I have been using Rush mobile free version for a while, and I decided to pay for premium subscription in order to have the flexibility to edit videos on my desktop as well. After paying for the subscription, my projects in mobile disappeared and I do not see them on desktop either. I see this is a common problem, but I haven't seen a thread yet with my specific situation. I have tried signing out and back in several times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. My projects folder is empty.

I edited a video in iMovie and imported in Rush. It worked, but I cant see the movie - it turned red on the screen with a exclamation mark. See the picture. Anybody know why?Greetings Lars  

A great idea is to be able to edit the speed/duration of multiple clips. I always chop up my videos and change the speed of different parts slightly. It would make editing so much easier and quicker! I also use adobe rush on my computer.

I've created a video in Rush using several jpg's.  I want one of them to be the "cover" for the video (ie, when you send it to someone, this is the frame/pic you see).  Is it possible to do this in Rush?

My wife is an author, and wants me to create some Adobe Rush short videos of her reading her short stories....and then post them onto her social media accounts. Can you tell me if I am able to do this please? Or can I only post them onto MY social media accounts? If I cannot do this on Adobe Rush, would I be able to do this using Adobe Pro? Peter

I pay for the app yet it isnt letting my upload in 4K ? Anyone know why this is ?  thank you

I recently installed Rush on my Android device and made a video and saved the project  When I reopen Rush to do further work on this project, the project listing lists it, but nothing happens when I try to select it to do further work on it. 

I cannot add a new layer inside my project (limited to 4). How can I do it?

Please include .mov as an export option. Exporting as a .mp4 makes the videos that are filmed in HDR washed out.

Adobe Rush needs the added feature to either go off dark mode if desired, or they need to add a visible border around the outside of the aspect ratio frame so when you're positioning or repositioning media you can make distinctly tell where the border is and not just leave it up to guess work.

This is a feature request I've had for a while for Rush and I've mentioned it on Twitter a few times to Adobe Cares but I thought I'd mention it here as well. Currently when publishing to YouTube, it's a 2-step process that can take quite a while. Step 1 is rendering and Step 2 is publishing/uploading to YouTube. Since rendering can take an extended time, it would be nice to not have to go back to the computer to monitor the rendering process to see when it completes and then additionally have to click the Publish button to initiate the publishing process. Could this possibly be done with a single "Render & Publish" button that didn't require a second interaction? That would be amazing! Thanks so much for considering! 😊

once I finish editing my video and I see the video completely and try to render I get the error message not successfully rendered. So I force closed the app, removed all apps running and ran the appa again and tried to render without watching the video. It starts rendering but gets stuck sometimes at 6% 9% 27% or44% and it's in that status for over half hour. Few weeks back I rendered a video absolutely ok but today ofcourse at a different wifi setting it's just not rendering. Anyone gone through this and fixed this please help!

Hello!Is time to clean things in the end of the year and I stumbled to this folder that I have not created and I'm not sure what it is for.It all contains video pieces and looks like they are pieces from my Adobe Rush projects. But those projects as far as I knew, depend on the actual resources you have to have stored in a place so Rush can grab them and actually put the video together. So I'm really not sure about these.Can they be deleted? Doesn't Adobe Rush work as I thought or something changed? WHy is all this stuff created? It makes for 6 GB worth of files so I'm really looking forward to delete them.

This is probably a hardware lock however my phone can record 4K 60 FPS and 8K 24 FPS, however my max. export option in Premiere Rush is 1080p 60 FPS. I'm using the latest version.

I've installad (and reinstalled) the rush app op my iphone and windows PS.  The mobile rush app sychronioses with de web based crative cloud. However,, the Rush desktop app and the creative cloud ap on my windows pc do not show recent projects from my i Phone, the creative cloud app on my desktop says there are no files.  (yes 'i ve payd, yes there is internet connection, yes the sync options are on, yes if loged in with the same gmail account) What can be wrong here? I'm losing my mind, this has taken way to much of my free time! 

Hey everyone, just wondering if there is a way to pull music and video assets from the sd card slot of my Galaxy Tab S8. When I go to add media and select device folders, it doesn't recognize my sd card as a folder and it doesn't look like you can browse the device either. Íf anyone can provide guidance, much appreciated, otherwise, just an idea for a future update!

Hey there,I'm a content creator and I've been using premiere rush to edit my 4k iPhone footage for a few years now. Premiere Rush and Creative Cloud have always been super glitchy, despite being up to their latest app versions. I have a ASUS rog zephyrus m15 w/ NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX (running windows 11) and just had it upgraded it to 40GB of RAM because I kept running into the issue of premiere pro telling me my system was running low on memory and crashing (it was originally 16GB when I first purchased it.) I thought an upgrade would stop the issue from happening, and it did for a few hours, but now it is back to crashing and overheating even with the RAM upgrade. It now shows that it's only using 46% of my RAM (with nothing else running) yet it still is telling me that my system is running low in memory and closes the program. My computer handles something like minecraft just fine, but as soon as I want to add a title to a video or even just scroll, premiere pro rushes to using 80% of m

Hello, it was a pity that on Rush I cannot change between 25/30/60 ips. I cannot change the video definition. Maybe in the next version ?

Nothing like working all day to create a 30 min video only to be unable to export it. Cut it down to 15min, to 8 mins, to 5 mins... Exporting couldn't be more horrible and if you are lucky enough to export a video it will more then likely be glitchy. Default video assets in Rush have disappeared (deleted?) You know, the original 'travel in Thailand' video clips (   ).  How can I get them back? I tried reinstalling the Premiere Rush program, new version, etc. They are still missing. I need them as I use them to conduct tutorials on Adobe Premiere Rush.

I'm trying to render a video and the app crashes every time. My iPad Pro has the latest update and app is up to date. What should I do?

Can you/ the team please add audio transitions on premiere pro rush the mobile app??!. It's easier that way for us to avoid audio clipping. I much prefer to do that then use keyframes and play Tetris on the timeline.
