I also tried Airdropping the file to my iPhone - quality is still crushed.When I tried Airdropping the file to my wife's iPhone, the video looks great - no extra compression.We have the exact same iCloud settings and Photos app settings. My iPhone is running the latest software (15.4.1) and hers is running 15.3.1.I also tried downloading the Rush app on my phone and exporting directly to my phone from there. The quality seemingly got worse and when it uploaded to iCloud then to my Mac, the quality was still quite bad. I spoke with Apple for 45 minutes talking with 4 different people about the issue to find out that they thought it was an Adobe issue and that I should contact Adobe. Good afternoon everyone. I can not seem to access the titles or graphics in Rush. The attached message comes up every time I try. I am on an Adobe for Enterprise account. Does anyone know how to fix this???
My videos are all muted in color once I upload them to Rush. It's mostly reds/oranges that are taken. Before, if I didn't edit my video in VSCO beforehand, this would happen only upon export. Now, it happens upon initially uploading it onto Rush, too. It looks perfectly fine in my photo app, as well as if I try to upload it to Instagram, but not Rush. This has been happening since I got my iPhone 13 in October. I assumed it was because Rush couldn't handle the resolution of my raw videos, but now even the edited/lower quality videos aren't uploading right. I've tried it both on wifi and cellular data, not in low power mode. Doing this didn't help much, and both my phone and the software are up to date. I've attached a screenshot in Rush, and the actual clip so you can maybe see the difference.

Hi, I am a basic user of rush so pls be gentle! I do quick videos of houses I am selling. Is there a way to blur across photographs on display if client doesnt want them shown? So I would need to highlight just a small section and blur it, leaving the rest of the frame in normal video mode.Thanks in advance
