I have just installed on a new computer and every time I open a PDF an incomplete dialogue box opens with a buffering circle that does not finish and stops me from using the adobe application! Anyone have any ideas on how to stop the dialogue box?

This is a known issue and our engineering team is working on it for the fix.
Please update the application to the new version 23.08.20533 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works.
