I understand I only have a week to backup my files for Adobe Rush. can someone explain the steps to do this? When I try to open the files it says the video is missing. The thumbnail is there but the actual file is not. I am not clear on what exactly Adobe is doing when it seems like the cloud should be the cloud but is not. 

I was notified that as of 2/1/24, Premiere Rush files will no longer be synched to the creative cloud. I cannot find any of my older files on my local drive or a way to save new files locally. I'm looking for working files, not exports. Thanks.

Is there a way to us a green/blue screen in premiere rush? Premiere pro will work too, but rush is easier to navigate. 

I'm using the Popping Square transition graphics. I changed the default colors for the Shape (Rectangle) and Shape (Rectangle 3). There is a  menu to the right of Graphics panel that has an option to Save as, which I clicked on and gave it a name. Moving onto another project, I want to use the same transition graphic with the color values I entered. This time I went to the same menu and chose Install template, thinking I'm going to see the t.g. I saved. I just see a file named AdobeStock_423049493.mogrt. I clicked on it thinking this was the t.g. renamed with an Adobe filing naming convention, but nothing loads. Does this mean I can't save my t.g. with the colors I want?

all i did was put three clips back to back for a self tape. no edits really at all. my audio was delayed by almost 3 whole seconds. nothing was able to fix this issue. not closing and opening the app again or starting a new project to re attempt this. it was the most simple edit i needed to make and this app still found a way to mess it up. trying to literally put 3 videos into 1 shouldn't be this big of a hassle. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT. 

At some point, after running the program and clicking on the folder containing the video, the program stopped responding and automatically closed. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, and even resetting my preferences, but nothing has worked.

New Adobe premiere Rush starting.

Hello, I spend a lot of time time on my holiday video.And now I cannot export it. Rendern is a problem as well. Often it crash before it's working. Now it's like this: ready for exportI click on export > notification: storage close to be full > I click on continue export and then on release > notification: error with export. Export in camera roll not possible. Try later again. I tried two days now. Made a software update to IOS 17.3 with my IPhone 14 Pro. The video is 5,30 GB my free storage on the phone 62 GB and meanwhile I deleted all my other videos in the app premiere rush. what can I do? please help me. 

Right now it exports with 317Kbps it will be really good to have other options to select from or to be able to enter a value for the audio export. Thanks

I have a shot that first turned completely black and now I am unable to select it, so I also can't delete it. So now I have a segment in my movie where the screen turns black for about 9 seconds and I can't select that part (and therefore also not delete it). 

I want to simply make a time lapse video from thousands of photos to run at 30 frames per second. Seems like the easiest concept ever. How do I do that with Adobe Premiere Rush?

Good day, I have been a fan of Adobe for years and used Adobe Rush since 3 years. Recently it is crashing when i am trying to exported video. Stops at 50 %.I see a lot of users having the same problem without a specified fix other than reinstall... Update GPU.... etc..I will have to change software if this does not get fixed soon.

New problem here. I've been trying to work on and export this video for the past 2 days. As usual, it has been lagging and crashing the whole time. Crashing while creating the video, and crashing while exporting. Anytime I added a clip, or audio, transition or applied a color correction, the app crashed. I finally finished my edits. Exporting was a hassle cause it would crash, either before I exported, during or after. If it does export, my video looks grainy and distorted. See attached photos. There is this black grain over my video.  This has not been fun. I have made sure my phone is updated, the app is updated. I have restarted countless times. I have removed all my previous projects, I have tried deleting and restarting the app. I have around 900 GB of free space on my phone. What else can I do?        Mod note: Title changed slightly.

Hello, I have an iPad 11 Pro, and I want to edit a video clip composed of several short video sequences I filmed. The sequences are between 3-15 seconds long.However, when I start editing, adding new sequences, etc., the app freezes. The audio plays, but the video either lags or, at times, doesn't play at all.

Video was perfect before export. Added background audio with ducking. When the video was shared/rendered, some of the audio was no longer ducked and overpowered the voice. What the heck? There are limited settings in Rush to even try to address the issue.

I am using this app for 4 days now my first 2 projects were just fine but my third project has started lagging and the video plays and freezes all of a sudden then the app just kicks me out of it without any error or anything. I am using this app in IPhone 14pro Max , and I don't think it should lag or do anything. I have tried all the basic stuff like freeing up storage, background refresh rate and much more but was unable to find a solution. please help me out 

Hi there, I have a problem when I want to import an image to Adobe Rush for Android, and even in Adobe Rush premiun for Windows 10, does anyone know what it can be, since it only shows me the following message "error loading media".

Hi,  Does everyone knows how to make a title/text transparent, like reduce opacity etc to make it less visible on Adobe Rush? Sure it is there such a basic feature no? I don't see it!

Hi!  I am using a free version of Adobe Premiere Rush 1.5.29 (Build 32) in Windows 10 Pro environment.  I recorded a video using Zoom.  The output file is in MP4.  When I play the file using Rush, it voice of the people is totally different from how they should sound during their webinar presentation.  How can we fix this problem?Steven 

Premiere Rush no permite arrastrar y soltar archivos dentro de un proyecto nuevo.Uno debe navergar hasta encontrar el archivo que desea editar.Esto hace que la cantidad de clics se multiplique y extiende los tiempos de edición.Pienso que es un problema y un punto muy negativo de este programa.Cuantos más clics hace una persona para hacer algo simple como importar un archivo, menos deseos tiene uno de usar ese software. Es mi opinión y espero que lo cambien algún día.

I download multiple videos from drop box and all turn out perfect except one, the audio is not in sync with the video. The overall length is 4 seconds different at the end then the content. And ideas how I can sync the audio and video? When I play that video in drop box, it is perfect.

I've tried restarting phone, duplicating the project, deleting titles, changing all the slomo shots to regular speed, exporting at a lower resolution, updating creative cloud on my desktop but I cannon get this movie to export. I've done four similar projects and had no trouble in the past. I'm out of ideas... what is going wrong??

All  I see when  I put my video in permiere rush is black i can still hear, do stuff in the app, the video will play it will show blackness and I can only hear it? is it because the video is in M4?If i put an image in jpg it will show up and I can see it. help
