I have a fillable PDF with a drop list of options. The list appears, make a selection, but when you click out of the field the selection I made goes back to zero

The below form has a field for Present Grade. The field is a drop list. When I make a selection, the selection from the drop list it appears in the field. But, as soon as I click out of the field the selection disappears and goes back to zero.

Is this your form, or are you just filling out somebody else’s form? If you created this form, then there is likely a calculation script somewhere that sets this field and you need to find that script and modify it or deactivate it.
