I'm trying to import videos that were mostly all taken from a Pixel phone, but it's not recognizing the vast majority as video files. It's trying to say many are audio only, despite some of the files showing up totally fine as videos and taken from the same device. The video files play totally fine via Windows Media Player. I checked working and non-working video files via the Adobe Media Encoder app, and they're both encoded the exact same way: HEVC (H.265). I've tried rolling back to other versions of Premiere Rush to see if that changed anything, and also tried deleting the video cache. Both unsuccessful. I also tried opening the files in Premiere Pro, but the same error occurred. The web-based Adobe Express recognized them as video files, though... Any advice or potential solves? Had a last minute video to complete over the weekend and was suggested by a friend to use Rush as it was easier than PP for a newbie like me.The editing experience was pretty smooth and although it doesn't give you much flexibity to be creative, it got the job done. The main problem, however, is that after editing for the whole weekend for hours on end, the final file I exporting has a complete mismatch on the audio & video. I thought to myself, "Hey, maybe it was a one time glitch?" WRONG. I exhausted my 3 free exports that came with the trial version and all had the same problem, the video and audio were not aligned even after looking perfectly fine in the timeline. In the end I had to export the mismatched file in Premiere Pro and fumble my way through some damage control. All in all, a distaster.
So I just got premiere rush and I keep on having a major issue.Anytime I open a folder it says "no files to show". A example: Let's say the folder is called "my videos", when I go to the videos on adobe rush it's there.However, when I open it now files are there.All help is appreciated.
I have been trying to add a voice over to a 45 second long video for 3 days now. I started on my laptop, a less than 1 years old Lenovo Yoga 7, with the fully updated software. I got as far as editing the clips, and when I added transitions, Rush just refused to give me anymore playback. I remove the transitions but it still won't load my video. At best, I get buffering frames 10 seconds apart. Frustrating, but I can pivot. I try editing on my brand new Google Pixel 8 pro, with a fully updated Rush App. Same problem. No playback, only the occasional buffer. I try on a different Wifi network. Nope. No playback for me. I get on my partners $3k gaming PC. And you guessed it, Rush just cannot show me the video I spent 4 hours making and editing. So now I have 3 projects that just won't load, and I get the pleasure of redoing all my work over on CapCut. This, paired with no longer providing sync support, is the reason why I'm cancelling my Adobe subscription and finding other services that
I spent hours on this app editing on 19 minute video. The app crashed repeatedly, and took forever to upload videos from camera roll. After hours of battling with this app I was finally able to download the finished product....and guess what?? The words don't even match our lips when we talk in the video. They are delayed. Wasted half a day on this all for nothing basically. Also, the playback feature in the app malfunctions as well.

Newbie here. Was working on an hour long webinar for the past few days. Each night I was rendering and saving a document just in case it crashed. Saving on my laptop hard drive- using Windows 10. Finished and couldn't export. Kept giving me keyframe errors. My cloud files are empty- no autosaved versions, despite having the cloud turned on. I have a December 8th file- that's it. but if I redo the editing, I am afraid the same issue will recur. Where could these documents that I thought I'd been saving go to? I tried deleting my media cache as the system memory was another error that popped up. but I don't know where to go to from here.
Emojis are very useful for the short videos and it would be great to have options to add emojis in the video editing software such as Adobe Rush
Hi! Can we share/export part of already edited timeline in Adobe Premier Rush? I edited video and need to export clips from the timeline to local storage separately so I can reuse them in my future projects. Currently it's time consuming to edit sigle clip multiple times.
Please consider these ideas carefully. 1. A place to hold imported media to help with organization. 2. Color wheels, so you have more control over the look of the video or image. 3. A way to view the length of a clip accurately.
The program keeps crashing while trying to export a pretty simple video.
More transition effects and I can't slow down the video the way I want. everything is limited and few . is this possible where will we get it? Is there a package?
Can ewe please have auto captions that can convert speech to text?
