Questions

We are made edited some videos on our PC, but some aren't showing up in the Rush app for Mac and iphone.  We've shut all the apps, restarted..... clicked our heals three times.... A bit of a loss.  It's been three days too.   Any ideas?  Thank you guys-Andrew

Curious about continuing support for samsung devices becuse it seems like it has been dropped. Its been more then a year for the latest gen and still no word or no updates. I tried looking for a suppported device list and its a post from 2019. Nothing new. I have an all-app subscription that i cant even use on my phone. The beta program is unavailable to even help out with testing. I just want to use what I already am paying for not sign up for an entire other apps payment plan. Too frustrating.

Hello, I have had trouble in rendering certain projects on my iPad Pro.So far, I have successfully rendered more than 10 projects, and I can render some projects now. However, two new projects that I have never rendered before, I cannot render. I press the button, it kind of starts, then at 0% it shows "Unable to render successfully." I will attatch a screen shot (it's in Japanese). I have tried 1. application reset, 2. iPad reset, 3. log out and re-enter adobe account, 4. lock music, but have not been successful. ・iPad Pro 2nd generation 11inch・iPadOS 14.4・Premiere Rush Version 1.5.48 (1035)・iPad Storage used 39.3GB out of 256GB・Creative cloud Storage used 5.24% of 200GB I would really appreciate some help, thank you.

I would like some title templates that won't get cut-off by the 'gram... the bottom part of a reel is cut off by the user name/caption/etc so titles/text need to be above that. And, when you display a reel in the grid, the bottom and top 15% are cut off... there are some options but, unless I want a title in the middle of the screen, not a lot (and they're hard to find). 

I have just installed Rush on my computer and am finding that it will not run any videos.The import is OK, and I can edit and save but cannot play videos.It shows a blank display where you would expect the videoHave tried several mp4s and all have the same resultEventually it freezers and I have to shut it down in task Manager.PC is Intel i5 64Bit 8G I have put my subcription on hold until I can make it work

I just started a project in Preniere Rush (I'm assuming I can move it to Premiere Pro if advisable). It's a simple video project with a voice-over track and I'm wishing to add a music track to run underneath it. When I go to the + icon to add music and click browse media, I'm not seeing music files that are located in my music folder on my PC. Am I not following the correct procedure? Is there some reason I'm not seeing the mp3 music files that I know are there?

I just purchased Rush since I want a low to no-frills software to edit my avi files but once the program was opened it didn't seem to want to recognize those files on my drives. Do I need to upgrade to Premiere Pro, or does that not support avi either? Any/all help is appreciated. -T. Rowland/Swiney

 

Hi,I have an Andriod Oneplus 7 pro 8gb RAM- so should be quite capable.On Premiere Rush (mobile version) I was able to edit the video fine, putting different clips in etc. I recorded the clips in 1080p. The completed video is about 9 minutes long.When I tried to export it (I tried 1080p and 720p) both times the rendering worked but when I played it back the video kept glitchy and it was really choppy. At one point the video went green very briefly.It looked fine in the preview when I was editing it, don't understand what has happened. Can anyone help, thanksGuido

I like to show my log thoughout the course of my videos. I use to be able to add my logo as "media", drag it above my video, and then expand so that it would show the entire time. I just tried doing that again and it won't work. This happened a couple of days ago but the problem fixed when I updated. I am on a windows operating system and my version number is 1.5.44 (build 69). Now I am having the same issue. I am also having issus with the program not responding. I hope what I said makes sense. Can anyone help me out?

I was receiving a free 30 days of Rush and cancelled before it expired. However I was still charged on the 21st. I received a confirmation of service ending on the 18th and do not have access to premium features.

I have the newest version of Premiere Rush for Mac and I want to export my proyect. Hi there I'm suddenly havign endless issues with Adobe Rush crashing for no reason whatsoever between 30 seconds and a minute after launching. Regardless of whether I leave it alone without loading a project or open a project, it takes about 45 seconds and then crashes. It's workth noting that after loading a project, it doesn't respond. I can click on assets but not manipulate them, or playback the preview of the video. I'm runing Windows 10 patched to the latest patch, an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor with 32GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon 5700XT on a 1TB SSD. I'm using build 1.5.38. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I've uninstalled it and rolled back to 1.5.34. The same issue persists. Can anyone steer me in the direction of a fix? Currently editing on my M1 Macbook Air, which works, but isn't a patch on the Ryzen machine yet (emulation etc.).

It looks like Adobe rush on the mobile and desktop are not best friends, it takes hours to synchronize the first second and then nothing happens. I was reading it should take seconds. As you can see on the photo, its a 42 sec. Video syncing since several hours.   I can't find the video inside creative cloud.   Doesn't make sense this service.   Title edited by mod

Can I make videos by sharing my mobile phone screen using Adobe Premiere Rush?

After the update to 14.8 my project files would crash while trying to open. Even one I had been working on only 2 hours previous once closed it and then it would not open. I started a new project file and imported the old one, everything worked fine while open but once again once closed it kept crashing on reopen. I spent 2 hours with Adobe support controlling my machine, had all my preferences reset for Premiere Pro and then the Adobe CC suite.  I was told it was a project specific issue even tho it was happening to multiple projects and 2 of my collegaues were having the same issue. I was also told it was a server permissions issue but no permissions had been change, everything was working fine only a few hours previous and a Project on my desktop was having the same issue. The only thing that solved the issue for me was to roll back to an older version of premiere and everything worked fine again, so my advice is don't waste your time with support as they clearly don't know abo

Hello all!I have two major problems with Adobe Rush on Ipad Air 2020.1. Videos do not render. It always comes the message "Memory almost full. There is not enough memory to export this video. Go to settings....Iphone memory (?).....to manage memory.But here are over 70 GB still free and the videos often have less than 1 GB. On the Iphone 11 there are also over 20 GB free.What do I need to do here?2. Larger projects constantly crash the app. What can be done about this?Thank you and best regardsRené 

Hello, I am new to this community, been an Adobe user for 6 years now and although PP is much more advanced for video editing, I find rush quite interesting for quick daily videos that I post online. However, your app is far from ready in my opinion. So many glitchs, so annoying that I am thinking of changing apps. Please can you optimize this app to run smoothly on samsung devices and espicially on DEX. Thank you. 

Hi, I am unable to retrieve the Adobe Premier Clips video that I created in the past. I understand the Premiere Clips is no longer available. Is there a way where I can get my files because there are family photos that are precious to me. Thanks in advance for your help. Best,Jasmine

Hello,I want to use title and transition templates from Adobe Stock in my Rush video, but I can't import them. I do not have the "Adobe Stock" button in my titles pane for some reason.I downloaded some templates from Adobe Stock and tried to import them through the "add media" button, but they are not appearing in the folder I placed them in. 

How can i set the time for photo clips automatically to be the same without having to do each one manually 

I am doing an aerial video and need to draw a box or outline the property. 

Audio crackles only in editing. Gets worse when volume, speed is adjusted.
