Unable to access Premium Features despite paying subscription

I am paying for an annual plan for Rush. On my desktop, it still doesn't allow me to use "Premium Features". See screenshots below.

Got your note. Have you tried signing out of Creative Cloud and then signing back in? That can work. Sorry for the frustration. Let us know.
