I have a valid Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription, but every time I try to convert to PDF or create a PDF, I get the message, "You need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Acrobat Create PDF service".

I have tried logging out and back in to my Adobe account several times. What am I missing? This was working fine last time I used it, but I'm getting very frustrated today.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the Acrobat DC app in Creative Cloud, and that seems to have resolved whatever the problem was.

I have the same problem

You need a valid Acrobat DC subscription to convert PDF using Acrobat Create PDF service.

I have reinstalled the app Acrobat Pro DC and get out of a sudden the same error over and over again.

Did you ever get a fix for this, I'm having the same issue.  Strange thing is if I sign into a windows pc and try it it works fine.  Same network, same account.

Why do you use the online service when you own Adobe Acrobat?
