I have a subscription to Creative Cloud 6.10.0.252.3 for Mac. Acrobat is no longer allowing me to delete pages from the file. It is asking me to pay for an upgrade. Is that correct?

I believe Acrobat Standard is included with Creative Cloud but it’s not recognizing my subscription.

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Creative Cloud Pro.  Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat application you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version  26.001.21677 Planned update, Jun 17, 2026 go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

You may also try to log out of the application, reboot the computer, and re-login with your Adobe credentials and check if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your quick reply. The screenshot above shows what version I am running. When I’m in CC and go to Updates, there is no option to update Acrobat. I will try restarting.

Acrobat Standard is not available with the Creative Cloud 6.1. However Acrobat Pro is available.

I suggest you uninstall Acrobat Standard and install Acrobat Pro.

This is what is installed. It seems like Acrobat is somehow not recognizing that I’m logged in to Creative Cloud.
