After decades of using Adobe, suddenly I can't get Acrobat to work. I continue to get a message I need to start a seven day trial or buy the product. How can I activate the app I have?

I have Acrobat as a part of my “package” (for decades).  Suddenly, when I try to open, create, read, etc. any PDF, I have to “start a new trial, or purchase that I all ready own.  I can’t seem to link the Adobe apps I have with the files I need to use/create.  How do I recreate that linkage?

Either you’re not logged-in to your paid plan.

Or you’re trying to access a version of Acrobat that you don’t have on this device.

    Hope that helps.
