so i finished editing my video but theres a bunch of blank space at the end of my video. so if my video in its final version that i want is 4 minutes long, it shows that after 4 minutes, there is like 3 minutes of blank footage and when i go to export, i have to export all 7 minutes (4 minutes of what i want) and 3 minutes of the blank screen. how i delete this blank screen? Thanks

It seems like the feature to export in 4K is not available anymore, why is that? I hope it will return so we can export in 4K again,Thankyou in advance, kind regards.

Close Project is not functioning. It just freezes and I am forced to Quit the App. The program seemed to be working fine previously but now is freezing and crashing constantly. Any suggestions?

I bought a new laptop and downloaded Adobe Premiere Rush again to edit videos that I make, but I have problems actually getting the videos into a project. Whenever I attempt to import a video, the app freezes and then crashes. This only happens with videos and I can import png images normally, but whenever I open my folder with my videos, the app crashes. It even does this with the sample media that come with Rush. 

Please allow us to continue adding more Audio layers and video layers, at least manually if desired. 

For the past three days I have been able to open my Rush project on my iPhone. At first, the app was just glitchy and crashed constantly when I tried to edit some audio. Then the project itself just wouldn't open. Despite trying multiple times, deleting and redownloading the app, signing in and out of my account, syncing and unsyncing, closing the app, and both storage and iPhone systems are fine. Even after updating the app as a last attempt the project still won't open. I do not know why, and tech support on twitter hasn't helped.

Ever since I've gotten my iPhone 16, standard photos and videos give error in Premier Rush. I have to open them in Adobe Express, export them (same size) and then open them. 

I'm using Adobe Rush on iOS and there's really only one export setting fully automatic. I need to export a video mono. That's the only change I wanna make is it possible

What is the reason behind no support for log footage on premier rush on the phone? Or am I missing something?

Hello, The project I’m working on Rush premier is repeatedly crashing when I try to click on edit and export. Sometimes, it allows me to click “export”, but It’s not loading even if I let it run for 15 mins, nothing is happening. I tried forced app reboot, but didn't work. I put days of work and it’s almost deadline. Please help me. Thank you in advance

I'm having trouble syncing my Adobe Premiere Rush files and projects from my phone to my Mac. Even though my phone is connected to a 100mg Wi-Fi network, the Rush app on my phone displays an error message that says "No network connection." I need to fix this urgently because I have to edit a project that I started on my phone in the Rush app on my computer. Could you help me resolve this sync issue?

La pantalla donde se edita un video es muy pequeña, revisar creación de. Ideos en un reel de Instagram ese es un. U en tamaño de edición. Como el video es pequeño y no se alcanza a apreciar la selección del video que uno quiere. Tenemos que darle imprimir pantalla y hacer un zoom. por favor agregar esta funcionalidad ya sea hacer la pantalla de edición más grande o poniendo un modo previene que haga zoom. 

It's so hard to use the app. It doesn't even open now I have to close it 3 times before it opens. The videos lag unless I restart my phone. Wow

I recently bought an iPad and I am editing all my videos from the Adobe rush app. It's worked great until I just tried to upload a video to YouTube and it didn't even show the symbol or link to upload it to. It did show the other sites. Am I doing something wrong? 

Can you edit a hyperlapse/Timelapse with this software?

I am using Rush on a Mac with Sonoma 14.2.1. Since the last Dropbox update in mid 2024, I no longer have access to my teams's Dropbox account through the media browser to add new media to a project. I still have access to my personal folder. I can also save my exported files to this team folder, but I cannot see it in my Cloud options when I want to insert into a project. I have spoken to Dropbox and they claim that it's not their problem, it's an Adobe problem. Seems strange to me since it started when Dropbox made their change. Does anyone have any ideas? I feel like it's a permission thing but I can't find any way to fix it! Many thanks in advance!

 Please I want a solution to the problem of automatic swinging rotate on samsug x110 tablet.  I bought this tab for my work and unfortunately I did not benefit from it.

When playing an exported video on my computer, the video (but just the visuals) occasionally freeze  (always in the same spots). The audio and subtitles play just fine, but the video image freezes for a few seconds, then catches up, then freezes again and catches up a few seconds later. I notice it is only in portions of the video where I used a slowed down time-lapse clip, but it plays smoothly in the program before exporting it. I've restarted Rush and my computer, but it continues to freeze in the same spots everytime I export it. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

Chroma Key/Green Screen/Alpha Channel capabilities would make this app much more useful. I understand that Premiere Pro has these capabilities; I don't want to use Premiere Pro. It's inefficient for the things that I need to do. (Everything I need is buried in menus. I don't have time for all that.) I also have a basic video editing app on my phone from another company that does Chroma Key well enough, but I'd rather edit video on my computer than my phone.Premiere Rush is supposed to be for mobile video. Chroma Key/Green Screen/Alpha Channel usage are all over social media and a necessary part of anyone's Reel repertoire. Rush should really be able to do this. Thank you.

Using Premiere Rush under windows, the software is quite unstable, meaning it crash on a regular basis.Today, i was working on a Rush project for the 3rd day, meaning it was a 3 days of work under the same project. The computer crashed and the project has been lost completely. After 1 hour with the indian support (and 7 different persons with a need to reexplain eveything at every new person), they said that the project is saved internally into Rush, and if Rush crash, then the project is 100%lost; with no way to retrieve it (they've tried by taking the hand on my computer without success). But there is no "save" button. So it means that i've lost 3 days of work and that it can happen again in the future. If at least, there was an option to save manually locally a project outside Rush ? is it planned ?Can you confirm there is no way to save locally a Rush project ?Does it mean that i have to cancel my subscription and find an other software more stable because i won't take th

Hello, I just signed up for adobe premier rush and am trying to download on my desktop. it keeps directing me to a page that says error 500 and that the page isnt available right now. try again later.on iphone the installation worked but on desktop it will not let me get to the download page. please help thank you
