Can i use 360 degree photos/images in Adobe AERO? for environments ?ty

Is there a way to create a trigger to stop an audio narration in Aero? I cannot find such a feature, and since we intend to use Aero for educational purposes, it seems implausible that there is no way to stop the audio. Do you have any suggestions for resolving this problem?

Good afternoon,Has anyone else had troubles with their fbx files (with materials baked in) showing up as either extremely metallic or completely matte? There seams to be no in-between, and I wonder if there is a method to adjust the reflectiveness that Adobe Aero will acknowledge? I have tweaked so many things and nothing is working. My models are in C4D and my PBR materials are composed with png from Adobe Substance Painter.

Hi,I am writing to report an issue that I have been experiencing with your AR application. I have been using the app for quite some time and have created multiple AR experiences without any problems. However, recently, I have encountered an issue with the AR content not tracking to the anchor image. To give you more context, I added an anchor image to my project, added graphics, hit preview, and everything worked as expected. However, when I hit share and scanned the QR code, I could see the AR content, but it was not tracked to the anchor image. I have tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling both apps (mobile & desktop), building the project again on different machines, using a different anchor image, using a different phone to preview it, and the list goes on and on. I am using adobe aero and i want to know if there is a way to stop an infinite audio loop on an on trigger or anytype event. I am playing a sound that is looping but i want it to stop and play a different sound when i press a button.

Hello adobe community, i did a project in Adobe Aero (Desktop App for Windows). When i share the QR Code, none of my Android Friends can view it. But this is a known Problem.My iOS Friends have to install the iOS App to view my Project.It says that there is no app clip. How do i create a Appclip so other ios users can see it without installing an app. Background: I want to print the QR Code on a business card. The (hopefully) new customer can scan the QR Code and watch his product in his own enviroment. Hello, how do you export a graphic from Photoshop to Aero? I keep getting the error above?

As in title, my work doesn't want to load in Aero.I could see my layers, but nothing happened. I can't see the graphic.My file is 2.2 MB, so this is not big, right? Why is it like that?Is the number of layers a problem? Or perhaps layers size?Each one is PSD and has 2244 × 2381 300dpi. Is it too big?I'll be grateful for your help. 🙂Julia

I'm in the process of creating aero experiences and it would be great to track how many users have engaged with the experience. I'll be using the QR code generated to share the content and this will be printed in a physical environment for users to access. I can't seem to find this, am I missing something or is this in development.If this isn't a feature, can anyone think of a workaround, so I can track the number of engagements with each AR I produce? thanksLata

I've got customers trying to use aero on m1 macs and it's crashing anytime they try to import any type of asset. Here is the crash log. Any suggestions? crash  

I am a Primary School teacher in Regional Victoria, Australia. I teach Performing Arts and each year I do a large scale performance with my senior students.This year I am looking to set up an AR experience for the community with the students. We have created a story line, with 40 different characters. It will take place at the Botanic Gardens and local lake areas and I have designed it to be an 'Choose your own Adventure' style experience. I am hoping someone can let me know if Areo would suit our project.We will have around 40 markers/performances scattared throughout the park lands.I will be filming each student in front of a green screen, and planning on using After Effects to edit it. I've created an AR experience that has the user tap on a red X to reveal a hidden treasure chest. The effect is spoiled when the user is prompted to choose a surface anchor, it already shows the treasure chest, even though it's set to hide. Is there a way to select which elements are visible during user setup? 

I am trying to set up a scene where you can walk through layers of trees, but every time I make it if you walk forward all the trees move forward as well. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I imported five seperate files and set them up moving backwards through z space. I have tried using horizontal and verticle surfaces as well as an image anchor. Thanks!Sasha

I want to use Adobe Aero in a project for work, but our art directors think that the viewer experience is too Adobe branded and would rather us look for a whitelabel AR solution. Is there a way to disable or hide the Adobe branding from the viewer expeirence?

Hii, I have been trying to make my object appear only after we reach a certain distance to the object and once we reach are not to that distance anymore, the object will disappear. However, it doesn't seem to work... What should I be doing to be exact? Basically, I want my object to appear only when I'm at a certain distance, BUT if I am further than that, it will disappear. Thank you! (I am doing my project on my IPhone)

Hello, I have difficulty understanding why I see all of my objects and images through the wall although they are in another room. Help please! Hi everyone, new to Aero. My project idea is to create content, say an animated animal talking about a specific topic at an exact geographical point. From what I can see, Aero can create the content so problems. But is this the software that will allow me to place this object on a map and allow others to see it? Kind of linking a GPS location to this animation. Would they need Aero to view it? Or can I create all of this in Aero, and the user would use a generic AR viewer to see the content? Thanks   

Hie everyone, every time I import glb and fbx assets it just not show anything on the viewport, I export my models from Blender then when I import them on Aero nothing happen, or sometimes the Icon of loading the mesh appers but never charge the model on Aero, Whats gets me is that I do everithing fine but just dont import anything, please help me!!

I would really like to know when Adobe Aero plans to release its next update. Is it possible to get any information on this?  I have projects and clients on hold, but unfortunately I can't publish anything with the software under the current conditions. The loading times are too long / files too big (and still a bit blurry) and we need the possibility to offer it for Android smartphones, too. The software is otherwise awesome and has great potential! So we hope for a very soon update! 

Wasted a lot of time installing Aero on desktop and found it wont install on Note 9. 'Tis too old! Would have been nice to have been made aware before I installed on desktop!
