How can I set the target directory of Save as when creating a digital signature?

If I want to place a digital signature on a document using a certificate, Adobe automatically offers to save the signed version of the document with Save as.
Can I set it up in Adobe so that this Save as function always suggests the same directory that the original PDF file was opened from?

Unfortunately, I found that the directory offered is the last used save directory, which can be completely independent of the opening directory.