I just opened my Premiere Rush app after not opening it for about 2.5 months and was horrified to discover all but three of my projects were completely gone. In two of the three projects that remain, the clips don't load at all. This is an entire spring and summer's worth of work, and while I have the finalized exports of 20+ projects, I am livid that all the originals are gone. I don't see anything on my files online, either. Why weren't they synced to Creative Cloud? I checked the Preferences and it says "All documents are synced to Creative Cloud. Choose when to sync your content automatically." I presumed this meant exactly what it says: "All documents are synced to Creative Cloud." Below this, there is only one option to toggle "Use cellular for sync" which was off, yet, why are the files locally missing? They are not in my Creative Cloud files, either. How can this be? Dans Première Rush, je veux installer le modèle mais j'ai systématiquement un message d'erreur de ce type : "Nous n'avons pas pu instaler cette image dans votre bibliothèque"J'ai éssayer plusieurs versions de Rush, idem ! J'ai fait un modèle des plus simple avec juste un texte sans animation, idem !Je commence à perdre espoir... Quelqu'un connait leproblème ??? Merci
Hey Adobe Team, I was one of the users having exporting issues on my iPhone 15 Pro with Rush 2.8 and iOS 17.1. I updated to Rush 2.9 as soon as I saw it in the App Store, and I'm still having the same rendering issue with my existing project. I currently have iOS 17.1.2. This is a project I created before the 2.9 update. I did a quick test in a new project by re-uploading one of the 4k video files used in my existing project, as well as a few images, and this new project didn't seem to have rendering issues. I haven't gone through to recreate the full project yet and test it, because it's a larger one that will take me a couple days to recreate (which I'm hoping to avoid). The existing project makes a 20ish minute long video, made up of a few dozen 4k videos recorded on my iPhone (no cinematic mode...all 30fps or 60fps), cut and edited with a few transitions, speed changes, and music. When trying to open Rush from the start menu on Windows 10, I get an error message stating "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP110.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem". I have uninstalled and reinstalled through Creative Cloud, but it is still not working. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks, Sara
anyone using ipad pro and experiencing problems with title and transitions - they don't seem to drag and drop into timeline?
Does anyone have any idea why I can't access my photo library on my apple laptop but have no problem seeing my photos on iphone or ipad? It sees my video files. Does Rush have a photo library file limit size? Thanks in advance.
Had successfully connected Premiere rush to Youtube using youtube account. At the last step of publish getting error "An error occured".
A few months back and my Adobe Rush upload to our YouTube/Channel account has worked fine. But back then I started to get a simple, but very unhelpful error meesage as I click the 'Publish' button to upload to YouTube: 'An error occurred' in red text. I've logged out and logged into our YouTube Channel/Account within Adobe Rush, but that has made no difference. I've kept trying in case it was a temporary error, but same error message everytime for months! My YouTube account is already verified, which one post suggested to check. Anyone have any clues as to what may be wrong as I've struggled to find the same error reported elsewhere and I don't know what anyone is supposed to do with an error report that just says, 'An error occurred' !!?? Any clues or help appreciated.
I see on YouTube some users with Adobe ru have 3 options under Audio: basic, advanced and channels. Why does mine only have 2: basic and advanced? I need the ability to adjust the channels and is missing???
Why is it that Rush doesn't have a dedicated track add/subtract options? Why can't I move a piece of media without affecting all the media above it? That's just insane. I want to be able to move tracks around without it trying to auto-collapse the timeline. And despite all it's flaws it still manages to hog up all of my computer's memory and cpu. I get that it's supposed to be more user friendly, but even Windows Movie Maker was easier to control. Mod note: Editied for content
Hello, I've recently downloaded Premiere Rush (macbook PRO)and I'm having an issue with the playback screen. whenever I import a video I can hear and see the audio in the bar below but I can't see the video. I have seen some solutions and I've tried them such as: optimizing clips, making sure "Pre-render Sequences for playback" is checked, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing has fixed the issue.
