Вообщем я начинающий ТикТокер, у меня 700 подписчиков и 10К лайков, просмотры идут от 1000 и до 115К, вообщем я хотел бы пользоваться вашей программой для монтажа, но нет денег, причем вообще.И мне просто стало интересно нет ли другого способа пользоваться вашей программой Rush, без оплаты?Если нет то так и напишите, я уважаю прямоту.

My app keeps crashing on my iPad Pro. What do I need to provide so the issue can be identified?

The app is stuck in Fetching Project mode. I click the + at the bottom of screen and managed to get all the video clips tagged but then when I am ready to continue it gives me an error message.  Has been like this for 2 weeks! Anyone have an idea what's happening? I am using an android. Thx

Rush on my laptop is stuck on the loading page. The loading circle just keeps spinning forever. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Rush and CC, logging my account out and back in, restarting my laptop, even letting one of your agents control my laptop, but nothing is solved. It just randomly happens. It hadn't been working for like 2 months but then it worked completely fine a few days ago.

I see that this product is suported in Redmi Note 7 pro, but not compatible with Redmi Note 8 pro which is more advanced than note 7.

I've created a video on an iPad (5th Gen, Version 13.6) using Rush. I started the project 2 weeks ago, went to export on Monday, the app crashed and now it's saying 'Unable to Open Project'. The Premier Rush version is saying 1.5.25 (1102). I've done everything said in other posts (i.e. re-booted the app, uninstalled the app, re-started the iPad, sign out and in, shared to the cloud, tried on an iPhone and a PC. Nothing works! Please help!

Videos I playback in Rush are in fast forward, I cant take out of it either. Im honestly stuck and there seems to be no way around it   Title edited by mod

I've Googled and cannot find the answer for the life of me. I'm working on a project and once I press play, the video zooms in towards the top left of the video (but remains in the ratio I put it at). When I scrub through, it goes from the correct ratio to the zoomed ratio. Anyone have a solution to this? I'm using an Apple MacBook Pro, 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3;Premiere Rush is Version 1.5.20 (Build 571);Screen recording was done on my ASUS ROG 2 Phone, video resolution at 2340x1080

Hello,  Everytime I attempt to export a 4K video in Premiere Rush on my Iphone 11 pro, the app crashes.  Occassionally the app with crash while I'm editing but for the most part the problem is happening when I try and export my edit to any of the 4K options.  It seems to me like on an iPhone 11 Pro, I should be able to film, edit and export.  I'd like to keep using Rush becaue I like the workflow and I'm a big adobe creative cloud fan, but I need this fixed.   Please help.  Thanks,  Jeremy

 After clicking "Open Preferences" I am redirected to settings, however in "Files and Folders" under the Privacy tab, Rush does not appear as an app. Therefore, I am unable to give it permission to the following folders and cannot use the app. All other Adobe apps work fine and did not require this. 

I am looking for a fast and simple way to create a scrolling text box. It's for a social media post to thank donors/sponsors but we're wanting to scroll through their names. How can I create this without creating a large video file?

Just signed up for rush. Can see projects but when I click on one nothing happens.Have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted. Set use as administrator.Really frustrating. Wasted all afternoon on this. Seemed like a great app for cross platform compatability but now I am furious.Can't find any way to get support form Adobe other than here.Will give it a day.Otherwise there are loads of other apps I was trying out there... maybe they actually work!

hello fellows , Im a new gamer and i want to record my gameplay , edit it and upload it But i facing a issue that when i record my gameplay using OBS studios and store it in a particular folder.but when i browse my system for video it doesnt show up in my adobe Rush . Please someone guide me as i want to strart a YouTube channel please

Hi, Can someone point me to information concerning the largest file size and other limitations for using still photos in Adobe Rush, desktop verison? There appears to be limitation on size (pixels? MB?), and also on things like bit-depth. Many thanks. K

This is my first time using Rush, so apologies if this is simple. As it is too simple for anyone else to have had to ask. My project has no more assets after minute 14, however the total project runs for 37 minutes.In that 37 minutes absoloutely no media exists, I can see no orphans on the workspace, and nothing happens when you watch/listen to the whole file. It exports that whole length as well, with my assets ending then the video running for several minutes of no content. Is there any way to fix this outside of reuploading to another project and cutting off the tail end there? Please let this be so simple it hurts. 

I originally purchased a subscription for Adobe Premiere Rush because of how easy it made video editing look for a beginner like me. Editing videos of my kids is super easy and the result is what I expected. When I decided to edit some recordings of me demo'ing some software, that's where I noticed the quality of the video was blurry. I've looked through all of the settings in Rush and I can't figure it out. First I was capturing video when Nvidia's built in screen capture, then cropping down my screen selection. The exported video is too blurry to read any of the text on the screen.I gave up on capturing video that way and decided to try Filmora & Snagit. Both of those recorded and played back the video without issue. Quality was exactly the same as what I captured. Meaning, it was sharp and crystal clear. I thought I could annotate the video in Rush because some of the call outs are very well done and they just look great. But, no matter what I do, as soon as I add the video to m

Hey, seeing a trend here in the community.  Looks like Android, particularly Samsung phones, are increasingly unable to load projects in Rush (including mine! I recently got a new Note10+ and the app worked fine for 2 days, then locked up.  It is like this on my old phone now, but desktop seems to be OK.   I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, logging in and out.   I loved the Rush mobile app.  Anyone on Samsung phones find a fix?    

I am brand new - like brand new - to Adobe Rush. I use the Title Style - Thin Line Social Media - which allow users to subscribe...how do I add a hyperlink to the "Subscribe Click Here" area? Did I stress enough that I am new to Adobe! LOL Thanks for your patience. 

My Premiere Rush worked fine and I have been able to create a video with it and export it with "Share" function. But now when I go to the share, the program just freezes. Nothing helps. I can close the window and start again, but I always get the same problem.

I imagine the answer is a big "no", but I'd like to confirm. Will Adobe pro templates work with premiere rush?I ask because I'm seeing lots of paid templates out there on motionarray website, etc., so I'd like to know more about that since I'm pretty new at this video editing stuff.I imagine the pro and rush platforms are quite different, and current I'm using the Rush version.thanks,Bob

Every time the playback gets to this one new part of my video at 1 minute and 34 seconds, the program freezes up and is using all of my computer's memory. It is very weird because this laggy part of the video was made with the same exact methods as previous parts of the video. I have already tried turning off cloud sync, but it didn't change anything. I'm not sure what to do about this since this part is important for my video.  

When I'm attempting to render from Adobe Rush to my camera roll (so I can eventually upload videos to YouTube), I get an error message that there isn't enough storage to complete the operation.  This just isn't true.  I have more than 100GB on my iPad and same situation on my iPhone, and the file size is 3.2 GB.  I also just added a paid subscription for 1TB of Creative cloud storage so there's more than 900 GB available there... I have tried to offload the app from my device and reinstall it, but I continue to get the same error.  I'm really not sure why I'm paying for this app when it doesn't seem to work consistently... Picture of the exact error message I'm getting is attached.
