Adobe Pro all of a sudden crashes when trying to prepare e-signatures. I also get Windows notices for exception 0xc06d007e

This just started happening.  When I try to update the APP it says an update is available but then the process cancels because it says it can’t find a file.  I have tried multiple times uninstalling Adobe with the special tool but that does not help.

    Hey, Eric. We recently had this issue at my organization with the Versions

    Once we updated to the newest 

    These freezes stopped happening as much. However, we also had to make sure to go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > Uncheck the box for “Enabled Protected Mode at startup” and “Enable Enhanced Security”.

     

    If you’re unable to install the new version, you may need to go fully into the Program Files and Program Files (x86) and delete all Adobe files. In addition, make sure you install Creative Cloud first, then install Acrobat from the Creative Cloud.
